AIM： ma Huang Tang （Ephedra decoction, MHT） is a famous classical formula from Shang Han Lun by Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty. The anti-asthmatic effects of MHT and the possible mechanisms were tested. METHOD： An asthma model was established by ovalbumin （OVA）-induction in mice. A total of forty-eight mice were randomly assigned to six experimental groups： control, model, dexamethasone （2 mg·kg^-1） and MHT （5, 10, and 20 mg·kg^-1）. Airway resistance （Raw） was measured by the forced oscillation technique, histological studies were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin （HE） staining, Thl/Th2 and Th17 cytokines were evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, and Thl7 cells were evaluated by flow cytometry （FCM）.RESULTS： This study demonstrated that MHT inhibited OVA-induced increases in Raw and eosinophil cotmt; interleukin （IL）-4 and IL-17 levels were recovered in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, increased IFN-γ level in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Histological studies demonstrated that MHT substantially inhibited OVA-induced eosinophilia in lung tissue. Flow cytometry studies demonstrated that MHT substantially inhibited Thl 7 ***： These findings suggest that MHT may effectively ameliorate the progression of asthma, and could be further investigated for potential use as a therapy for patients with allergic asthma,

Wide-bandgap perovskites are recently drawing tremendous attention in the community for high-efficiency all-perovskite tandem solar ***,the formamidinium (FA^+) and methylammonium (ma^+) based wide-bandgap mixed halide perovskites suffered from high density of traps and pin-holes,*** understanding on the crystallization and film formation processes are keys to overcome those challenges but not yet clearly *** this study,an in-situ photoluminescence technique was used to investigate the perovskite crystallization during the thermal annealing *** is found that the crystallization of a mixed halide perovskite with bromide (Br^-) and iodine (I^-) ions following the Ostward ripening crystal ***,it is found that the initial nucleation reaction is quickly completed in the first few seconds,however,leaving the small crystals with inhomogeneous *** different aggregation affinities of such inhomogeneous small crystals provoke the formation of pin-holes during the thermal annealing *** engineering the precursor solution to control the nucleation rate,the chemical composition of the small crystals has become *** pin-hole free high Br-composited wide-bandgap ma0.9Cs0.1Pb(I0.6Br0.4)3 perovskite films with bandgap energy of 1.8 eV have been *** corresponding photovoltaic devices have achieved an encouraging device efficiency of 15.1% with superb photostability.

When and how the Tibetan Plateau formed and maintained its thick crust and high elevation on Earth is continuing ***,the coupling relationship between crustal thickening and corresponding paleoelevation changing has not been well *** dominant factors in crustal thickness changing are crustal shortening,magmatic input and surface erosion *** thickness change and corresponding paleoelevation variation with time were further linked by an isostatic equation in this *** 120 ma crustal shortening,magmatic input and surface erosion rates data from the central Tibetan Plateau are took as input *** using a one-dimensional isostasy model,the authors captured the first-order relationship between crustal thickening and historical elevation responses over the central Tibetan Plateau,including the Qiangtang and Lhasa *** on the modeling results,the authors primarily concluded that the Qiangtang terrane crust gradually thickened to ca.63 km at ca.40 ma,mainly due to tectonic shortening and minor magmatic input combined with a slow erosion ***,the Lhasa terrane crust thickened by a combination of tectonic shortening,extensive magmatic input and probably Indian plate underthrusting,which thickened the Lhasa crust over 75 km since 25 ***,a longstanding elevation>4000 m was strongly coupled with a thickened crust since about 35 ma in the central Tibetan Plateau.

The Baingoin batholith is one of the largest granitic plutons in the North Lhasa *** petrogenesis and tectonic setting have been studied for decades,but remain *** we report data on geochronology,geochemistry and isotopes of Early Cretaceous granitoids within the Baingoin batholith,which provide more evidence to uncover its petrogenesis and regional geodynamic *** Early Cretaceous magmatism yields ages of 134.4–132.0 ma and can be divided into I-type,S-type and highly fractionated *** I-and S-type granites exhibit medium SiO2,high K_(2)O/Na_(2)O with negativeεNd(t)andεHf(t)values,whereas,the albite granites have very high SiO_(2)(79.04%–80.40%),very low K_(2)O/N_(2)O,negativeεNd(t)and a large variation inεHf(t).Our new data indicate that these granitoids are derived from unbalanced melting in a heterogeneous source *** granodiorites involved had a hybrid origin from partial melting of basalt-derived and Al-rich rocks in the crust,the porphyritic monzogranites being derived from partial melting of pelitic *** albite granites crystallized from residual melt separated from K-rich magma within the‘mush’process and underwent fractionation of *** believe that the Early Cretaceous magmatism formed in an extensional setting produced by the initial and continuous rollback of a northward-subducting slab of the NTO.

ma W-Ni-Fe alloyed powder compact was sintered by microwave technology, and the influence of microwave sintering on consolidation of W-Ni-Fe alloy was studied. The fracture morphology and microstructure of alloys were measured by SEM and metallurgical microscope. The experimental results showed that microwave sintering promoted the densification of ma W-Ni-Fe alloyed powder quickly with the higher heating rate. The density of the sintered samples increased with the increase of sintering temperature, and significant densification shrinkage occured at 1300 ~ 1400°C. The tungsten grain grew rapidly at 1450°C. When the alloy was microwave sintered at 1550°C, the inner structure of alloy is more homogeneous, the average W grain size is about 15 μm, and the relative density of sintered specimen is 99%.

A total of 1362 archaeological sites from the Paleolithic Age to the Warring States time in Hubei Province increase gradually from west to east and from high land to low *** number of Paleolithic sites with altitude of 50-500 m account for 78% of the whole,while 71%-95% of sites from the Neolithic Age to the Warring States time mainly distribute at the areas of 0-200 *** temporal-spatial distribution of archeological sites in this area is affected by two *** one thing,the human beings of every period need to choose the first or the second terrace as living sites which are near water source and are easy to withstand ***,affecting by the regional tectonic uplift since the Holocene,down cutting of rivers can form new river valley,and lateral erosion and accumulation of river in stable time of tectonic movement can result in increasing of many new ***,the human beings migrated to adapt to the change of terrace location,leading to the sites increase gradually in the lower areas of the central and eastern parts of this *** other things,the temporal-spatial distribution of archeological sites in this area is affected by the climate *** Paleolithic sites mostly distribute in the Hanshui River Valley in northeastern Shiyan,southeast of Jinzhou and east of Jinmen,which is because rivers distributed in higher areas in this *** the Chengbeixi Culture period,the sites are rare in the quondam Paleolithic sites distribution area,but increase obviously along the Yangtze River near the southwest *** spore-pollen record of Dajiuhu Basin indicates that only 23 Chengbeixi cultural sites may be related to more precipitation and flood during the Holocene wet and hot *** Daxi Culture,Qujialing Culture and Shijiahe Culture are corresponding to middle and top of the Dajiuhu spore-pollen Zone Ⅳ,during which the climate is in order as a whole and is propitious to agricultural *** the Qujialing Culture

新生代海洋碳酸盐补偿深度(CCD)的重建长期受到学术界的广泛关注。本研究以南海14个站位20个钻孔的综合大洋钻探计划(IODP)物质数据与年龄-深度模型,恢复了对应钻孔的古水深,计算了碳酸盐累积速率(CAR),基于线性回归的方法,重建了南海27 ma以来CCD变化。研究结果显示:南海在海盆拉张形成期(27~18 ma)出现了CCD超过2000 m大幅度的下降;在随后的中中新世气候适宜期(MMCO)期间,南海CCD出现800 m变浅。8 ma以来南海CCD演化和赤道太平洋的演化呈现了不同的演化趋势:前者在3500~4000 m范围内波动,后者则从4000 m持续下降到4500 m左右。27 ma之前,广泛的陆源输入和上升洋流发育导致南海出现浅的CCD。27~18 ma时期的构造拉张导致的海盆加深,同时上升洋流减弱,被解释为该时期CCD下降的主要因素。MMCO期间气候驱动下的海平面波动导致了碳酸盐沉积核心区域的变化,是造成CCD波动的重要原因。8 ma以来南海和太平洋CCD的差异演化是太平洋底水与南海底水的交换不畅的结果。
