A novel {[bis（pyridine-κN）bis（3,5-dinitrosalicylato κ-O,O＇）Zn（Ⅱ）][bis（pyridine-κN）Zn（Ⅱ）]}（C_（34）H_（24）N_8O_（14）Zn_2） was synthesized by a self-assemble method at room temperature. The molecular structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2_1/n with a = 12.2156, b = 13.5696, c = 22.5602 A, β = 90.061o, Z = 4 and V = 3739.6（3）A^3. The new 1D binuclear coordination polymer {[bis（py-κN）bis（3,5-dinitrosal κ-O,O′） Zn（Ⅱ）][bis（py-κN）Zn（Ⅱ）]} resulted from two different types of moieties. The polymer [bis（py-κN）bis（3,5-dinitrosal κ-O,O′）Zn（Ⅱ）] unit is connected with [bis（py-κN） Zn（Ⅱ）] by zigzag topology. One zinc（Ⅱ） cation has a six-fold coordination environment, in which the metal atom is connected with four oxygen atoms of two 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acids to form equatorial bonds and two nitrogen atoms of pyridine to generate the axial bonds. Other four-fold nucleus contain two Zn-O bonds from different 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acids and two bonds with the Natom of pyridine. Antimicrobial assay results indicated that the compound showed moderate activities against different bacterial and fungal strains.

The structure of 1-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy-9 H-xanthen-9-one isolated from chloroform extract of Ajuga bracteosa root was analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. DPPH(1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl), ABTS(2,2?-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) radical scavenging activities(RSA) and Fe2+ chelating activities were carried out to determine the antioxidant potential of the compound. RSA values for the compound were 96%, 96% and 96% for all the three activities respectively at maximum concentration of the compound(100 μ gmL-1) with the IC50 values of 3.40, 4.86 and 0.10(μ gmL-1). Antidiabetic activities including antiglycation and α-glucosidase inhibition were also performed where the antiglycation activity was performed using two techniques including spectrofluorometric as well as spectrophotometric technique. Spectrofluorometric technique provided 97% antiglycation potential while 92% antiglycation potential was observed by spectrophotometric technique for the isolated compound. The compound at a concentration of 10 μ gmL-1 exhibited 31% α-glucosidase inhibitory potential with IC50 of 15.56 μ gmL-1. Antimicrobial activity data showed that the compound was active against all the studied pathogenic bacteria.

We explore the photoluminescence properties of zinc silicate(Zn_(2)SiO_(4)) nanostructures synthesized by vapor-liquidsolid(VLS)mode of growth using three different catalysts(Sn,Ag,and Mn).Different catalysts significantly influence the growth rate which in turn has an impact on the structure and hence the photoluminescence of the prepared zinc silicate ***_(2)SiO_(4) has a wide bandgap of about 5.5 eV and in its pure form,it does not emit in visible region due to its inner shell electronic transitions between the 3 d5 energy ***,the incorporation of different catalysts(Sn,Ag and Mn)at different growth temperatures into the Zn_(2)SiO_(4) crystal growth kinetics provides wide visible spectral range of photoluminescence(PL)*** analysis shows broad multi-band spectrum in the visible region and distinct colors(red,yellow,green,blue,cyan and violet)are obtained depending on the crystalline structure of the prepared *** allowed transitions due to the effect of different catalysts on zinc silicate lattice offer a huge cross-section of absorption that generates strong *** correlation between the structural and optical properties of the synthesized nanostructures is discussed in *** synthesized photoluminescent nanostructures have potential applications in solidstate lighting and display devices.

This study presents a deep learning model for efficient intracranial hemorrhage(ICH)detection and subtype classification on non-contrast head computed tomography(CT)*** refers to bleeding in the skull,leading to the most critical life-threatening health condition requiring rapid and accurate *** is classified as intra-axial hemorrhage(intraventricular,intraparenchymal)and extra-axial hemorrhage(subdural,epidural,subarachnoid)based on the bleeding location inside the *** computer-aided diagnoses(CAD)-based schemes have been proposed for ICH detection and classification at both slice and scan ***,these approaches performonly binary classification and suffer from a large number of parameters,which increase storage ***,the accuracy of brain hemorrhage detection in existing models is significantly low for medically critical *** overcome these problems,a fast and efficient system for the automatic detection of ICH is *** designed a double-branch model based on xception architecture that extracts spatial and instant features,concatenates them,and creates the 3D spatial context(common feature vectors)fed to a decision tree classifier for final *** data employed for the experimentation was gathered during the 2019 Radiologist Society of North America(RSNA)brain hemorrhage detection *** model outperformed benchmark models and achieved better accuracy in intraventricular(99.49%),subarachnoid(99.49%),intraparenchymal(99.10%),and subdural(98.09%)categories,thereby justifying the performance of the proposed double-branch xception architecture for ICH detection and classification.
