Isothermal constant speed compression tests of superalloy IN718 were conducted using a computer-controlled mTS machine at temperatures from 960 to 1040℃, with initial strain rates from 0.001 s￣(1) to 1.0 s￣(1) and engineering strain from 0.1 to 0. *** variations of flow stress with deformation temperature, initial strain rate and engineering strain were analyzed in the paper. It was found that there was an obvious power-law relationship between flow stress and initial strain rate, which showed the behavior of strain rate hardening of superalloy IN718 at elevated *** relationship between flow stress and temperature could be described by an inverse trigonometric *** the turning point on the curve may be related to the behavior of δ phase at 1000℃. meanwhile, it was found that there was a complicated relationship between flow stress and strain,which was indicative of the comprehensive effect of work hardening and dynamic softening on flow stress during hot deformation. From the results of these tests, a constitutive equation of superalloy IN718 was developed.

能量饲料——谷物、脂肪和脂肪酸倾注入江河的饲料加工废料可为养禽业利用。许多废料(玉米糠麸、小麦麸)的蛋白质质量较高,可用作蛋白质添加剂或作为脂肪和能量来源。杂交玉米的发展对养禽业兴旺发达的作用不能低估。家禽日粮含有30～80％玉米。随着玉米产量提高,价格下降,养禽业得以以低廉的成本生产更多的食用产品。日粮中玉米含量增多时,则可因能量水平提高而改进饲料效率。

以崇明岛东滩绿色农业示范项目为研究案例,在定量监测环境友好型肥料管理方式对化肥污染控制效果的基础上,运用相关经济学方法,从环境友好肥料管理方式所创造的生态效益价值和实际投入的额外成本两个角度出发,探讨了生态补偿标准的理论上限值和下限值,同时讨论了在实际制定补偿标准时需要考虑的其他因素和采取的补偿方式。结果表明,环境友好型肥料管理方式可有效削减氮素流失负荷和温室气体排放通量,削减率分别达到46.6%～61.8%和23.4%～46.7%;在梨园所创造的生态效益价值和实际额外投入成本分别为10135.6和3066.1元(RmB)·hm-2·a-1,在蔬菜田所创造的生态效益价值和实际额外投入成本分别为7640.1和3165.2元(RmB)·hm-2·a-1。因此,梨园和蔬菜田由于应用环境友好型肥料管理方式可获得的生态补偿理论值范围分别为3066.1～10135.6元(RmB)·hm-2·a-1和3165.2～7640.1元(RmB)·hm-·2a-1。

In order to achieve thermonuclear burn, future fusion experiments must safely operate at rather high density. Present experiments, however, show that the useful tokamak operation space is limited toward high density by various processes. So understanding of the physics of the density limit is of particular importance for the design and operation of future reactor device.

After decades of research and development, the WSR-88 D(NEXRAD) network in the United States was upgraded with dual-polarization capability, providing polarimetric radar data(PRD) that have the potential to improve weather observations,quantification, forecasting, and warnings. The weather radar networks in China and other countries are also being upgraded with dual-polarization capability. Now, with radar polarimetry technology having matured, and PRD available both nationally and globally, it is important to understand the current status and future challenges and opportunities. The potential impact of PRD has been limited by their oftentimes subjective and empirical use. more importantly, the community has not begun to regularly derive from PRD the state parameters, such as water mixing ratios and number concentrations, used in numerical weather prediction(NWP) *** this review, we summarize the current status of weather radar polarimetry, discuss the issues and limitations of PRD usage, and explore potential approaches to more efficiently use PRD for quantitative precipitation estimation and forecasting based on statistical retrieval with physical constraints where prior information is used and observation error is included. This approach aligns the observation-based retrievals favored by the radar meteorology community with the model-based analysis of the NWP community. We also examine the challenges and opportunities of polarimetric phased array radar research and development for future weather observation.

Reconstructive Algorithm for Immediate Reconstruction in light of Trends with Post-mastectomy Radiation Therapy

＜正＞ This paper describes results of energy simulations that assess the economic benefits of the use of occupancy sensors in high rise office buildings. motion sensors control both lighting and exhaust fans in the building’s toilet rooms and corridors. The sensors turn the lights and ventilation/exhaust fans on immediately when motion is sensed within the space and off after the space is unoccupied for a given delay period. The basis of the study was a case study office building with monitored data from motion sensors. Simulations were then extended to six other climates in order to assess the economic benefits of such controls on a worldwide basis. Results demonstrate whole-building energy savings of more than 10% when the motion sensors control only 20% of the building’s internal space. Investment paybacks are shown to be immediate for new building designs and under 1.5 years for retrofit projects.
