Numerous new taxa and classifications of Dothideomycetes have been published following the last monograph of families of Dothideomycetes in 2013.A recent publication by Honsanan et *** 2020 expanded information of families in Dothideo-mycetidae and Pleosporomycetidae with modern *** this paper,we provide a refined updated document on orders and families incertae sedis of *** family is provided with an updated description,notes,including figures to represent the morphology,a list of accepted genera,and economic and ecological *** also provide phylogenetic trees for each *** this study,31 orders which consist 50 families are assigned as orders incertae sedis in Dothideomycetes,and 41 families are treated as families incertae sedis due to lack of molecular or morphological *** new order,Catinellales,and four new families,Catinellaceae,morenoinaceae Neobuelliellaceae and Thyrinulaceae are *** genera(Neobuelliella,Pseudomicrothyrium,Flagellostrigula,swinscowia,macroconstrictolumina,Pseudobogoriella,and schummia)are *** new species(Acrospermum urticae,Bogoriella complexoluminata,Dothiorella ostryae,Dyfrolomyces distoseptatus,macroconstrictolumina megalateralis,Patellaria microspora,and Pseu-domicrothyrium thailandicum)are introduced base on morphology and phylogeny,together with two new records/reports and five new collections from different *** new combinations are also provided in this paper.

摘要目的通过测定表观扩散系数、纯扩散系数、灌注相关的扩散系数以及灌注分数,确定扩散加权成像能否用来鉴别肝脏恶性肿瘤内的肿瘤存活组织、纤维组织和坏死区域。方法这项前瞻性研究得到机构评审委员会的同意,所有病人在检查前签署知情同意书。48例病人共51个肝脏恶性肿瘤纳入研究。利用11个b值(0～500s/mm2)的扩散加权成像(DWI)和钆增强的三维梯度回波T1WI,采集肝脏的mR影像。根据注射非特异性的钆螯合物后的增强方式、手术切除病变和相关的组织病理结果,将肿瘤分为存活肿瘤、纤维及坏死区。

＜正＞At about 0330UT on February 23, 2005, Cluster was located at about （9.0,1.6,7.0）Re（Gsm）;the Gsm locations of Double star TC-1 and TC2 at 0430UT were about （10.4,0.4,2.1）Re and about （0.5,0.1,-1.4）Re in the low-altitude cusp, respectively. Inside the dayside magnetosheath close to the magnetopause, Bxabout 0, Bz was positive with the maximum being less than 20nT, and By≈-50nT. During 0320-0340 Cluster four spacecraft were traversing through the magnetopause and observed pronounced plasma flow in the magnetospheric boundary layer. The flow speed was over 370 km/s, much higher than the background magnetosheath flow and directed poleward and duskward. Preliminary analysis shows that this high-speed flow may possibly manifest a reconnection event. In the meantime, TC-1 at the low-latitude also observed high-speed flow when the satellite entered the LLBL for a short time interval. The flow was basically along the +y-direction and much higher than the background magnetosheath flow. Interesting enough, just within the time period of Cluster measurement of high-speed flow, the ImAGE FUV observed both proton and electron aurora brightening on the duskside of polar ionosphere. One hour later around 0440UT, TC-1 was crossing the magnetopause from the magnetosphere toward the magnetosheath. The spacecraft encountered with high-speed flow in the LLBL and an FTE in the magnetosheath. Of particular interest are the facts that just in the time period of TC-1 observation of high-speed flow, TC-2 detected sharp energetic electron enhancements and the ImAGE FUV also saw both proton and electron aurora brightening on the duskside of polar ionosphere. In addition, TC-2 also detected an energetic electron burst at the time when TC-1 encountered the FTE. Implications of this multi-spacecraft observation of a high-speed flow event are discussed in this paper. The possible global reconnection pattern at the dayside magnetopause is also contemplated.

目的 mR弹性成像评价肝肿瘤的特性黏弹性参数的价值。资料与方法 94例肝肿瘤>1cm的病人按预期进行mR弹性成像,使用50Hz的机械波和一个完整的三维运动敏感序列。计算72个除外囊性、已处理的或组织病理学未确定的肿瘤病变的无模型弹性参数(复数切变模量和它的真实和虚数部分,即储能模量和损耗模量)。结果观察到恶性肿瘤与良性肿瘤相比有较高的绝对剪切模量和损耗模量[分别为(3.38±0.26)kPa、(2.41±0.15)kPa,P<0.01和(2.25±0.26)kPa、(1.05±0.13)kPa,P<0.001]。此外,肝细胞癌的损耗模量显著高于良性肝肿瘤。恶性肿瘤和良性肿瘤的储能模量之间没有显著差异。当恶性和良性病变进行比较时损耗模量受试者操作特征曲线下的面积显著大于绝对剪切弹性模量和储能模量。结论损耗模量增加比储能模量或剪切模量绝对值的增加更有助于鉴别良性与恶性肿瘤。

＜正＞n 04 01 2004 both Double star TC-1 and Cluster constellation were traveling outbound in the northern-dawn sector. At about 07:08 UT all five satellites were traversing through the magnetopause and then stayed in the magnetosheath. At -07:10 UT in the GsE coordinate system *** located at X=3.91Re, Y=12.03Re and Z=5.01Re;while the TC-1 GsE position was （4.33Re, 12.50Re, 1.93Re）. The separations between the two spacecraft were △X=0.42Re, △Y=0.47Re, and △Z=3.08Re. At -07:13 Cluster four satellites encountered with a flux rope. About 108s later, TC-1 observed a flux rope also. The signatures of measured plasma density and temperature imply that Cluster and TC-1 were both meeting a magnetosheath FTE. The Hoffmann-Teller （HT） analysis shows that the flux ropes observed by Cluster and TC-1 were moving in almost the same direction to the tail, dawnward and northward with similar velocities .Reconstruction of these two ropes illustrates that they contain about equal amount of magnetic fluxes. These strongly indicate that Cluster and TC-1 encountered with a same flux rope at two different positions of the rope. We have used several approaches to infer the flux axis orientation. It is seen that the axis direction at the Cluster position is closer to that of the ambient magnetic field than TC-1. We have also tried to construct the large scale configuration of the flux rope. The length from Cluster to TC-1 along the curved flux rope is found to be -9.25Re. The 3-D distribution of thermal ions, low-energy and energetic electron data are also used in the study of this Cluster-TC-1 conjunction event.

Objective To evaluate the results of abdominal myomectomy for intramu ral and s ubserosal fibroids and to identify factors that influence the reproductive outco me after surgery. Design Retrospective analysis of a case series. setting An aca demic department specializing in gynecologic surgery. Patient(s) A total of 72 w omen with intram.ral and subserosal fibroids submitted to abdominal myomectomy w ho wished to conceive after surgery. Intervention(s) Data were collected on clin ical characteristics, surgical features, and obstetric history before and after surgery. main outcome measure(s) Conception rate, pregnancy loss, and live birth rate before and aft er surgery, as well as postoperative probability of conception according to sele cted clinical and fibroid characteristics. Result(s) Conception rate was 28%bef ore myomectomy and 70%after surgery. The corresponding figures were 69%and 25 %for pregnancy loss and 30%and 75%for live birth rate, respectively. Age s and number of fibroids removed were the only significant and independent predictors of obstetric outcome by multivariate analysis. Conclusion(s) Our resu lts suggest that abdominal myomectomy might improve reproductive outcome in pati ents with intram.ral and subserosal fibroids. The reproductive performance was p articularly good when the patientswere younger than 30 years and had a single my oma to remove.

基于依赖波浪成长状态波令的表面风应力，提出了一个波浪和风暴潮潮汐运动相互作用的联合数值模式，实现了第三代波浪模式和三维风暴潮潮汐模式联合作用的数值研究，并结合渤海典型天气个例的研究，给出了渤海波浪和风暴潮潮汐相互作用对波浪影响的机制和大小量级的定量估计。研究表明，对不同天气过程，波浪和风暴潮潮汐相互作用对波浪影响的性质和大小不同；对强寒潮过程，对波浪影响主要由风暴潮所支配，波高调制可达1m，在黄河口区一般达0.5m；对弱天气过程，对波浪影响主要由潮所控制，波高调制约在0.2m，联合作用模式给出的结果与实测更吻合。

The administration of oral raloxifene in 30 postmenopausal hypertensive women was evaluated to demonstrate its effect on arterial stiffness. Casual and ambula tory blood pressure (BP)-and pulse-wave velocity(PWV) data were obtained befor e and after patients received raloxifene, estrogen-progestin replacement therap y, or placebo in a randomized crossover study. It was shown that the 2 therapies decreased BP and carotid-femo-ral PWV, and the effect of raloxifene on vascul ar compliance was independent of the effects on BP.
