Phytochrome A （phyA） is the dominant photoreceptor of far-red light sensing in Arabidopsis thaliana, phyA accumulates at high levels in the cytoplasm of etiolated seedlings, and light-induced phyA signaling is mediated by a com- plex regulatory network. This includes light- and FHY1/FHL protein-dependent translocation of native phyA into the nucleus in vivo. It has also been shown that a short N-terminal fragment of phyA （PHYA406） is sufficient to phenocopy this highly regulated cellular process in vitro. To test the biological activity of this N-terminal fragment of phyA in planta, we produced transgenic phyA-201 plants expressing the PHYA406-YFP （YELLOW FLUOrESCENT PrOTEIN）-DD, PHYA406- YFP-DD-NLS （nuclear localization signal）, and PHYA406-YFP-DD-NES （nuclear export signal） fusion proteins. Here, we report that PHYA406-YFP-DD is imported into the nucleus and this process is partially light-dependent whereas PHYA406-YFP-DD-NLS and PHYA406-YFP-DD-NES display the expected constitutive localization patterns. Our results show that these truncated phyA proteins are light-stable, they trigger a constitutive photom.rphogenic-like response when localized in the nuclei, and neither of them induces proper phyA signaling. We demonstrate that in vitro and in vivo PHYA406 Pfr and Pr bind COP1, a general repressor of photom.rphogenesis, and co-localize with it in nuclear bodies. Thus, we conclude that, in planta, the truncated PHYA406 proteins inactivate COP1 in the nuclei in a light-independent fashion.

recently there have been exciting research advances in neuroprotective therapies for ischemic stroke. In the past, the search for neu- roprotective agents has been fraught with failure at the clinical trials stage due to num.rous factors, including subject heterogeneity and im.roper therapeutic windows （Tymianski, 2017）. m.reover, it is becoming clearer that the complex and evolving pathobiology of stroke requires multimodal therapeutic approaches capable of modulating the num.rous axes that contribute to ischemia/reperfusion damage, rather than targeting a single axis （Bernstock et al., 2018a）. With the success of recent endovascular thrombectomy （EVT） trials, it has been suggested that clinical trials of EVT with adjunct neuroprotection can overcome past difficulties and maximize the effect size by using imaging to reduce patient heterogeneity （i. e., selecting those with large vessel occlusions, small ischemic cores, and good collateral circulation）, restoring perfusion using better EVT devices, and enrolling patients in the correct therapeutic window （i.e., when they still have salvageable brain tissue）（Tymianski, 2017）. Considering the opportunity that this represents for new, better clinical trials of neuroprotective agents, the search is on for high-potential compounds that may be investigated in these future studies.

Acute liver failure （ALF） is relatively frequent during heat stroke （HS）. This risk must be emphasized, because its inddence is higher than is usually thought. In a recent study by Weigand et al, two cases were reported in which liver failure was the leading symptom. We have confirmed their conclusion in a study of 25 cases of HS with ALF, compared with 25 other cases without ALE m.reover, we observed that hypophosphatemia on admission could predict occurrence of ALF during HS. As for clinical and other biological parameters, phosphatemia should be monitored for at least 3 d in all cases of HS, even when it is thought to be mild.

Combination of Korean red Ginseng Extract and Hydrogen-rich Water Im.roves Spermatogenesis and Sperm motility in male mice

Objective: To investigate the effect of hydrogen-rich Korean red Ginseng(KrG) water(HrGW) mixture on the spermatogenesis and sperm motility of mice of different ages. methods: Eighty young(3 month-old) and aged(12 month-old) male mice were randomly assigned to 4 groups(n=10 per group) including control group, hydrogen-rich water(HrW) group(10 m L/kg daily), KrG group(50 mg/kg daily) and HrGW group(10 m L/kg HrW and 50 mg/kg KrG daily) by an oral zoned needle for 4 weeks. Sperm count and motility were measured using sperm suspension released from cauda epididymis. Serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), testosterone, and reactive oxygen species(rOS) in serum have also been estimated. Tubular changes were examined through histological hematoxylin and eosin staining. Expression of antioxidation(PPx3, PPx4, GSTm5 and GPx4), spermatogenesis(inhibin-α, neptin-2 and CrEm), antiaging(SIrT1 and SIrT2), and angiogenesis [visfatin and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)] related genes were examined through realtime polym.rase chain reaction. results: HrW and KrG treatment stimulated spermatogenesis followed by increasing sperm production and sperm motility(Pre strengthened synergistically by a HrGW mixture(Pr PrGW greatly increased the expressions of antioxidation, antiaging, spermatogenesis related genes and VEGF especially in aged mice(Prum testosterone and FSH levels also increased, while serum.rOS level decreased(all PrGW increases sperm production and motility by enhancing antioxidation and stimulating spermatogenesis and sex hormone production, particularly in aged mice.

＜正＞A work place receives direct emission from lamps,typically fluorescents,perhaps also from a localized incandescent one,from a natural light source if it is a diurnal journey,and all the reflexions on the ceiling,floor and walls all *** when all the fluorescent lamps used to be connected in the same phase to the main supply,reflexions imply a change of the wave phase and an incoherent summation of waves at each point of the work place that it is somehow related with the individual contributions. There are many reports linking complains of visual pains,headaches and fatigue experimented by users of environments lighted with fluorescent systems containing magnetic ballasts（mB）,with the users’ performance,that seems to be affected by temporal characteristics of light. It is therefore of interest for our study to make an assessment of the real modulation of these lamps when they are activated by mB or by electronic ballasts（EB）.A light modulation meter （Lmm）adequate to our needs was *** instrument consist of a silicon photodiode sensor for the visible spectral range BPW21,whose electric signal is conditioned by means of a suitable electronic amplifier circuit,and then digitalised,processed and registered by a portable PC equipped with a digital acquisition board and a visual programming software.

建立了顶空-气相色谱法同时测定依克多因中甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、甲基叔丁基醚、甲苯、丙酮11种残留溶剂的检测方法。方法采用顶空-气相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent DB-624毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm),检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,进样口温度为230℃,分流进样,分流比为20:1;顶空平衡温度为80℃,平衡时间为20 min。检出成分经气相色谱质谱联用仪确认。结果显示,11种残留溶剂在所建立的色谱条件下均可以完全分离,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,精密度及回收率结果良好,该方法灵敏、高效、准确,适用于依克多因中溶剂残留的检测和质量控制。

Comparison of the local pivotal method and systematic sampling for national forest inventories

Background:The local pivotal method(LPm)utilizing auxiliary data in sample selection has recently been proposed as a sampling method for national forest inventories(NFIs).Its performance compared to simple random sampling(SrS)and LPm with geographical coordinates has produced promising results in simulation *** this simulation study we compared all these sampling methods to systematic *** LPm samples were selected solely using the coordinates(LPmxy)or,in addition to that,auxiliary remote sensing-based forest variables(rS variables).We utilized field measurement data(NFI-field)and multi-Source NFI(mS-NFI)maps as target data,and independent mS-NFI maps as auxiliary *** designs were compared using relative efficiency(rE);a ratio of mean squared errors of the reference sampling design against the studied *** a method in NFI also requires a proven estimator for the ***,three different variance estimators were evaluated against the empirical variance of replications:1)an estimator corresponding to SrS;2)a Grafström-Schelin estimator repurposed for LPm;and 3)a matérn estimator applied in the Finnish NFI for systematic sampling ***:The LPmxy was nearly comparable with the systematic design for the most target *** rEs of the LPm designs utilizing auxiliary data compared to the systematic design varied between 0.74–1.18,according to the studied target *** SrS estimator for variance was expectedly the most biased and conservative ***,the Grafström-Schelin estimator gave overestimates in the case of *** the rS variables were utilized as auxiliary data,the Grafström-Schelin estimates tended to underestimate the empirical *** systematic sampling the matérn and Grafström-Schelin estimators performed for practical purposes ***:LPm optimized for a specific variable tended to be m.re efficient than systematic sampling,but all of the considered LPm designs were

Deep Unity of Classic and Quantum Physics at the Space Thermostat Presence with Technical Applications

The paper demonstrates deep unity of classic and quantum physics at the space thermostat (ST) presence, which fulfilled all space by the temperature T0 = 2.73 K. The ST presents itself the Cosmic microwave Background (CmB). From the main quantum position we consider the ST/CmB as the wave function carrier (“quantum background”). The paper is devoted to ST/CmB medium the classic conservation laws of mass, momentum and energy. We show the soliton like solutions of our classic model correspond to Schrodinger’s quantum solutions, demonstrate the atom hydrogen specter and other quantum peculiarities. The paper contains typical technical examples classic/ quantum simulation at the ST presence.

In a recent article,1 we have demonstrated a significant difference in the theoretical knowledge of both junior and senior em.rgency department （ED） medical officers （m0s） from Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, and the royal Adelaide Hospital （rAH） Adelaide, South Australia, in the management of severely injured trauma patients, when comparing m0s who had completed an ATLS-type program with those who had not undertaken such a program.

In vitro,in vivo and in silico anti-hyperglycemic inhibition by sinigrin

Objective:To evaluate the anti-hyperglycemic potential of sinigrin using in *** silico and in riro streptozotocin(STZ) induced hyperglycemic zebrafish ***:The in vitro enzyme inhibition assay was carried out to determine the IC_(50) value against α-glucosidase and α-*** silico molecular docking was performed against both enzymes with Pyrx tool and simulations were performed using GrOmACS *** was induced in zebrafishes using three intraperitoneal injections on alternating days for one week at 350mg/kg of *** fishes were treated intraperitoncally with 50.100 and 150 mg of sinigrin/kg of body weight for 24 h and glucose levels were ***:The sinigrin showed very strong inhibition against α-glucosidase and α-amylase with 0.248 and0.00124 μm while reference drug acarbose showed IC_(50) value of 73.0700 and 0.0017 μm against α-glucosidase and α-amylase,*** analysis revealed that sinigrin has the mixed type mode of inhibition against α-*** docking results revealed its strong binding affinity with α-glucosidase(-10.00 Kcal/mol) and α-amylase(-8.10 Kcal/mol).Simulations graphs confirmed its stability against both *** hyperglycemic zebrafishes most significant(Preduction of glucose was occurred at150 mg/*** significant reduction of glucose was observed at 100 mg/kg and no any significant reduction of glucose was measured at 50 mg/***:It can be evident from the present results that sinigrin has potent anti-hyperglycemic activity and it may prove to be effective treatment for the hyperglycemia.
