Nanomaterials have revolutionized the battery industry by enhancing energy storage capacities and charging speeds,and their application in hydrogen(H_(2))storage likewise holds strong potential,though with distinct challenges and mechanisms.H_(2) is a crucial future zero-carbon energy vector given its high gravimetric energy density,which far exceeds that of liquid ***,its low volumetric energy density in gaseous form currently requires storage under high pressure or at low *** review critically examines the current and prospective landscapes of solid-state H_(2) storage technologies,with a focus on pragmatic integration of advanced materials such as metal-organic frameworks(mOFs),magnesium-based hybrids,and novel sorbents into future energy *** materials,enhanced by nanotechnology,could significantly improve the efficiency and capacity of H_(2) storage systems by optimizing H_(2) adsorption at the nanoscale and improving the kinetics of H_(2) uptake and *** discuss various H_(2) storage mechanisms—physisorption,chemisorption,and the Kubas interaction—analyzing their impact on the energy efficiency and scalability of storage *** review also addresses the potential of“smart mOFs”,single-atom catalyst-doped metal hydrides,mXenes and entropy-driven alloys to enhance the performance and broaden the application range of H_(2) storage systems,stressing the need for innovative materials and system integration to satisfy future energy ***-throughput screening,combined with machine learning algorithms,is noted as a promising approach to identify patterns and predict the behavior of novel materials under various conditions,significantly reducing the time and cost associated with experimental *** closing,we discuss the increasing involvement of various companies in solid-state H_(2) storage,particularly in prototype vehicles,from a techno-economic *** forward-looking perspective underscores t

The challenges posed by energy and environmental issues have forced mankind to explore and utilize unconventional energy *** is imperative to convert the abundant coalbed gas(CBG)into high value-added products,i.e.,selective and efficient conversion of methane from *** activation,known as the“holy grail”,poses a challenge to the design and development of *** structural complexity of the active metal on the carrier is of particular *** this work,we have studied the nucleation growth of small Co clusters(up to Co_(6))on the surface of CeO_(2)(110)using density functional theory,from which a stable loaded Co/CeO_(2)(110)structure was selected to investigate the methane activation *** the relatively small size of the selected Co clusters,the obtained Co_(x)/CeO_(2)(110)exhibits interesting *** optimized Co_(5)/CeO_(2)(110)structure was selected as the optimal structure to study the activation mechanism of methane due to its competitive electronic structure,adsorption energy and binding *** energy barriers for the stepwise dissociation of methane to form CH3^(*),CH2^(*),CH^(*),and C^(*)radical fragments are 0.44,0.55,0.31,and 1.20 eV,respectively,indicating that CH^(*)dissociative dehydrogenation is the rate-determining step for the system under investigation *** fundamental study of metal-support interactions based on Co growth on the CeO_(2)(110)surface contributes to the understanding of the essence of Co/CeO_(2) catalysts with promising catalytic *** provides theoretical guidance for better designing the optimal Co/CeO_(2) catalyst for tailored catalytic reactions.

The ever-growing energy demand and environmental issues have stimulated the development of sustainable energy ***,an efficient and environmentally friendly electrochemical transformation technology was proposed to prepare highly graphitized carbon materials from an abundant natural resource-lignin （LG）.The preparation process mainly includes pyrolytic carbonization of raw LG material and electrochemical conversion of amorphous carbon ***,with the assistance of Co catalyst,the graphitization degree of the products was significantly improved,in which the mechanism was the removal of heteroatoms in LG and the rearrangement of carbon atoms into graphite ***,tunable microstructures （nanoflakes） under catalytic effects could also be observed by controlling the electrolytic *** with the products CN1 （without catalyst） and CN5 （with 10%catalyst）,the specific surface area are 158.957 and202.246 m2g-1,*** used as the electrode material for lithium-ion batteries,CN5 delivered a competitive specific capacity of～350 m Ah g-1（0.5 C） compared with commercial *** strategy proposed in this work provides an effective way to extract value-added graphite materials from lignin and can be extended to the graphitization conversion of any other amorphous carbon precursor materials.

Background:The development of computer vision technology has enabled the use of markerless movement tracking for biomechanical *** research has reported the feasibility of markerless systems in motion analysis but has yet to fully explore their utility for capturing faster movements,such as *** studies using markerless systems in clinical and sports settings are still ***,the present study compared running biomechanics estimated by marker-based and markerless *** running speed not only affects sports performance but is also associated with clinical injury prevention,diagnosis,and rehabilitation,we aimed to investigate the effects of speed on the comparison of estimated lower extremity joint moments and powers between markerless and marker-based technologies during treadmill running as a concurrent validating ***:Kinematic data from marker-based/markerless technologies were collected,along with ground reaction force data,from 16 young adults running on an instrumented treadmill at 3 speeds:2.24 m/s,2.91 m/s,and 3.58 m/s(5.0 miles/h,6.5 miles/h,and 8.0 miles/h).Sagittal plane moments and powers of the hip,knee,and ankle were calculated by inverse dynamic *** series analysis and statistical parametric mapping were used to determine system ***:Compared to the marker-based system,the markerless system estimated increased lower extremity joint kinetics with faster speed during the swing phase in most ***:Despite the promising application of markerless technology in clinical settings,systematic markerless overestimation requires focused *** on segment pose estimations,the centers of mass estimated by markerless technologies were farther away from the relevant distal joint centers,which led to greater joint moments and powers estimates by markerless ***-based *** differences were amplified by running speed.

Casing wear and casing corrosion are serious problems affecting casing integrity failure in deep and ultra-deep *** paper aims to predict the casing burst strength with considerations of both wear and ***,the crescent wear shape is simplified into three categories according to common mathematical ***,based on the mechano-electrochemical(m-E)interaction,the prediction model of corrosion depth is built with worn depth as the initial condition,and the prediction models of burst strength of the worn casing and corroded casing are ***,the accuracy of different prediction models is validated by numerical simulation,and the main influence factors on casing strength are *** last,the theoretical models are applied to an ultra-deep well in Northwest China,and the dangerous well sections caused by wear and corrosion are predicted,and the corrosion rate threshold to ensure the safety of casing is *** results show that the existence of wear defects results in a stress concentration and enhanced m-E interaction on corrosion depth *** accuracy of different mathematical models is different:the slot ring model is most accurate for predicting corrosion depth,and the eccentric model is most accurate for predicting the burst strength of corroded *** burst strength of the casing will be overestimated by more than one-third if the m-E interaction is neglected,so the coupling effect of wear and corrosion should be sufficiently considered in casing integrity evaluation.

Genetic mutations in TP53 contribute to human malignancies through various *** date,there have been a variety of therapeutic strategies targeting p53,including gene therapy to restore normal p53 function,mutant p53 rescue,inhibiting the mDm2-p53 interaction,p53-based vaccines,and a number of other *** review focuses on the functions of TP53 and discusses the aberrant roles of mutant p53 in various types of *** human p53 adenovirus,trademarked as Gendicine,which is the first anti-tumor gene therapy drug,has made tremendous progress in cancer gene *** herein discuss the biological mechanisms by which Gendicine exerts its effects and describe the clinical re-sponses reported in clinical ***,the clinical studies suggest that the combination of Gendicine with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy may produce more pronounced efficacy in slowing tumor growth and progression than gene therapy/chemotherapy ***,we summarize the methods of administration of recombinant human p53 adenovirus for different cancer types to provide a reference for future clinical trials.

Non-aromatic fluorescent and multi-responsive materials,exhibiting inherent fluorescence emission and controlled phase change,have garnered significant attention in recent ***,the underlying interaction between their fluorescent properties and phase transition remains *** this study,we synthesized a series of catalyst-free aza-michael addition-based polyethyleneimine(RFPEI)materials by reacting polyethyleneimine(PEI)with N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAm).The resulting RFPEI was comprehensively characterized,and demonstrated dual-phase transition behavior(LCST and UCST)in water,which could be finely tuned by adjusting its composition or external factors such as ***,upon UV irradiation(365 nm),RFPEI exhibited strong fluorescence *** further investigated the effects of NIPAm grafting percentage to PEI,polymer concentration,and pH on the LCST/UCST and fluorescent properties of RFPEI aqueous ***,we showcased the great potential of RFPEI as a versatile tool for physiological cell imaging,trace detection,and controlled release of *** study presents a novel class of stimuli-responsive fluorescent materials with promising applications in the field of biomedicine.
