Convolutional neural networks depend on deep network architectures to extract accurate information for image super‐***,obtained information of these con-volutional neural networks cannot completely express predicted high‐quality images for complex scenes.A dynamic network for image super‐resolution(DSRNet)is presented,which contains a residual enhancement block,wide enhancement block,feature refine-ment block and construction *** residual enhancement block is composed of a residual enhanced architecture to facilitate hierarchical features for image super‐*** enhance robustness of obtained super‐resolution model for complex scenes,a wide enhancement block achieves a dynamic architecture to learn more robust information to enhance applicability of an obtained super‐resolution model for varying *** prevent interference of components in a wide enhancement block,a refine-ment block utilises a stacked architecture to accurately learn obtained ***,a residual learning operation is embedded in the refinement block to prevent long‐term dependency ***,a construction block is responsible for reconstructing high‐quality *** heterogeneous architecture can not only facilitate richer structural information,but also be lightweight,which is suitable for mobile digital *** results show that our method is more competitive in terms of performance,recovering time of image super‐resolution and *** code of DSRNet can be obtained at https://***/hellloxiaotian/DSRNet.

Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction has attracted increasing attention due to its goal of low carbon emission and environmental ***,we report an efficient NitRR catalyst composed of single mn sites with atomically dispersed oxygen(O)coordination on bacterial cellulose-converted graphitic carbon(mn-O-C).Evidence of the atomically dispersed mn-(O-C_(2))_(4)moieties embedding in the exposed basal plane of carbon surface is confirmed by X-ray absorption *** a result,the as-synthesized mn-O-C catalyst exhibits superior NitRR activity with an NH_(3)yield rate(RNH_(3))of 1476.9±62.6μg h^(−1)cm^(−2)at−0.7 V(*** hydrogen electrode,RHE)and a faradaic efficiency(FE)of 89.0±3.8%at−0.5 V(***)under ambient ***,when evaluated with a practical flow cell,mn-O-C shows a high RNH_(3)of 3706.7±552.0μg h^(−1)cm^(−2)at a current density of 100 mA cm−2,2.5 times of that in the H *** in situ FT-IR and Raman spectroscopic studies combined with theoretical calculations indicate that the mn-(O-C_(2))_(4)sites not only effectively inhibit the competitive hydrogen evolution reaction,but also greatly promote the adsorption and activation of nitrate(NO_(3)^(−)),thus boosting both the FE and selectivity of NH_(3)over mn-(O-C_(2))_(4)sites.

Physical Vapor Deposited(PVD)TiAlN coatings are extensively utilized as protective layers for cutting tools,renowned for their excellent comprehensive *** optimize quality control of TiAlN coatings for cutting tools,a multi-scale simulation approach is proposed that encompasses the microstructure evolution of coatings considering the entire preparation and service lifecycle of PVD TiAlN *** scheme employs phase-field simulation to capture the essential microstructure of the PVD-prepared TiAlN ***,cutting simulation is used to determine the service temperature experienced during cutting processes at varying ***-Hilliard modeling is finally utilized to consume the microstructure and service condition data to acquaint the microstructure evolution of TiAlN coatings throughout the cutting *** methodology effectively establishes a correlation between service temperature and its impact on the microstructure evolution of TiAlN *** is expected that the present multi-scale numerical simulation approach will provide innovative strategies for assisting property design and lifespan prediction of TiAlN coatings.

Numerical Analysis of Perforation during Hydraulic Fracture Initiation Based on Continuous-Discontinuous Element method

Perforation is a pivotal technique employed to establish main flow channels within the reservoir formation at the outset of hydraulic fracturing *** perforation designs is critical for augmenting the efficacy of hydraulic fracturing and boosting oil or gas *** this study,we employ a hybrid finite-discrete element method,known as the continuous–discontinuous element method(CDEm),to simulate the initiation of post-perforation hydraulic fractures and to derive enhanced design *** model incorporates the four most prevalent perforation geometries,as delineated in an engineering technical ***-world perforations deviate from the ideal cylindrical shape,exhibiting variable cross-sectional profiles that typically manifest as an initial constriction followed by an expansion,a feature consistent across all four perforation *** simulations take into account variations in perforation hole geometries,cross-sectional diameters,and perforation *** findings show that perforations generated by the 39g DP3 HmX perforating bullet yield the lowest breakdown pressure,which inversely correlates with increases in sectional diameter and perforation ***,this study reveals the relationship between breakdown pressure and fracture degree,providing valuable insights for engineers and designers to refine perforation strategies.

12.6μm-Thick Asymmetric Composite Electrolyte with Superior Interfacial Stability for Solid-State Lithium-metal Batteries

Solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLmBs)show great promise in terms of high-energy-density and high-safety ***,there is an urgent need to address the compatibility of electrolytes with high-voltage cathodes/Li anodes,and to minimize the electrolyte thickness to achieve highenergy-density of ***,we develop an ultrathin(12.6μm)asymmetric composite solid-state electrolyte with ultralight areal density(1.69 mg cm^(−2))for *** electrolyte combining a garnet(LLZO)layer and a metal organic framework(mOF)layer,which are fabricated on both sides of the polyethylene(PE)separator separately by tape *** PE separator endows the electrolyte with flexibility and excellent mechanical *** LLZO layer on the cathode side ensures high chemical stability at high *** mOF layer on the anode side achieves a stable electric field and uniform Li flux,thus promoting uniform Li^(+)*** to the well-designed structure,the Li symmetric battery exhibits an ultralong cycle life(5000 h),and high-voltage SSLmBs achieve stable cycle *** assembled pouch cells provided a gravimetric/volume energy density of 344.0 Wh kg^(−1)/773.1 Wh L^(−1).This simple operation allows for large-scale preparation,and the design concept of ultrathin asymmetric structure also reveals the future development direction of SSLmBs.

Hydrogen evolution reaction activity enhancement from active site turnover mechanism

Although heteroatom doping is an effective way to improve the catalytic activity of transition metal phosphides(TmPs),the mechanism of activity enhancement needs to be further *** this end,we synthesized a Co-doped Ni_(2)P catalyst as a research model and found that the introduction of heterogeneous Co reconstructed the charge distribution around the P site,which effectively enhanced the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)activity of the pure Ni_(2)*** on in-situ Raman real-time monitoring technology,we monitored for the first time that Co doping triggered a switch of the active site(from the original Co-active site to the P-active site),which promoted the adsorption of H_(2)O to enhance the HER *** density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicated that the P site of Co-Ni_(2)P expressed the highest activity and the Ni site of pure Ni_(2)P expressed the highest activity,which further confirms the in-situ Raman monitoring *** active site turnover mechanism discovered in this study will undoubtedly provide more rational and targeted ideas for future catalyst design.

FPGA implementation of 500-mHz high-count-rate high-time-resolution real-time digital neutron-gamma discrimination for fast liquid detectors

Fast neutron flux measurements with high count rates and high time resolution have important applications in equipment such as *** this study,real-time neutron and gamma discrimination was implemented on a self-developed 500-msps,12-bit digitizer,and the neutron and gamma spectra were calculated directly on an FPGA.A fast neutron flux measurement system with BC-501A and EJ-309 liquid scintillator detectors was developed and a fast neutron measurement experiment was successfully performed on the HL-2 m tokamak at the Southwestern Institute of Physics,*** experimental results demonstrated that the system obtained the neutron and gamma spectra with a time accuracy of 1 *** count rates of up to 1 mcps,the figure of merit was greater than 1.05 for energies between 50 keV and 2.8 meV.

Improving mechanical properties and high-temperature oxidation of press hardened steel by adding Cr and Si

This work investigated the effect of Cr and Si on the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of press hardened *** indicated that the microstructure of the Cr-Si micro-alloyed press hardened steel consisted of lath martensite,m_(23)C_(6)carbides,and retained *** retained austenite and carbides are responsible for the increase in elongation of the micro-alloyed *** addition,after oxidation at 930℃for 5 min,the thickness of the oxide scales on the Cr-Si micro-alloyed press hardened steel is less than 5μm,much thinner than 45.50μm-thick oxide scales on *** oxide scales of the Cr-Si micro-alloyed steel are composed of Fe_(2)O_(3),Fe_(3)O_(4),mixed spinel oxide(FeCr_(2)O_(4)and Fe_(2)SiO_(4)),and amorphous SiO_(2).Adding Cr and Si significantly reduces the thickness of the oxide scales and prevents the generation of the FeO *** to the increase of spinel FeCr_(2)O_(4)and Fe_(2)SiO_(4)phase in the inner oxide scale and the amorphous SiO_(2)close to the substrate,the oxidation resistance of the Cr-Si micro-alloyed press hardened steel is improved.

Fabrication and properties of lightweight zirconia with fine closed porosity

Lightweight refractory materials with thermal insulation properties and erosion resistance are advantageous for hightemperature *** zirconia refractories were prepared using starch as a pore-forming agent,basic magnesium carbonate as a stabilizer,and nano-zirconia as an *** effects of the nano-zirconia content on the pore and thermal insulation properties of the lightweight zirconia refractories were investigated based on the porosity,phase composition,microstructure,and thermal ***-zirconia was shown to have a high surface energy,and its addition effectively increased the driving force for sintering,reduced the sintering temperature,and promoted the sintering reaction,thereby reducing the apparent porosity and improving the density of the prepared *** to the superplasticity of nano-zirconia,the surface stress caused plastic deformation between particles,which increased the migration rate of grain boundaries and trapped more gas inside the material before it diffused to the surface,thereby enhancing the closed porosity of the *** presence of closed pores could extend the thermal conduction path,decrease the conduction rate,and hinder the conduction effect to effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of the *** a nano-zirconia content of 0.75 wt.%,the prepared lightweight zirconia had the highest closed porosity and the lowest thermal *** apparent porosity,closed porosity,and total porosity of the material were 2.8%,7.0%,and 9.8%,respectively,and the thermal conductivity at 800℃was 1.37 W m^(-1)k^(-1).

Thermally Conductive,Healable Glass Fiber Cloth Reinforced Polymer Composite based onβ-Hydroxyester Bonds Crosslinked Epoxy with Improved Heat Resistance

To simultaneously endow thermal conductivity,high glass transition temperature(Tg)and healing capability to glass fiber/epoxy(GFREP)composite,dynamic crosslinked epoxy resin bearing reversibleβ-hydroxyl ester bonds was reinforced with boron nitride nanosheets modified glass fiber cloth(GFC@BNNSs).The in-plane heat conduction paths were constructed by electrostatic self-assembly of polyacrylic acid treated GFC and polyethyleneimine decorated ***,the GFC@BNNSs were impregnated with the mixture of lower concentration(3-glycidyloxypropyl)trimethoxysilane grafted BN micron sheets,3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl 3,4-epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate and hexahydro-4-methylphthalic anhydride,which accounted for establishing the through-plane heat transport pathways and avoiding serious deterioration of mechanical *** resultant GFREP composite containing less boron nitride particles(17.6 wt%)exhibited superior in-plane(3.29 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1))and through-plane(1.16 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1))thermal conductivities,as well as high Tg of 204℃(Tg of the unfilled epoxy=177℃).The reversible transesterification reaction enabled closure of interlaminar cracks within the composite,achieving decent healing efficiencies estimated by means of tensile strength(71.2%),electrical breakdown strength(83.6%)and thermal conductivity(69.1%).The present work overcame the disadvantages of conventional thermally conductive composites,and provided an efficient approach to prolong the life span of thermally conductive GFREP laminate for high-temperature resistant integrated circuit application.
