The product of the ∧0/b （-B/0） differential production cross-section and the branching fraction of the decay ∧0/b→ J/ψ pK-（-B/0→ J/ψ-K＊（892）0）is measured as a function of the beauty hadron transverse momentum, PT, and rapidity, y. The kinematic region of the measurements is pT〈20 GeV/c and 2.0 〈g〈*** measurements use a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3fb-1 collected by the LHCb detector in pp collisions at centre-of-mass energies √s=7 TeV in 2011 and √s=8 TeV in 2012. Based on previous LHCb results of the fragmentation fraction ratio,f∧0/b/fd,the branching fraction of the decay ∧0/b→ J/ψ pK-is measured to be B（∧0/b→ J/ψ pK-）=（3.17±0.04±0.07±0.34＋0.45/-0.28）×10-4,where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, the third is due to the uncertainty on the branching fraction of the decay -B/0 →J/ψ-K＊（892）0,and the fourth is due to the knowledge of f∧0/b/*** sum of the asymmetries in the production and decay between ∧0/b and ∧0/bis also measured as a function of PT and *** previously published branching fraction of ∧0/b→ J/ψ pπ-,relative to that of ∧0/b→ J/ψ pK-,is updated. The branching fractions of ∧0/b→P＋c（→ J/ψp）K-are determined.

Introduction:Changes in land use and agricultural management have caused a strong increase in sediment and particulate phosphorus input into the miyun *** simulation of the relevant runoff and sediment fluxes at the mesoscale needs adequate procedures,adapted to a semiarid monsoon climate and regional land-use ***:The modified Universal Soil Loss Equation(USLE-m)was integrated into the STOFFBILANZ model to calculate daily soil losses in the entire miyun catchment *** results are well within the range of monitoring data from Wischmeier plots that are located inside the investigation *** the reference year 2009,soil erosion was estimated at an average of 952 kg ha^(-1) year^(-1).Daily based simulation of sediment input into surface waters was done in the next step,taking into account the likeliness of sediment input and sediment delivery *** sediment inputs are by 113 kg ha^(-1) year^(-1).Critical source areas are located on cropland and are particularly relevant on the former lakebed of the miyun reservoir which has recently been used for corn ***:Compared with observation data from the Bai and Chao rivers,the simulation of sediment loads showed a satisfying agreement that underlines the suitability of the selected approach to substitute recently used one-year balances based on the Universal Soil Loss Equation(USLE)*** tillage was selected as a possible mitigation option to reduce soil erosion and sediment *** to the limited availability of spatial and monitoring data,the simulations are approximate and only a first step in contributing to an integrated river basin management that should be improved in future.

基于作者新近提出的一种混合塑性硬化准则和临界状态土力学理论建立了一个三维形式表述的适于饱和黏性土的弹塑性双面模型,此硬化准则是著名的m asing方法在三维应力空间中的推广。该模型的二维形式已采用饱和黏性土样室内动态三轴不排水剪切试验的结果进行了验证并已在另文发表。本文所建的三维弹塑性动本构模型与一个半经验的孔隙水压力增长模式相结合,通过有限元程序ABAQUS*对一个循环荷载作用下的条形基础下部地基土层内的位移、应力分布和超孔隙水压力随时间的变化进行了分析,计算结果表明模型预测的地基土的力学响应是符合实际的。

metastases of uveal melanoma(Um)spread predominantly to the *** to low response rates to systemic therapies,liver-directed therapies(LDT)are commonly used for tumor *** impact of LDT on the response to systemic treatment is unknown.A total of 182 patients with metastatic Um treated with immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)were included in this *** were recruited from prospective skin cancer centers and the German national skin cancer registry(ADOReg)of the German Dermatologic Cooperative Oncology Group(DeCOG).Two cohorts were compared:patients with LDT(cohort A,n=78)versus those without LDT(cohort B,n=104).Data were analyzed for response to treatment,progression-free survival(PFS),and overall survival(OS).The median OS was significantly longer in cohort A than in cohort B(20.1 vs.13.8 months;P=0.0016)and a trend towards improved PFS was observed for cohort A(3.0 vs.2.5 months;P=0.054).The objective response rate to any ICB(16.7%vs.3.8%,P=0.0073)and combined ICB(14.1%vs.4.5%,P=0.017)was more favorable in cohort *** data suggest that the combination of LDT with ICB may be associated with a survival benefit and higher treatment response to ICB in patients with metastatic Um.

严重的急性呼吸功能不全常需进行机械通气。气管插管是常用的通气通路，但还存在较多问题：如插管损伤气管；吞咽、讲话、咳嗽功能丧失；粘膜损伤；长时间插管后感染危险性增加；拔管后声带麻痹、气道狭窄和气管软化等。经呼吸面罩非侵入性通气(NIV)可作为替代性通气途径。 NIV起初在家庭通气治疗中建立并得到广泛应用，其发展原因很多，但根本上面罩通气是在大型呼吸机上发展起来的，因而存在较多问题。在使用与常规管道相连的面罩时，因管道较硬，限制了患者的活动。最好使用配有相应管道系统的小型呼吸机。小型呼吸机通气的使用条件和参数与大型呼吸机不同。急救医学中通常测定呼气潮气量，而在面罩通气时，由于缺乏呼气管，通常只能测定和显示吸气潮气量。

This article provides a review of tropical cyclone(TC)surface wind estimation from an operational forecasting ***,we provide a summary of operational forecast center practices and historical ***,we discuss current and emerging objective estimates of TC surface winds,including algorithms,archive datasets,and individual algorithm strengths and weaknesses as applied to operational TC surface wind forecast *** review leads to recommendations about required surface coverage—an area covering at least 1100 km from center of TC at a 2-km resolution in the inner-core,and at a frequency of at least once every 6 *** is enough coverage to support a complete analysis of the TC surface wind field from center to the extent of the 34-kt(17 m s^(-1))winds at 6-h *** also suggest future designs of TC surface wind capabilities include funding to ensure near real-time data delivery to operators so that operational evaluation and use are feasible within proposed ***,we suggest that users of archived operational wind radii datasets contact operational organizations to ensure these datasets are appropriate for their needs as the datasets vary in quality through time and space,even from a single organisation.

A 35-year-old haemodialysis-dependent woman with chronic renal failure developed large,very painful necrotic ulcers and necrosis on the thighs,buttocks and the abdomen with signs of fast *** skin biopsy specimens showed a broad necrosis of the epidermis and thrombosed dermal vessels with focal calcium deposits within the *** addition,laboratory findings presented an increased product of serum calcium and phosphate ***,we diagnosed calciphylaxis on the basis of clinical,biochemical and histopathological *** initiated a therapy in which our patient was treated with intravenous sodium thiosulphate 3 times *** after 2 weeks of treatment,no new lesions were detectable and there was a dramatic pain *** the following 4 weeks,a successive decline of the ulcers and the healing of individual tissue defects could be *** months after the start of the therapy,the patient underwent successful renal ***,the intravenoustherapy of calciphylaxis with sodium thiosulphate might be a new effective alternative in the treatment of this life-threatening disease.
