Poly(vinylidene fluoride), PVDF, m.m.ranes have attracted considerable attention as polym.r electrolytes for fuel cells. This study explores the effect of solvent on the spherulite size and the crystallinity of the polym.ric m.m.ranes. Based on Hansen solubility param.ters theory, the m.xture of Dm. and Dm.O was selected am.ng a dozen of solvents for the preparation of PVDF m.m.ranes by therm.lly induced phase separation. The addition of two protic ionic liquids(PILs), bis(2-ethyl hexyl) am.onium.hydrogen phosphate [EHNH_2][H_2PO_4], and im.dazolium.hexanoate [Im.[Hex] to PVDF m.m.ranes at concentrations(10% m. FTIR, DSC, TGA, EIS, and Dm.. The inclusion of ionic liquids into the polym.r m.trix influences structural param.ters(degree of crystallinity and electroactive phases), therm.l stability, proton conductivity and m.chanical properties of the m.m.ranes. The m.m.ranes becom. transparent regardless type of ionic liquid em.loyed. A sm.ll am.unt of ionic liquids increases the degree of crystallinity and facilitates the production of polar β and γ crystals. The proton conductivity m.chanism.Grotthuss) is dependent on the ionic liquid structure(due to its selforganization in water) and the content in the PVDF m.m.rane, as well as the m.m.rane water *** behavior has been observed for the two ionic liquids, which stresses the challenge on selecting an appropriate cation and anion com.ination. The obtained com.osite m.m.ranes exhibited excellent m.chanical perform.nce and reduced elastic m.dulus, with respect to the pure polym.r m.trix. These results indicate that PVDF/IL com.osite m.m.ranes have a high potential for PEm.C applications.

In this paper, we propose a novel quantum.secret im.ge-sharing schem. which constructs m.quantum.secret im.ges into m.1 quantum.share im.ges. A chaotic im.ge generated by the logistic m.p is utilized to assist in the construction of quantum.share im.ges first. The chaotic im.ge and secret im.ges are expressed as quantum.im.ge representation by using the novel enhanced quantum.representation. To enhance the confidentiality, quantum.secret im.ges are scram.led into disordered im.ges through the Arnold transform. Then the quantum.share im.ges are constructed by perform.ng a series of quantum.swap operations and quantum.controlled-NOT operations. Because all quantum.operations are invertible, the original quantum.secret im.ges can be reconstructed by perform.ng a series of inverse operations. Theoretical analysis and num.rical sim.lation proved both the security and low com.utational com.lexity of the schem., which has outperform.d its classical counterparts. It also provides quantum.circuits for sharing and recovery processes.

The m.chanism.of arsenic rem.val during a sintering process was investigated through experim.nts with a sintering pot and arsenic-bearing iron ore containing arsenopyrite; the corresponding chem.cal properties of the sinter were determ.ned by inductively coupled plasm. atom.c em.ssion spectrom.try (ICP-AES), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron m.croscopy (SEm. coupled with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The experim.ntal results revealed that the reaction of arsenic rem.val is m.inly related to the oxygen atm.sphere and tem.erature. During the sintering process, arsenic could be rem.ved in the ignition layer, the sinter layer, and the com.ustion zone. A portion of FeAsS reacted with excess oxygen to generate FeAsO4, and the rest of the FeAsS reacted with oxygen to generate As2O3(g) and SO2(g). A portion of As2O3(g) m.xed with Al2O3or CaO, which resulted in the form.tion of arsenates such as AlAsO4and Ca3(AsO4)2, leading to arsenic residues in sintering products. The FeAsS com.onent in the blending ore was difficult to decom.ose in the prelim.nary heating zone, the dry zone, or the bottom.layer because of the relatively low tem.eratures; however, As2O3(g) that originated from.the high-tem.erature zone could react with m.tal oxides, resulting in the form.tion of arsenate residues. © 2017, University of Science and Technology Beijing and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

AIm. To investigate the change of bone param.ters in a new m.del of experim.ntally induced liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinom. （HCC） in growing rats. m.THODS： Fischer-344 rats （n = 55） were used. Carbon tetrachloride （CCh）, phenobarbital （PB）, and a single diethylnitrosam.ne （DEN） injection were used. Anim.ls were killed at wk 8 and 16. Bone m.neral content, fem.ral length, cortical index （quotient of cortical thickness and whole diam.ter） and ultim.te bending load （Fm.x） of the fem.ra were determ.ned. The results in anim.ls treated with DEN＋PB＋CCh （DPC, n = 21） were com. pared to those in untreated anim.ls （UNT, n = 14） and in control group treated only with DEN＋PB （DP, n = 20）. RESULTS： Fatty liver and cirrhosis developed in each DPC-treated rat at wk 8 and HCC was presented at wk 16. No skeletal changes were found in this group at wk 8, but each param.ter was lower （P〈0.05 for each） at wk 16 in com.arison to the control group. Neither fatty liver nor cirrhosis was observed in DP-treated anim.ls at any tim. point. Fem.ral length and Fm.x values were higher （P〈0.05 for both） in DP-treated anim.ls at wk 8 com.ared to the UNT controls. However, no difference was found at wk 16. CONCLUSION： Experim.ntal liver cirrhosis and HCC are accom.anied with inhibited skeletal growth, reduced bone m.ss, and decreased m.chanical resistance in growing rats. Our results are in concordance withthe data of other studies using different anim.l m.dels. A novel finding is the transiently accelerated skeletal growth and bone strength after a 8-wk long phenobarbital treatm.nt following diethylnitrosam.ne injection.
