抗大麦黄矮病的小麦——中间偃麦草部分双二倍体无芒中4（2n=56,染色体组A、B、D、E）胚乳的乙醇脱氢酶（ADH）、β-淀粉酶（β-amy）,酯酶（EST）和叶片过氧化物酶（Per）电泳图谱表明:无芒中4的ADH酶谱中除具有双亲的酶带外,还有一条由普通小麦4B、4D和中间偃麦草4E染色体上结构基因共同编码产生的杂种带ADH-4。在酯酶电泳图谱的EST1活性区,无芒中4缺少普通小麦部分同源染色体组3上的结构基因控制产生的酶带EST1-5、6;具有中间偃麦草3E染色体上结构基因编码产生的酶带EST1-7。在EST2活性区,它还有由中间偃麦草6E染色体上结构基因控制产生的3条酶带。无芒中4有2条色深且宽的β-amy酶带,有3条等电点pH=4.32,5.35和6.12的Per酶带,它们都源于中间偃麦草。无芒中4的这些特异带在无芒中4/普通小麦F1代,除EST1-5、6、7外,都呈显性效应,可作为鉴别真假杂种的生化标志。

Natural killer(NK)cell-mediated antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity(ADCC)through CD16 plays a critical role in antihuman immunodeficiency virus(HIV)responses.1–3 CD300a is a surface receptor highly expressed on NK cells that has the capacity to inhibit NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity in healthy donors.4 The CD300a molecule has been related to several viral infections and is able to diminish the NK cell killing of pseudorabies-infected cells through interactions with its ligands phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylethanolamine.5 In addition,CD300a expression on B and CD4+T lymphocytes is altered during HIV-1 infection,and combined antiretroviral therapy(cART)does not restore nonpathological expression levels.5,6 However,the expression and function of CD300a on NK cells during HIV-1 infection is still *** have determined the surface expression of CD300a on different NK cell subsets and the capacity of this receptor to inhibit CD16-induced NK cell effector functions in healthy and HIV-1 infected individuals.

An online survey addressed to members listed in the European Cooperative Programme for Crop Genetic Resources Networks Working Group on Grain legumes and Grain legumes (Gl) germplasm managers and breeders was carried out to pinpoint the current problems in the management of Gl germplasm, to work out the criteria and decisions involved in the implementation of regeneration procedures and to identify strategic areas where further research is required. The survey was divided into three sections: (1) germplasm collection details and current status of the regeneration needs; (2) assessment over the understanding of basic information required to carry out appropriate regeneration procedures such as the breeding systems, the pollination requirements and pollinating agents, the isolation techniques and regeneration facilities; and (3) assessment of different options, in addition to "ex situ", such as "in situ" and "on farm" conservation. Obtaining, collating and analysing different kinds of existing data on mating system of Gl species, effective pollination control methods and isolation facilities by species and location is one example of a priority issue. The Gl community makes a clear request for greater support for the development of well-designed methodologies of regeneration that maintain the genetic structure of populations and that the optimum regeneration strategy is most likely to be achieved through integrating pollinators with the regeneration procedures. A major concern of the Gl community is the lack of empirical scientific information on the most suitable pollinator agents.

This paper presents a low power tunable active inductor and RF band pass filter suitable for multiband RF front end circuits. The active inductor circuit uses the PmOS cascode structure as the negative transconductor of a gyrator to reduce the noise voltage. Also, this structure provides possible negative resistance to reduce the inductor loss with wide inductive bandwidth and high resonance frequency. The RF band pass filter is realized using the proposed active inductor with suitable input and output buffer stages. The tuning of the center frequency for multiband operation is achieved through the controllable current source. The designed active inductor and RF band pass filter are simulated in 180 nm and 45 nm CmOS process using the Synopsys HSPICE simulation tool and their performances are compared. The parameters, such as resonance frequency, tuning capability, noise and power dissipation, are analyzed for these CmOS technologies and discussed. The design of a third order band pass filter using an active inductor is also presented.

large and growing data resources on the diversity, distribution, and properties of minerals are ushering in a new era of data-driven discovery in mineralogy. The most comprehensive international mineral database is the ImA database, which includes information on more than 5400 approved mineral species and their properties, and the *** data source, which contains more than 1 million species/locality data on minerals found at more than 300 000 localities. Analysis and visualization of these data with diverse techniques—including chord diagrams, cluster diagrams, Klee diagrams, skyline diagrams, and varied methods of network analysis—are leading to a greater understanding of the co-evolving geosphere and biosphere. New data-driven approaches include mineral evolution, mineral ecology, and mineral network analysis—methods that collectively consider the distribution and diversity of minerals through space and time. These strategies are fostering a deeper understanding of mineral co-occurrences and, for the first time, facilitating predictions of mineral species that occur on Earth but have yet to be discovered and described.
