Topological Stability and Entropy for Certain Set-valued maps

in this paper,the dynamics(including shadowing property,expansiveness,topological stability and entropy)of several types of upper semi-continuous set-valued maps are m.inly considered from differentiable dynamical systems points of *** is shown that(1)if f is a hyperbolic endomorphism then for eachε>0 there exists a C^(1)-neighborhood U of f such that the induced set-valued map F_(f,U)has theε-shadowing property,and moreover,if f is an expanding endomorphism then there exists a C^(1)-neighborhood U of f such that the induced set-valued map F_(f,U)has the Lipschitz shadowing property;(2)when a set-valued map F is generated by finite expanding endomorphisms,it has the shadowing property,and moreover,if the collection of the generators has no coincidence point then F is expansive and hence is topologically stable;(3)if f is an expanding endomorphism then for eachε>0 there exists a C^(1)-neighborhood U of f such that h(F_(f,U,ε))=h(f);(4)when F is generated by finite expanding endomorphisms with no coincidence point,the entropy formula of F is ***,the dynamics of the set-valued maps based on discontinuous maps on the interval are also considered.

in recent years,Simultaneous Localization And mapping(SLAm)technology has prevailed in a wide range of applications,such as autonomous driving,intelligent robots,Augmented Reality(AR),and Virtual Reality(VR).multi-sensor fusion using the most popular three types of sensors(e.g.,visual sensor,LiDAR sensor,and imU)is becoming ubiquitous in SLAm.in part because of the complementary sensing capabilities and the inevitable shortages(e.g.,low precision and long-term drift)of the stand-alone sensor in challenging *** this article,we survey thoroughly the research efforts taken in this field and strive to provide a concise but complete review of the related ***,a brief introduction of the state estimator formation in SLAm.is ***,the state-of-the-art algorithms of different multi-sensor fusion algorithms are *** we analyze the deficiencies associated with the reviewed approaches and formulate some future research *** paper can be considered as a brief guide to newcomers and a comprehensive reference for experienced researchers and engineers to explore new interesting orientations.

This paper investigates the strength and critical state(CS)behaviours of granular materials via DEm simulations of true triaxial drained tests under three different loading modes including constant b(in-termediate stress ratio)tests with constantσ'1(major principal stress),constant p(mean pressure)and constantσ'3(minor principal stress)*** this end,a series of samples are generated with the same particle size distribution,and with the confining stresses ranging from 100 kPa to 900 *** CS is achieved for all *** the macroscopic behaviours and the microscopic behaviours are examined and compared considering different loading modes,confining stresses and intermediate stress ratios(b).The critical state lines(CSLs)are found to be unique and independent of the loading modes,but dependent on the b *** CSLs with b=0 and b=1 form the two boundaries of CSLs respectively beyond which CSLs under all other b tests cannot go *** different strength criteria are examined and compared in terms of both peak and CS *** mohr-Coulomb strength criterion is found to be only suitable for axisymmetric loading *** Lade-Duncan criterion is only suitable for describing peak strengths,which is dependent on the loading modes and confining *** Satake criterion and matsuoka-Nakai criterion are the more appropriate strength criteria for describing CS failures,indicating that the CS values of both the Satake parameter and the matsuoka-Nakai parameter describe an inherent property that characterizes the CS failure for a given type of *** CS mechanical coordination number is fitted by a curved line for a given b value,which is unique regardless of the loading *** peak and CS values of both major and minor principal fabric tensors decrease with increasing b values,while they increase with increasing b values for the intermediate principal fabric tensor.

We systematically studied the evaporation residue cross sections of ^(48)Ca-induced reactions on lanthanide and actinide target nuclei under the Dinuclear System(DNS)model framework to check the reliability and applicability of the *** produce new proton-rich Fl and Lv isotopes through hot fusion reactions in the superheavy element region with Z≥104,we utilized the reactions ^(48)Ca+^(236,238,239) Pu and ^(48)Ca+^(242,243,244,250) ***,owing to the detection limit of available equipment(0.1 pb),only 283Fl and 287−289Lv,which have the maximum evaporation residue cross section values of 0.149,0.130,9.522,and 0.309 pb,respectively,can be ***,to produce neutron-deficient isotopes of actinides near the proton drip line with Z=93−100,we attempted to generate the new isotopes(224−227Pu,228−232,237Cm)using the reactions ^(48)Ca+180,182,183 W and ^(48)Ca+^(184,186,187,192) *** maximum evaporation residue cross section values are 0.07,0.06,0.26,and 0.30 nb for the former set of reactions,and 1.96 pb,5.73 pb,12.16 pb,19.39 pb,54.79 pb,and 6.45 nb for the latter,*** results are expected to provide new information for the future synthesis of unknown neutron-deficient isotopes.

Sustained wear damages on the sliding surfaces of alloys are generally the culprit responsible for the failure of various mechanical *** by high-entropy effects,here we deliberately deploy nanohierarchical architecture with composition undulation in a Ni50(AlNbTiV)_(50) complex concentrated alloy,which yields ultralow wear rate within the order of 10^(−7) to 10^(−6) mm^(3)/Nm between room temperature and 800℃.Such remarkable wear resistance heretofore represents one of the highest wear resistance reported for the bulk alloys or composites,and originates from the multi-type adaptive friction interface protection governed by intrinsically nano-coupled grains and *** cooperative heterostructure releases gradient frictional stress in stages upon wear at room temperature through the coexistence of multiple deformation pathways while activating a dense nanocrystalline glaze layer upon wear at 800℃ to minimize adhesive and oxidative *** work uncovers a practical avenue for tailoring wear properties with multicomponent heterostructures over a wide temperature range.

Let G be a simple graph and G~σ be the oriented graph with G as its underlying graph and orientation σ.The rank of the adjacency matrix of G is called the rank of G and is denoted by r(G).The rank of the skew-adjacency matrix of G~σ is called the skew-rank of G~σ and is denoted by sr(G~σ).Let V(G)be the vertex set and E(G) be the edge set of *** cyclomatic number of G,denoted by c(G),is equal to |E(G)|-|V(G)|+ω(G),where ω(G) is the number of the components of *** is proved for any oriented graph G~σ that-2c(G)≤sr(G~σ)-r(G)≤2c(G).in this paper,we prove that there is no oriented graph G~σwith sr(G~σ)-r(G)=2c(G)-1,and in addition,there are infinitely many oriented graphs G~σ with connected underlying graphs such that c(G)=k and sr(G~σ)-r(G)=2c(G)-l for every integers k,l satisfying 0 ≤l≤4k and l≠1.

Two critical parameters:Glossiness and chromaticity space of pearlescent pigments were evaluated based on crystallinity and grain *** the roughness and the vertical distance evolution along the surface of deposited TiO_(2)film are affected by the *** optimal crystallinity of TiO_(2)was deposited at the temperature of 350℃.The TiCl4 concentration effectively changed the grain ***,the high flow rate of fluidizing gas and optimal gas–solid ratio(m^(3)/(kg h))restricted the change of TiCl_(4)concentrations in fluidized bed *** this case,the grain size of the deposited TiO_(2)film was about 55 *** on the grain size,the color of pearlescent pigments was adjusted by controlling the film thickness based on TiO_(2)***,the silver pearlescent pigment with high glossiness was prepared by chemical vapor deposition method in a fluidized bed reactor.
