This article presents a mathematical model addressing a scenario involving a hybrid nanofluid flow between two infinite parallel plates. One plate remains stationary, while the other moves downward at a squeezing velocity. The space between these plates contains a Darcy-Forchheimer porous medium. A mixture of water-based fluid with gold(Au) and silicon dioxide(Si O2) nanoparticles is formulated. In contrast to the conventional Fourier's heat flux equation, this study employs the Cattaneo-Christov heat flux equation. A uniform magnetic field is applied perpendicular to the flow direction, invoking magnetohydrodynamic(mHD) effects. Further, the model accounts for Joule heating, which is the heat generated when an electric current passes through the fluid. The problem is solved via NDSolve in mATHEmATICA. Numerical and statistical analyses are conducted to provide insights into the behavior of the nanomaterials between the parallel plates with respect to the flow, energy transport, and skin *** findings of this study have potential applications in enhancing cooling systems and optimizing thermal management strategies. It is observed that the squeezing motion generates additional pressure gradients within the fluid, which enhances the flow rate but reduces the frictional drag. Consequently, the fluid is pushed more vigorously between the plates, increasing the flow velocity. As the fluid experiences higher flow rates due to the increased squeezing effect, it spends less time in the region between the plates. The thermal relaxation, however, abruptly changes the temperature, leading to a decrease in the temperature fluctuations.

In this study we investigate strain effect in barriers of 1.3 μm AlCalnAs-InP uncooled multiple quantum well lasers. Single effective mass and kohn-Luttinger Harniltonian equations have been solved to obtain quantum states and envelope wave functions in the structure. In the case of unstrained barriers, our simulations results have good agreement with a real device fabricated and presented in one of the references. Our main work is proposal of 0.2% compressive strain in the structure Barriers that causes significant reduction in Leakage current density and Auger current density characteristics in 85 ℃. 20% improvement in mode gain-current density characteristic is also obtained in 85 ℃.

We present structural,magnetic and optical characteristics of Zn_（1-x）Tm_xTe（Tm = mn,Fe,Co,Ni and x = 6.25%）,calculated through Wien2 k code,by using full potential linearized augmented plane wave（FP-LAPW） *** optimization of the crystal structures have been done to compare the ferromagnetic（Fm） and antiferromagnetic（AFm） ground state energies,to elucidate the ferromagnetic phase stability,which further has been verified through the formation and cohesive ***,the estimated Curie temperatures T_c have demonstrated above room temperature ferromagnetism（RTFm） in Zn_（1-x）Tm_xTe（Tm =mn,Fe,Co,Ni and x= 6.25%）.The calculated electronic properties have depicted that mn- and Co-doped ZnTe behave as ferromagnetic semiconductors,while half-metallic ferromagnetic behaviors are observed in Fe- and Ni-doped *** presence of ferromagnetism is also demonstrated to be due to both the p-d and s-d hybridizations between the host lattice cations and Tm *** calculated band gaps and static real dielectric constants have been observed to vary according to Penn＇s *** evaluated band gaps lie in near visible and ultraviolet regions,which make these materials suitable for various important device applications in optoelectronic and spintronic.

The main goal of this paper is to focus on the investigation of interaction between a magnetic field and elastic materials with microstructure, whose microelements possess microtemperatures with photothermal excitation. The elastic-photothermal prob- lem in one-dimension is solved by introducing photothermal excitation at the free surface of a semi-infinite semiconducting medium （semiconductor rod）. The integral transform technique is used to solve the governing equations of the problem under the effect of the microtemperature field. The analytical expressions for some physical quantities in the physical domain are obtained with the heating boundary surface and free traction. The numerical inversion technique is used to obtain the resulting quantities in the physical domain. The obtained numerical results with some comparisons are discussed and shown graphically.

New Exact Solutions of Two Nonlinear Physical models

Abundant new exact solutions of the Schamel-korteweg-de Vries （S-kdV） equation and modified Zakharov- kuznetsov equation arising in plasma and dust plasma are presented by using the extended mapping method and the availability of symbolic computation. These solutions include the Jacobi elliptic function solutions, hyperbolic function solutions, rational solutions, and periodic wave solutions. In the limiting cases, the solitary wave solutions are obtained and some known solutions are also recovered.

The objective of the study was to develop a remote sensing （i.e., Landsat-8 and mODIS）-based agricultural drought indicator （ADI） at 30-m spatial resolution and 8-day temporal resolution and also to evaluate its performance over a heterogeneous agriculture dominant semi-arid region in Jordan. Firstly, we used principal component analysis （PCA） to evaluate the correlations among six commonly used remote sensing-derived agricultural drought related variables. The variables included normalized difference water index （NDWI）, normalized difference vegetation index （NDVI）, visible and shortwave drought index （VSDI）, normalized multiband drought index （NmDI）, moisture stress index （mSI）, and land surface temperature （LST）. Secondly, we integrated the relatively less correlated variables （that were found to be NDWI, VSDI, and LST） to generate four agricultural drought categories/conditions （i.e., wet, mild drought, moderate drought, and severe drought）. Finally, we evaluated the ADI maps against a set of 8-day ground-based standardized precipitation index values （i.e., SPI-I, SPI-2, ..., SPLS） by use of confusion matrices and observed the best results for SPI-4 （i.e., overall accuracy and kappa-values were 83% and 76%, respectively） and SPI-5 （i.e., overall accuracy and kappa-values were 85% and 78%, respectively）. The results demonstrated that the method would be valuable for monitoring agricultural drought conditions in semi-arid regions at both a reasonably high spatial resolution （i.e., 30-m） and a short time period （i.e., 8-day）.
