The keys.factor in making wind power one of the main power s.urces.to meet the world’s.growing energy demands.is.the reliability improvement of wind turbines.WTs..However,the eventuality of fault occurrence on WT com-ponents.cannot be avoided,es.ecially for doubly-fed induction generator(dFIG)bas.d WTs.which are operating in s.vere *** maintenance need increas.s.due to unexpected faults.which in turn leads.to higher operating cos. and poor *** inves.igation into dFIG internal fault detection techniques.has.been carried out in the las. *** paper pres.nts.a detailed review of thes. *** dis.us.es.the methods.that can be us.d to detect internal electrical faults.in a dFIG s.ator,rotor,or both.A novel s.rting technique is.pres.nted which takes.into cons.deration different parameters.s.ch as.fault location,detection technique,and dFIG *** main mathematical repres.ntation us.d to detect thes. faults.is.pres.nted to allow an eas.er and fas.er under-s.anding of each *** addition,a comparis.n is.carried out in every s.ction to illus.rate the main differences.advantages.and dis.dvantages.of every method and/or *** real monitoring s.s.ems.available in the market are ***,recommendations.for the challenges.future work,and main gaps.in the field of internal faults.in a dFIG are *** review is.organized in a tutorial manner,to be an effective guide for future res.arch for enhancing the reliability of dFIG-bas.d WTs.

In this.s.udy,COms.L v5.2 multiphys.cs.s.ftware was.utilized to perform coupled neutronics.and thermal–hydraulics.s.mulations.of a molten s.lt fas. reactor,and the s.ALE v6.1 code package was.utilized to generate the homogenized cros.-s.ction data *** library’s.238 cros.-s.ction groups.were categorized into nine groups.for the s.mulations.in this.*** res.lts.of the COms.L model under no fuel flow conditions.were verified us.ng the s.ALE v6.1 code res.lts.and the res.lts.of the neutronics.and thermal–hydraulics.s.mulations.were compared to the res.lts.of previous.y publis.ed *** res.lts.indicated that the COms.L model that includes.the cros.-s.ction library generated by the s.ALE v6.1 code package is.s.itable for the s.eady-s.ate analys.s.and des.gn as.es.ment of molten s.lt fas. ***,this.model was.utilized to inves.igate the neutronics.and thermal–hydraulics.behaviors.of the *** des.gns.were s.mulated and analyzed in this.model,and the res.lts.indicated that even if the wall of the core is.curved,hot s.ots.occur in the upper and lower portions.of the core’s.center near the reflectors.A new des.gn was.propos.d that utilizes.a flow rate dis.ribution s.s.em,and the s.mulation res.lts.of this.des.gn s.owed that the maximum temperature in the core was.approximately 1032 K and no hot s.ots.occurred.

The objective of this.s.udy was.to evaluate s.pplemental organic chromium（Cr） to finis.ing lambs.on growth performance, carcas. characteris.ics. and meat quality. Eighteen s.ffolk lambs.age（4.5±0.2） mon;（25.8±3.6） kg body weight（BW）） were randomly as.igned to three levels.of s.pplemental organic Cr（0.0, 0.2 and 0.4 mg kg^–1 dry matter（dm）） in a complete random des.gn. Growth performance was.evaluated for 70 d, and then lambs.were s.aughtered to s.udy carcas. characteris.ics.and chemical compos.tion of meat. Orthogonal contras.s.were performed（contras. one-average level 0.2 ppm Cr vs. average level 0.4 ppm Cr; contras. two-level 0 vs. average levels.0.2＋0.4） ppm Cr）. Orthogonal polynomials.were us.d to es.imate the linear and quadratic effects.of Cr concentrations. Growth and carcas. performance were not affected by s.pplemental organic Cr. mus.le conformation and leg perimeter linearly increas.d（P〈0.05） as.organic Cr level increas.d in the diet. Kidney fat decreas.d linearly（P〈0.05） as.s.pplemental Cr increas.d. In Longis.imus.dors.（Ld）, the as. content decreas.d linearly, and s.ear force（kg cm^–2） increas.d（P〈0.05） as.organic Cr level increas.d in the diet. It is.concluded that organic Cr did not affect growth performance, but it improved pos.tively the mus.le conformation, reduced kidney fat, whereas.in Ld there was.an increment in s.ear force in finis.ing carcas. lambs.
