maize (Zea mays.L.) is.the world’s.leadin. cereal crop, with production.es.imated at over 1 billion.ton.es.in.2022. In.Côte d’Ivoire, maize is.on. of the mos. widely con.umed foods. with n.tion.l production.exceedin. 1 million.ton.es.in.2022. Des.ite its.importan.e, this.crop is.s.bject to n.merous.biotic con.train.s. in.ludin. maize s.reak virus.(ms.). The objective of this.s.udy was.to characterize ms. is.lates.from Côte d’Ivoire us.n. molecular biology techn.ques. To achieve this. maize leaf s.mples.dis.layin. characteris.ic s.mptoms.of ms. were collected from differen. agro-ecological zon.s.(AEZs. of Côte d’Ivoire. Total Dn. was.extracted from the collected s.mples.us.n. the CTAB method an. quan.ified with a n.n.drop s.ectrophotometer. The C2 region.of the ms. gen.me’s.open.readin. frame (ORF) was.amplified through polymeras. chain.reaction.(PCR) us.n. ms.-s.ecific primers. The res.ltin. PCR products.were s.quen.ed us.n. the s.n.er method. We theoretically s.udy the s.ructural, elas.ic an. optical properties.of Er Pd Bi together with its.an.s.tropic behaviors.us.n. den.ity fun.tion.l theory. It is.obs.rved that Er Pd Bi s.tis.ies.the Born.s.ability criteria n.cely an. pos.es.es.high quality of machin.bility. The an.s.tropic behavior of Er Pd Bi is.reported with the help of theoretical an.s.tropy in.ices.in.orporatin. 3 D graphical pres.n.ation. which s.gges.s.that Er Pd Bi is.highly an.s.tropic in.n.ture. It is.n.ticed that the min.mum thermal con.uctivity is.very low for Er Pd Bi compared to the s.veral s.ecies.
