Soil salinity affects the growth and yield of *** stress of soil salinity on plants can be mitigated by inoculation of plant growth promoting bacteria(PGPR).The influence of PGPR inoculation on wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)crop productivity under salinity stress has not been properly addressed so ***,the present study was conducted to investigate the effects of various PGPR strains(W14,W10 and 6K;alone and combined)at several growth attributes of wheat plant under different soil salinity gradients(3,6 and 9 dS m-1).The growth attributes of wheat(height,roots,shoots,spikes,grains quality,biological and economical yield,nutrients nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in grains)were highly affected by salinity and decreased with increasing salinity *** PGPR inoculation substantially promoted growth attributes of wheat and prominent results were observed in W14×W10×6K treatment at all salinity *** results suggest that inoculation of PGPR is a potential strategy to mitigate salinity stress for improving wheat growth and yield.

Phosphate is a major pollutant in water, causing serious environmental and health consequences. In present study, the phosphate adsorption on novel magnetite-enriched particles (mEP) was comprehensively investigated. A new method and device were introduced for the separation of mEP from the mill scale at low magnetic intensity. Particles were characterized with different techniques such as XRD, XRF, SEm and EDS. The XRD and XRF analysis of mEP identified the dominant existence of crystalline magnetite. Furthermore, the morphological analysis of mEP confirmed the agglomerate porous morphology of magnetite. Oxygen and iron, the main constituents of magnetite were acknowledged during the elemental analysis using EDS. The phosphate adsorption on mEP is well explained using various isotherm and kinetic models, exhibiting the monolayer adsorption of phosphate on the surface of mEP. The maximum adsorption capacity was determined 6.41 mg/g. Based on particle size (45–75 and 75–150 μm) and empty bed contact time (1 and 2 h), four columns were operated for 54 days. mEP were appeared successful to remove all phosphate concentration from the column influent having 2 mg/L concentration. The operated column reactors were successfully regenerated with alkaline solution. The results indicated potential for practical application of the mEP for phosphate removal.

【目的】建立一套利用激光捕获显微切割技术切取梅(Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc.)的雌蕊并提取微量RNA的技术体系。【方法】以梅品种‘大嵌蒂’和‘龙眼’的花芽和雌蕊为实验材料,制作石蜡切片,比较不同厚度条带的切割效果并选取最佳的条带厚度制作切片;以Leica LmD 7 000激光捕获显微切割系统为实验核心,比较不同激光强度的切割效果,选取切割效果最好的激光强度,分别切取2个梅品种的雌蕊,比较常温保存与液氮保存切割后样品所提取的RNA质量,最终建立适合于梅的激光捕获显微切割提取微量RNA的最佳体系。【结果】在石蜡切片制作过程中,改进了试验材料的贮藏条件(在4℃冰箱低温贮藏),即除渗蜡和制片之外,其他如脱水、透明等步骤都在4℃冰箱中进行,而后再切片制片。经过反复比较,成功确定石蜡切片的最佳条带厚度为10μm,激光捕获显微切割效果最好的激光强度为30,并且明确切割后液氮保存的切割材料所提取RNA的RIN值比常温保存的高。【结论】改进了石蜡切片制作过程中某些步骤中材料的贮藏温度,确定了适合于梅花芽的切片厚度以及显微切割激光强度,建立了相对简单、稳定且重复性好的利用石蜡切片并联用激光捕获显微切割系统提取微量RNA的体系,为梅等木本植物开展微量RNA提取及后续分子试验的研究提供了基础依据。

Nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide（NrGO）sheets decorated with Co（OH）;nanoflakes were prepared by a single-step hydrothermal *** morphological and structural characterizations of as synthesized Nr GO@Co（OH）;nanoflakes were performed by field emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEm）,EDX-mapping and X-ray diffraction（XRD）.Nr GO@Co（OH）;nanoflakes modified glassy carbon electrode（GCE）was used for electrochemical sensing of dopamine in neutral *** nanocomposite modified electrode showed enhanced electrochemical sensing ability for the detection of dopamine and the limit of detection（Lo D）was found to be 0.201μm with a sensitivity value of 0.0286±0.002 m A m m;.Interference studies revealed that Nr GO@Co（OH）;─GCE endow excellent selectivity for DA detection even in the presence of higher concentration of common co-existing physiological interfering ***,proposed sensor demonstrated excellent performance in urine samples with promising reproducibility and stability.

＜正＞The notion of state aggregation via the dynamical consistency relation and the resulting abstractions of dynamical systems were originally developed by Caines and Wei [9] and then extended by Lemch and Caines [12, 6, 7] to the case of hybrid systems. In this paper, the theory of hybrid systems and the theory of state aggregated hierarchical hybrid systems are used as a framework for an initial formulation of sub-optimal control strategies for automatic automotive powertrain （i.e. engine and transmission） systems under cruise control.

The p-type Te-free Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)with famatinite structure is a potential candidate for thermoelectric materials due to the low cost and eco-friendly constituent ***,its strong bipolar effect and high lattice thermal conductivity(klat)are the main challenges for its performance ***,we report a new strategy to enhance its figure of merit zT~0.86 at 673 K for Cu_(3)Sb_(0.95)Fe_(0.05)Se_(2.8)S_(1.2)via band structure tuning and hierarchical ***,S substituted Se atoms in lattice can widen the band gap to alleviate the bipolar ***,Fe doping in Sb site significantly increases the density of states,thus increasing the carrier effective mass,and obtaining a remarkably high Seebeck coefficient of~560 mV/K at 300 ***,the induced hierarchical architecture defects resulting in a minimum klat of~0.48 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)at 673 ***,the improved Seebeck coefficient combined with low thermal conductivity leads to an enhanced zT.
