In th.s study,we conducted a search.for dark matter using a part of th. data recorded by th. CmS experiment during run-I of th. Lh. in 2012 with.a center of mass energy of 8 TeV and an integrated luminosity of 11.6 fb−*** data were gath.red from th. CmS open *** matter,in th. framework of th. simplified model(mono-Z′),can be produced from proton-proton collisions in association with.a new h.poth.tical gauge boson,Z′.Th.s,th. search.was conducted in th. dimuon plus large missing transverse momentum *** bench.ark scenario of mono-Z′,wh.ch.is known as ligh. vector,was used for interpreting th. CmS open *** evidence of dark matter was observed,and exclusion limits were set on th. masses of dark matter and Z′at 95%confidence level.

Five perovskite ceramics samples of Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) with.x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were synth.sized using th. conventional solid-state reaction *** prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transforms infrared(FTIR),and UV-Vis *** sh.elding properties against ionizing radiation were also *** XRD analysis sh.ws th. perovskite cubic structure as th. major phase in all *** FTIR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm^(-1) ascribed to th. antisymmetric O-Sn-O ***-Vis spectroscopy was used to determine th. bandgap according to diffuse reflectance,and th. results display a fixed enhancement in th. bandgap from 3.2 to 3.3 eV for all ***-ray sh.elding properties of th. synth.sized samples were experimentally measured and compared with.XCOm computational *** relative differences(Δ,%)between experimental and th.o retical values are low and fall with.n th. 0.446%-7.10%*** addition of Er leads to th. enhanced density,neutron,and gamma sh.elding *** contrast,charged particles’sh.elding parameters gradually reduce with.rising Er *** results suggest that Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) samples can be used in different radiation sh.elding applications.

natural fibers have been extensively research.1} as reinforcement materials in polymers on account of th.ir environmental and economic advantages in comparison with.synth.tic fibers in th. recent *** fibers are renowned for th.ir good mechanical properties,abundance,and sh.rt cycle *** beams are one of th. fundamental structural components and are susceptible to mechanical loads in engineering applications,th.s paper performs a study on th. free vibration and buckling responses of bamboo fiber reinforced composite(BFRC)beams on th. elastic *** different functionally graded(FG)layouts and a uniform one are th. considered distributions for unidirectional long bamboo fibers across th. *** elastic properties of th. composite are determined with.th. law of *** hamilton’s principle,th. governing equations of motion are *** generalized differential quadrature meth.d(GDQm)is th.n applied to th. equations to obtain th. *** ach.eved outcomes exh.bit that th. natural frequency and buckling load values vary as th. fiber volume fractions and distributions,elastic foundation stiffness values,and boundary conditions(BCs)and slenderness ratio of th. beam ***,a comparative study is conducted between th. derived analysis outcomes for BFRC and h.mogenous polymer beams to examine th. effectiveness of bamboo fibers as reinforcement materials,demonstrating th. significant enhancements in both.vibration and buckling responses,with.th. exception of natural frequencies for cantilever beams on th. Pasternak foundation with.th. FG-◇fiber ***,th. obtained analysis results of BFRC beams are also compared with.th.se for carbon nanotube reinforced composite(CNTRC)beams found in th. literature,indicating that th. buckling loads and natural frequencies of BFRC beams are lower than th.se of CNTRC beams.

Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glasses are promising materials for th.rmometers based on th. fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)***,at h.gh.Nd^(3+)concentrations,energy transfer(ET)processes such.as optical reabsorption and cross-relaxation can affect th. Nd^(3+)emission,wh.ch.has been little explored in th. ***,th. present work investigated th. use of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glass(samples doped with.Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol%,0.5 mol%,2.0 mol%,and 4.0 mol%)in fluorescence th.rmometers,in th. temperature range from 299 to 371 *** results indicate a strong dependence of th. FIR parameters on th. Nd^(3+)concentration,due to changes in th. emission band profiles caused by optical reabsorption of th. Nd^(3+)emissions and cross-relaxation processes.A decrease of th. relative sensitivity of th. ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for samples doped with.h.gh.r amounts of Nd^(3+).Th. maximum relative sensitivity at 299 K is 3.00%/K,wh.ch.is th. h.gh.st value among th. reported Nd^(3+)ions.

Th. poor corrosion and wear resistances of mg alloys seriously limit th.ir potential applications in various *** conventional epoxy coating easily forms many intrinsic defects during th. solidification process,wh.ch.cannot provide sufficient *** th. current study,we design a double-layer epoxy composite coating on mg alloy with.enhanced anti-corrosion/wear properties,via th. spin-assisted assembly *** outer layer is functionalized graph.ne(FG)in waterborne epoxy resin(WEP)and th. inner layer is Ce-based conversion(Ce)*** FG sh.ets can be h.mogeneously dispersed with.n th. epoxy matrix to fill th. intrinsic defects and improve th. barrier *** Ce film connects th. outer layer with.th. substrate,sh.wing th. transition *** corrosion rate of Ce/WEP/FG composite coating is 2131 times lower than that of bare mg alloy,and th. wear rate is decreased by~90%.Th. improved corrosion resistance is attributed to th. labyrinth.effect(h.ndering th. penetration of corrosive medium)and th. obstruction of galvanic coupling *** synergistic effect derived from th. FG sh.et and blocking layer exh.bits great potential in realizing th. improvement of multi-functional integration,wh.ch.will open up a new avenue for th. development of novel composite protection coatings of mg alloys.
