紫外光直接光氧化浸出铜渣

采用光化学反应研究了铜渣中Cu和Fe的溶解行为。实验采用石英玻璃夹套,在玻璃反应釜中间歇进行,在反应釜下埋入紫外线灯,并采用玻璃管作为送风装置。研究了不同波长UVA(365 nm)、UVB(311 nm)、UVC(254 nm)和真空UV光(185 nm)在浸出液中的行为。所有实验在相同条件下,在有和没有紫外线灯的情况下进行比较。研究了自由基形成机制对浸出环境的适应性及其在氧化溶液介质浸出中的可用性。在紫外光(185 nm)和非紫外光条件下,铜的提取率分别为85.1%和70.7%。综上所述,在紫外(185 nm)光反应器体系中,铜渣在最佳条件下的金属溶解率比无紫外光反应器体系效率更高。光化学反应器是使其适应湿法冶金应用和检验工艺的新途径。

从铜渣中回收有价金属的技术虽然很多,但其经济和环境相容性都不理想。用双氧水和有机酸乙酸研究了铜渣中金属在常压下的溶解行为。该渣为转炉渣和闪速炉渣的混合物,含Cu 6.74%,Zn 4.34%,Fe 36.45%。常规的常压浸出实验在100 mL的玻璃烧杯中进行,在磁力搅拌器中使用涂有聚四氟乙烯的磁性搅拌棒。在最佳浸出条件下,铜提取率为98.04%,锌提取率为28.8%,铁提取率为2%。拉曼光谱显示Cu^(2+)/Zn^(2+)与AcO^(-)(乙酸)存在配位。溶解过程用一级动力学方程描述。表观活化能为23.7 kJ/mol,表明溶解过程受扩散控制。H_(2)O_(2)和CH_(3)COOH的反应级数分别为1.24和0.1。本文提出的湿法冶金新工艺简单、环保,在常规条件下从铜渣中获得醋酸铜溶液的性能明显优于其他方法。

The addition of NaCl in the ammonium persulfate-APS(as an oxidant)leaching was *** has some advantages compared with conventional oxidants and its standard redox potential(E°)*** of six parameters such as NaCl concentration,APS concentration,temperature,time,liquid–solid ration(L/S),and stirring speed on the leaching behavior was *** showed that metals extraction increased with increasing of NaCl concentration,APS concentration,leaching temperature(up to333K),and L/S *** oxidative leaching of sulfide minerals,the occurrence of elemental sulfur layer on particle surface is known as primary problem that causes low metal *** to the results,the passivation effect of sulfur layer and low dissolution problems can be eliminated in the presence of chloride *** and iron extraction yields were obtained as75%and80%,respectively under leaching conditions as follows:APS concentration250g/L;NaCl concentration150g/L;time180min;temperature333K;stirring speed400r/min;and L/S250mL/g.

The dissolution of copper and iron from chalcopyrite concentrate in the presence of ammonium persulfate(APS)and ammonium hydroxide was investigated under atmospheric leaching *** were designed by central composite design(CCD).Under the optimum leaching conditions((NH4)2S2O8 concentration=328 g/L;NH4OH addition=16vol%;leaching temperature=321 K(48℃);leaching time=120 min;liquid-to-solid ratio=16;stirring speed=400 r/min),selective leaching was achieved.98.14%of the copper was leached,whereas iron did not pass into the solution.X-ray diffraction analysis of the leaching residue showed that iron compounds were *** the leaching results,the fact that the leaching process does not include uneconomical leaching stages such as extended milling/mechanical activation or high pressures/temperatures,and the low copper dissolution conditions,the attained selective leaching yield may be remarkable.

In this paper,the effect of two phenolic extracts(red and yellow onion skin,RS and YS respectively)with different phenolic profiles on the fluorescence quenching of lentil protein isolate(LPI)was *** quenching effect of YS at 4–30μm concentrations on lentil proteins was in the range of 20.9–77.8%.A linear Stern-Volmer plot was obtained in agreement with static quenching for the LPI-YS complex while giving the blue shift at maximum emission between 8 and 30μm YS *** parameters of the LPI-YS complex showed that the interaction was hydrophobic(ΔH>0 andΔS>0),enthalpy driven(ΔH>ΔS),and non-spontaneous(ΔG>0)*** provided a more effective quenching effect at lower concentrations compared to YS and the quenching effect of RS at 1–16μm concentrations was 24.5–92.8%.On the other hand,the red shift was observed between 0 and 16μm RS concentrations,where the Stern-Volmer plot was non-linear,so there was a“sphere of action model”for LPI-RS complexes.

The reduction of Cr（Ⅵ） in aqueous solution by using bauxite ore was *** results for Cr（Ⅵ）reduction in aqueous solution depending on some factors such as time,sulfuric acid amount,bauxite dosage,initial Cr（Ⅵ）concentration,formic acid concentration,daylight and temperature were *** obtained results show that sulfuric acid amount,bauxite dosage and initial Cr（Ⅵ） concentration of solution are most effective parameters on the reduction ***,it has been found that the 60 g/L of bauxite dosage is sufficient to reduce up to 100% of Cr（Ⅵ） from acidic solution under the condition of low initial Cr（Ⅵ） mass concentrations such as 10 mg/*** reduction reaction is completed within 30 min at 25 ℃ under the experimental conditions：bauxite dosage of 60 g/L,amount of sulfuric acid 40-60 stoichiometric and initial mass concentration of Cr（Ⅵ）,10 mg/*** was determined that reduction percentage is decreasing with increasing initial Cr（Ⅵ） *** chemical oxygen demand of bauxite ore was found to be 26 mg COD/g.

The influence of ^(60)Co(γ-ray)irradiation on the electrical characteristics of Al/Si_(3)N_(4)/p-Si(mIS)structures is investigated using capacitance-voltage(C–V)and conductance-voltage(G/ω–V)*** mIS structures are exposed to a ^(60)Coγradiation source at a dose of 0.7 kGy/h,with a total dose range of 0–100 *** C–V and G/ω–V properties are measured before and after ^(60)Coγ-ray irradiation at 500 kHz and room *** is found that the capacitance and conductance values decrease with the increase in the total dose due to the irradiation-induced defects at the *** results also indicate thatγradiation causes an increase in the barrier height ФB,Fermi energy EF and depletion layer width W_(D).The interface state density(N_(ss)),using the Hill–Coleman method and dependent on radiation dose,is determined from the C–V and G/ω–V measurements and decreases with an increase in the radiation *** decrease in the interface states can be attributed to the decrease in the recombination centers and the passivation of the Si surface due to the deposition insulator layer(Si_(3)N_(4)).In addition,it is clear that the acceptor concentration NA decreases with increasing radiation *** profile of series resistance Rs for various radiation doses is obtained from forward and reverse-biased C–V and G/ω–V measurements,and its values decrease with increasing radiation dose,while it increases with increasing voltage in the accumulation region.
