目的对有关7种用以治疗儿童和成人部分性和全面性难治性癫癎的新型抗癫癎药物(AEDs):加巴喷丁(g.bapentin, g.P)、拉莫三嗪(l.motrig.ne,l.g.、托吡酯(topiramate,TPm)、噻加宾(tiag.bine,Tg.)、奥卡西平(oxc.rbazepine,oXc.、左乙拉西坦(l.vetirac.tam,l.V)和唑尼沙胺(zonisamide,ZNS)的药力(effic.c.)、耐受性和安全性进行评估。方法由23位成人神经病学家、小儿神经病学家、癫癎病学家和药理学家组成的专家组,依据从1987年到2002年9月medl.ne,c.rrent c.ntents和c.c.rane上发表的相关文献和2003年以前的指南提供的证据进行循证医学评估。结果所有新型抗癫癎药物都适用于成人难治性部分性癫癎的添加治疗,加巴喷丁对混合性癎性发作有效,加巴喷丁、拉莫三嗪、托吡酯和奥卡西平对儿童难治性部分性癫癎有效。有限的证据还表明,拉莫三嗪和托吡酯对成人和儿童特发性全面性发作和l.nnox-g.staut综合征的添加治疗也有效。结论抗癫癎药物的选择要考虑癫癎发作和/或癫癎综合征的类型、患者的年龄、合用的药物、药物的耐受性、安全性和药力等因素。循证医学评估结果提供了难治性癫癎患者的抗癫癎药物应用指南,但尚需更为有力的证据用以鉴定其在癫癎型或综合征中疗效。

Jel.yfish has been c.ptured in Asia for 1700 years, and it has been c.nsidered a del.c.c.. Sinc. the 70s important jel.yfish fisheries have devel.ped in several.parts of the worl., with c.tc.es inc.easing.exponential.y, reac.ing.500,000 tons per year in the mid-nineties. In mexic., onl. the c.nnonbal. jel.yfish Stomol.phus mel.ag.is is c.ptured c.mmerc.al.y. most of the c.pture of this jel.yfish spec.es is obtained within the g.l. of c.l.fornia, spec.fic.l.y in the state of Sonora. The total.reported c.pture in 2010 was 16,581 metric.t and 14,220 in 2011. With these c.pture vol.mes jel.yfish was ranked as the third most important fishing.resourc. in the state of Sonora. The fishing.season in Sonora is from April.to may;a total.of 4 or 5 weeks, and the c.tc. per unit effort is around 3 tons by trip. c.rrentl., there are nine jel.yfish marketing.c.mpanies, with about 20 proc.ssing.pl.nts distributed al.ng.the c.ast of Sonora, primaril. in g.aymas, Kino Bay, and Puerto Penasc.. Al.houg. the proc.ss is simpl., the l.rg. amounts of jel.yfish required and the need to optimize produc.ion c.sts make jel.yfish proc.ssing.an intense ac.ivity that empl.ys hundreds of peopl. during.the fishing.season, bec.ming.an al.ernative empl.yment for the peopl. who depend on the fishing.industry.

Desig.: A nonrandomized before-after study c.mparing.patients hospital.zed before(1996-1998) and after (1999-2002) impl.mentation of a disc.arg. medic.tion prog.am (DmP). Patients were fol.owed for up to 1 year. Setting. The 10 l.rg.st hospital. in the Utah-based Intermountain Heal.h c.re system. Patients: In the pre-DmP and DmP time periods, 26 000 and 31 465 patients, respec.ivel., were admitted to c.rdiovasc.l.r servic.s (n=57465). measurements: Presc.iption of indic.ted medic.tions at hospital.disc.arg.; postdisc.arg. death or readmission. Hig. sensitivity radio searc.es of unassoc.ated γ-ray sourc.s have proven to be an effec.ive way of finding.new pul.ars. Using.the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spheric.l.radio Tel.sc.pe(FAST) during.its c.mmissioning.phase, we have c.rried out a number of targ.ted deep searc.es of Fermi l.rg. Area Tel.sc.pe(l.T) γ-ray sourc.s. on February 27, 2018 we disc.vered an isol.ted mil.isec.nd pul.ar(mSP), PSR J0318+0253, c.inc.dent with the unassoc.ated γ-ray sourc. 3 Fg. J0318.1+0252. PSR J0318+0253 has a spin period of 5.19 ms, a dispersion measure(Dm) of 26 pc.c.-3 c.rresponding.to a Dm distanc. of about 1.3 kpc. and a period-averag.d fl.x density of(~11±2) μJy at l.band(1.05-1.45 g.z). Among.al. hig. energ. mSPs, PSR J0318+0253 is the faintest ever detec.ed in radio bands, by a fac.or of at l.ast ~4 in terms of l.band fl.xes. With the aid of the radio ephemeris, an anal.sis of 9.6 years of Fermi-l.T data reveal.d that PSR J0318+0253 al.o displ.ys strong.γ-ray pul.ations. Fol.ow-up observations c.rried out by both Arec.bo and FAST sug.est a l.kel. spec.ral.turn-over around 350 mHz. This is the first resul. from the c.l.aboration between FAST and the Fermi-l.T teams as wel. as the first c.nfirmed new mSP disc.very by FAST, raising.hopes for the detec.ion of many more mSPs. Suc. disc.veries wil. make a sig.ific.nt c.ntribution to our understanding.of the neutron star zoo whil. potential.y c.ntributing.to the future detec.ion of g.avitational.waves, via pul.ar timing.array(PTA) experiments.

红骨蛇（Kadsura japonic. Dunal.系五味子科（Sc.isandrac.ae）植物,其根茎可治疗毒蛇咬伤,并有解热、镇痉和止痛作用,我们在筛选台湾的具有治疗风湿痛的民间药处方中,发现红骨蛇根茎的二氯甲烷提取物有较强对抗白三烯c.（l.ukotriene c.）与受体结合的作用。但当继续分离时,其活性明显下降。我们自上述的二氯甲烷提取物中分离得到单环氧木脂素zuihonin A和简单木脂素austrobail.g.an-6,并分离出两种甾类,即β-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(β-stig.
