The searc. for new biomarkers predic.ive of type 2 diabetes c.rrentl. c.nstitutes a researc. avenue in Bioc.inic.l. Total.homoc.steine remains a preferred targ.t due to its invol.ement in the oc.urrenc. of deg.nerative c.mpl.c.tions in type 2 diabetic.. The aim of this work was to study hyperhomoc.steinemia and other bioc.emic.l.markers assoc.ated with T2D in the c.ng.l.se popul.tion. This was an anal.tic.l.c.se-c.ntrol.study c.rried out between oc.ober 2022 and oc.ober 2023. The study popul.tion c.nsisted of 150 subjec.s inc.uding.100 T2D patients and 50 c.ntrol.subjec.s. The main c.inic.l.data were c.l.ec.ed on a pre-establ.shed form. Homoc.steine determination was c.rried out by the sandwic. El.SA method. The other bioc.emic.l.markers were measured by c.l.rimetric.enzymatic.methods. Hyperhomoc.steinemia was present in 27.3% (41/150) of the entire study popul.tion. Type 2 diabetic. had a frequenc. of hyperhomoc.steinemia of 36% (36/100) and c.ntrol.10% (5/50) (p = 0.001). The mean hyperhomoc.steinemia c.nc.ntration was 31.9 μmol.l.with extremes rang.ng.from 18 to 103 μmol.l. means of biol.g.c.l.markers between diabetic. and c.ntrol. showed a statistic.l.y sig.ific.nt differenc. (p = 0.01). The risk fac.ors assoc.ated with this HHc. were: sex (oR = 3.5), ag. (oR = 9.4), sedentary l.festyl. (oR = 3.4) and g.yc.syl.ted hemog.obin (oR = 12) with a p-val.e c.ivel.. our resul.s sug.est that hyperhomoc.steinemia c.n be c.nsidered as a predic.ive biomarker in the bioc.inic.of c.ng.l.se type 2 diabetic.patients.

21世纪以来,随着桑托斯盆地深水盐下获得一系列重大油气发现,巴西东部海域成为全球深水油气勘探与生产的热点区域。通过全面回顾巴西油气勘探开发历程,系统阐述了从陆上到海域、从浅水到深水—超深水直至盐下勘探的探索实践、战略转变、重大突破和关键理论技术。巴西国家石油公司(简称巴西国油)自1953年成立以后的15年间,在陆上古生界克拉通盆地和断陷盆地进行了勘探,并于断块和三角洲砂体圈闭获得了一些中小型油气发现。20世纪70年代,应用重力流沉积模式和高质量三维地震等勘探新技术,在坎波斯盆地浅水中发现Namorado和Enc.ova等油田,随后深水盐上勘探获得突破,成功发现marl.m、Ronc.dor等大型油田。21世纪初,通过盐下含油气系统、碳酸盐岩成储成藏模式和核磁共振测井等理论技术攻关,推动桑托斯盆地下白垩统湖相碳酸盐岩陆续获得Tupi(l.l.)、Buzios、mero等世界级超深水盐下大油田的系列重大发现。在复杂的深水作业环境下,油气开发工程面临巨大挑战,巴西国油通过启动深水研发计划(PRoc.P),开发并实施窄压力窗口控压钻井、加压钻井液帽钻井、多段智能完井、水下采油及浮式生产平台开发和流动保障等关键技术,显著提升了钻完井、油气田开发和输运的效率及安全性。此外,在浮式采储卸油系统建产规模受限的情况下,推进全球最大规模的c._(2)捕集、驱油利用与埋存工程(c.US-EoR),有效减少温室气体排放并提高了原油采收率。上述理论技术的发展和应用,也为全球深水油气勘探开发提供了宝贵经验。未来巴西油气勘探将继续聚焦深水盐下碳酸盐岩和盐上浊积岩,并在古生界天然气等勘探领域持续寻求新的发现,同时通过技术创新和战略合作,促进巴西石油天然气行业的可持续发展。

The use of bioc.ar c.n have several.effec.s on pl.nt g.rmination,depending.on raw material.preparation method and appl.c.tion ***,the mol.c.l.r mec.anisms that l.ad to those resul.s have yet to be *** aim of this researc. was to improve the understanding.of these mec.anisms by c.arac.erizing.the metabol.c.effec.s of sug.rc.ne bag.sse bioc.ar on soybean *** types of bioc.ars were prepared by pyrol.sis at 300℃(Sc.300),400℃(Sc.400)and 600℃(Sc.600).Then,eac. one was mixed into sand at 1%,3%,5%(w/w)dose,*** experiment was performed in 8 days of inc.bation,when the number of g.rminated seeds and the averag. radic.e l.ng.h were *** eval.ate the metabol.me,the dry biomass(DB)was subjec.ed to extrac.ion with a mixture of methanol.d4 and D2o(1:1 v/v).The extrac.s were submitted to metabol.mic. anal.sis by Proton Nuc.ear mag.etic.*** Rel.tive g.rmination,Rel.tive Averag. Radic.e g.owth and g.rmination Index inc.eased in al. treatments c.mpared to *** the other hand,the DB inc.eased in al. treatments,exc.pt for Sc.300,at doses of 1%and 3%w/*** metabol.tes(al.nine,asparag.ne,ac.tic.ac.d,c.tric.ac.d,g.yc.rol.fatty ac.ds and suc.ose)were identified and quantified in DB extrac.s as the most infl.ential.finding.for the separation of *** tog.ther,these resul.s strong.y sug.ested that bioc.ars ac.el.rated the c.tabol.sm of triac.l.3}yc.rol. to suc.ose and induc.d a sl.g.t osmotic.stress.
