The World Trade Organization (WTO) negotiations goal is to enhance international trade through trade liberalization. Recently,"trade facilitation" provoked as a new aspect and added to these negotiations. The perception behind this addition is ingenuous:once formal trade barriers (both tariff and non-tariff) have been condensed, other issues, as well as administrative barriers, become the most serious impairments to trade. many exertions have been arrayed in order to liberalize trade but less attention has been given to impediments. From a trade policy point of view, trade facilitation is important for two reasons. First, after dropping tariff and non-tariff barriers, administrative barriers and red tape costs still impeded trade. Second, the expenses caused by red tape is very high accounting for2to15%of the value of the traded goods. Third, the welfare arising from the elimination of these barriers is greater when the restrictions that are being eased deal with the waste of real resources rather than those that generate rents that are captured by interest groups (quota rents) or governments (tariff revenues). As trade facilitation involves a wide range of data, there is difficulty in collection and statistics.many trials to draw the idea of indicators system on trade facilitation to calculate the score of trade facilitation of46Egypt's major trade's partner countries are proposed and discussed before. In this thesis, we choose port efficiency, customs environment, business environment;e-commerce and market access these5indicators to evaluate the degree of trade facilitation. The present study is devoted to understanding the evolution of the Upper Jurassic Sab'atayn Formation in the marib-Shabwa Basin,Yemen,through a sequence stratigraphic analysis based on integrating datasets of sedimentology,seismic sections,and well *** Sab'atayn Formation(Tithonian age)is represented by a series of clastic and evaporites that were deposited under fluvio-deltaic to prodeltaic *** is divided into four members including Yah(at the base),upwards to Seen,Alif,and Safir at the *** third-order depositional sequences were determined for the Tithonian succession which were separated by three sequence *** sequences were classified into their systems tracts signifying several sedimentation patterns of progradational,aggradational,and retrogradational parasequence *** first depositional sequence corresponds to the early-middle Tithonian Yah and Seen units that can be classified into lowstand,transgressive,and highstand systems *** second sequence comprises the late Tithonian Alif unit that can be subdivided into transgressive and highstand systems *** sandy deposits of the Alif member(highstand deposits)represent the most productive hydrocarbon reservoir in the *** Upper Jurassic sediments in the study area were resulted from a combination of eustatic and tectonic effects.

The increased adoption of Internet of medical Things (IomT) technologies has resulted in the widespread use ofBody Area Networks (BANs) in medical and non-medical domains. However, the performance of IEEE 802.15.4-based BANs is impacted by challenges related to heterogeneous data traffic requirements among nodes, includingcontention during finite backoff periods, association delays, and traffic channel access through clear channelassessment (CCA) algorithms. These challenges lead to increased packet collisions, queuing delays, retransmissions,and the neglect of critical traffic, thereby hindering performance indicators such as throughput, packet deliveryratio, packet drop rate, and packet delay. Therefore, we propose Dynamic Next Backoff Period and Clear ChannelAssessment (DNBP-CCA) schemes to address these issues. The DNBP-CCA schemes leverage a combination ofthe Dynamic Next Backoff Period (DNBP) scheme and the Dynamic Next Clear Channel Assessment (DNCCA)scheme. The DNBP scheme employs a fuzzy Takagi, Sugeno, and Kang (TSK) model’s inference system toquantitatively analyze backoff exponent, channel clearance, collision ratio, and data rate as input parameters. Onthe other hand, the DNCCA scheme dynamically adapts the CCA process based on requested data transmission tothe coordinator, considering input parameters such as buffer status ratio and acknowledgement ratio. As a result,simulations demonstrate that our proposed schemes are better than some existing representative approaches andenhance data transmission, reduce node collisions, improve average throughput, and packet delivery ratio, anddecrease average packet drop rate and packet delay.

Side lobe level reduction(SLL)of antenna arrays significantly enhances the signal-to-interference ratio and improves the quality of service(QOS)in recent and future wireless communication systems starting from 5G up to ***,it improves the array gain and directivity,increasing the detection range and angular resolution of radar *** study proposes two highly efficient SLL reduction *** techniques are based on the hybridization between either the single convolution or the double convolution algorithms and the genetic algorithm(GA)to develop the Conv/GA andDConv/GA,*** convolution process determines the element’s excitations while the GA optimizes the element *** m elements linear antenna array(LAA),the convolution of the excitation coefficients vector by itself provides a new vector of excitations of length N=(2m−1).This new vector is divided into three different sets of excitations including the odd excitations,even excitations,and middle excitations of lengths m,m−1,andm,*** the same element spacing as the original LAA is used,it is noticed that the odd and even excitations provide a much lower SLL than that of the LAA but with amuch wider half-power beamwidth(HPBW).While the middle excitations give the same HPBWas the original LAA with a relatively higher *** the increased HPBWof the odd and even excitations,the element spacing is optimized using the ***,the synthesized arrays have the same HPBW as the original LAA with a two-fold reduction in the ***,for extreme SLL reduction,the DConv/GA is *** this technique,the same procedure of the aforementioned Conv/GA technique is performed on the resultant even and odd excitation *** provides a relatively wider HPBWthan the original LAA with about quad-fold reduction in the SLL.

Biochar-compost-based controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer intended for an active microbial community

Nitrogen(N) fertilizers in agriculture suffer losses by volatilization of N to the air, surface runoff and leaching into the soil, resulting in low N use efficiency(NUE)( 50%) and raising severe environmental pollutions. Controlledrelease nitrogen fertilizers(CRNFs) can control the release of N nutrients to NUE in crop production. Different methods were used to develop new ***, different CRNF technologies are still underdeveloped due to inadequate controlling on N releasing time and/or unsustainable diffusion. The study on the influences of CRNF processing parameters on microbial conditions are lacking when the CRNFs composed of various bio-ingredients such as biochar, composts, and biowaste. The complexity of processing methods, material biodegradability, and other physical properties make current CRNFs of questionable value in agricultural production. This research aims to develop a novel biochar-compost-based controlled-release urea fertilizer(BCRUF) to preserve microbial properties carried by the compost. The BCRUF was synthesized by pelletizing the 50:50(dry, wt/wt) mixture of biochar and compost. BCRUF was loaded with urea and then spray-coated with polylactic acid(PLA). The releasing time of two types of BCRUFs, coated and uncoated with PLA, for 80% of N release in water was up to 6 h at three different temperatures(4, 23, and 40 °C), compared to conventional urea fertilizer and commercial environmentally smart N(ESN) fertilizer. The releasing time of coated BCRUF for 80% N release in soil was up to 192 h(8 days). Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) analysis revealed that no new functional groups were found in the release solution, indicating no new chemical hazards generated. The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)tests also verified that its thermal stability could be up to 160 °C. Synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles (Zn-NPs) via green method is an outstanding alternative to conventional/regular methods; however， the safety or toxicity of the biosynthesized ZnO-NPs in vivo is not fully explored. This study was conducted to evaluate the protective efficiency of cinnamaldehyde-loaded chitosan nanoparticles (Cin@CSNPs) against oxidative damage and genotoxicity of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) in mice. ZnO-NPs were biosynthesized using the extract of fresh leaves of mentha pulegium L. Cin was extracted from cinnamon essential oil， and was loaded into chitosan nanoparticle (Cin@CSNPs). Both ZnO-NPs， Cin@CSNPs and CSNPs were characterized. The in vitro release of Cin@CSNPs was determined. In the biological study， 6 groups of male Balb/c mice were treated by gavage for 3 weeks as follows， control group， the group received ZnO-NPs (25 mg/kg b.w)， the groups received Cin@CSNPs at low dose (50 mg/kg b.w) or high dose (100 mg/kg b.w)， and the groups received ZnO-NPs plus Cin@CSNPs at the two tested doses. Blood and tissue samples were collected for different biochemical， genetical and histological studies. The particle size of ZnO-NPs， CSNPs， and Cin@CSNPs were (20.78 ± 2.6)， (170.0 ± 3.7)， and (218.23 ± 2.9) nm， and ξ-potential were (32.7 ± 4.6)， (8.32 ± 0.27) and (4.8 ± 0.21)， respectively. ZnO-NPs disturbed the biochemical and oxidative stress indices， AFP， CEA， TNF-α， chromosomal aberrations in somatic and germ cells， and sperm abnormality along with severe pathological changes in the hepatic， renal， and testicular tissues. Cin@CSNPs improved significantly all the parameters tested and the histological picture in a dose-dependent. Therefore， the biosynthesized ZnO-NPs exhibit oxidative damage and genotoxicity， and Cin@CSNPs have potential protective effects against the risks of ZnO-NPs and may be a promising tool to overcome the challenges of using Cin in food and pharmaceuticals applications.

The large-scale application of renewable energy power generation technology brings new challenges to the operation of traditional power grids andenergy management on the load side. microgrid can effectively solve this problemby using its regulation and flexibility, and is considered to be an ideal *** traditional method of computing total transfer capability is difficult due tothe central integration of wind farms. As a result, the differential evolutionextreme learning machine is offered as a data mining approach for extractingoperating rules for the total transfer capability of tie-lines in wind-integratedpower systems. K-medoids clustering under the two-dimensional “wind power-load consumption” feature space is used to define representative operational scenarios initially. Then, using stochastic sampling and repetitive power flow, aknowledge base for total transfer capability operating rule mining is ***, a novel method is used to filter redundant characteristics and find featuresthat are closely associated to the total transfer capability in order to decrease theultra-high dimensionality of operational features. Finally, by feeding the trainingdata into the proposed algorithm, the total transfer capability operation rules arederived from the knowledge base. It can be seen that, the proposed algorithmcan optimize the system performance with good accuracy and generality, according to numerical data.

With the rapid development of location-based services and online social networks,POI recommendation services considering geographic and social factors have received extensive ***,the vigorous development of cloud computing has prompted service providers to outsource data to the cloud to provide POI recommendation ***,there is a degree of distrust of the cloud by service *** protect digital assets,service providers encrypt data before outsourcing ***,encryption reduces data availability,making it more challenging to provide POI recommendation services in outsourcing *** privacy-preserving schemes for geo-social-based POI recommendation have been presented,but they have some limitations in supporting group query,considering both geographic and social factors,and query accuracy,making these schemes *** solve this issue,we propose two practical and privacy-preserving geo-social-based POI recommendation schemes for single user and group users,which are named GSPR-S and ***,we first utilize the quad tree to organize geographic data and the minHash method to index social ***,we apply BGV fully homomorphic encryption to design some private algorithms,including a private max/min operation algorithm,a private rectangular set operation algorithm,and a private rectangular overlapping detection *** that,we use these algorithms as building blocks in our schemes for efficiency *** to security analysis,our schemes are proven to be secure against the honest-but-curious cloud servers,and experimental results show that our schemes have good performance.

Assessment of Appropriateness of Diagnostic Lymph Node Tissue Collection from the Operating Theater and by Interventional Radiologist. A Clinical Audit

Background: Appropriate sample requesting, collecting and timely dispatch to the appropriate laboratory is essential in establishing diagnosis of pathologies with lesions. much time and effort may be wasted if this is not done according to certain standards. We conducted this study to assess the route of lymph node samples from requests to reaching the laboratories. methods: We conducted an audit over a period from 4th June until 10th Aug 2023. Data for all the procedures performed over this period on lymph node samples (was entered into and analysed using Excel. Results: A total of eighteen samples for sixteen patients were obtained during this period. median age of the patients was 34 years (19 - 73) with a m:F ratio of 5:11. Among the IR samples, nine samples were from the neck, three from inguinal area and one from axilla. Seven samples (53.8%) were tru-cut biopsies, six samples (46.15%) were FNA. All samples were sent to the pathology laboratory fixed in formalin. Samples for TB were sent only for five cases (31.25%) and for only two cases (12.5%) were samples sent for bacterial culture. For the OR samples, none were sent for either bacterial culture or TB. Overall, eight patients (50%) were not investigated for any infectious etiologies like brucella, toxoplasmosis, CmV, EBV plus other possible causes. Repeat sampling was required for 25% of patients (within and out of the audit period). Conclusions: to avoid delays in making diagnoses, it is paramount to consider infectious etiologies as possible diagnosis for lymphadenopathy and request appropriate investigations. This requires liaising with infectious diseases/clinical microbiology experts to guide regarding types of samples, types of media and timely dispatch to the correct laboratory.
