The title compound, 4-hexyl-1-（4-nitrophenyl）-1-H-1,2,3-triazole （CI4HIsN402）, was synthesized using one-pot strategy via click reaction and the structure was characterized mainly by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, NmR, FT-IR and mS. C14H18N4O2 was crystallized from an EtOH/EtOAc solution in triclinic system, space group PI, with a = 5.3679（3）, b = 7.5499（5）, c = 17.5534（11） A, a = 92.360（4）, β = 90.359（4）, γ = 98.864（4）°, V （A3） = 702.24（8）, Z = 2, crystal size （mm） = 0.42 × 0.26 × 0.18, Rint = 0.096. Packing diagram indicates that there is dimeric interaction between two units via N（3）...H（6）. The crystal structure of the title compound （1） is stabifized by intermolecular interactions. In addition, X-ray analys!s also reveals C-H…π and π-π interactions in the molecule. Theoretical investigations were performed by using Gaussian 09 software at the B3LYP/6, 31G （d,p）level of density,finctional theory （DFT）.to compare the theoretical results with the experimental and to probe structural properties. The molecular electrostatic potential （mEP） mapped over the entire stabilized geometry of the molecule indicated their chemical reactivities. Furthermore, frontier molecular orbital （electronic properties） was computed at the same level of DFT as used. forenergy minima structure.

minimum quantity lubrication(mQL)is a relatively efficient and clean alternative to flooding workpiece *** atomization has the merits of small droplet diameter,high uniformity of droplet size,and strong coating,hence its superiority to pneumatic ***,as the current research hotspot,the influence of jet parameters and electrical parameters on the average diameter of droplets is not ***,by observing the shape of the liquid film at the nozzle outlet,the influence law of air pressure and voltage on liquid film thickness(h)and transverse and longitudinal fluctuations are ***,the mathematical model of charged droplet volume average diameter(VAD)is constructed based on three dimensions of the liquid film,namely its thickness,transverse wavelength(λ_(h)),and longitudinal wavelength(λ_(z)).The model results under different working conditions are obtained by numerical *** of the model results with the experimental VAD of the droplet confirm the error of the mathematical model to be less than 10%.The droplet diameter distribution span value Rosin–Rammler distribution span(R.S)and percentage concentrations of Pm10(particle size of less than 10μm)/Pm2.5(particle size of less than 2.5μm)under different working conditions are further *** results show that electrostatic atomization not only reduces the diameter distribution span of atomized droplets but also significantly inhibits the formation of Pm10 and Pm2.5 fine-suspension *** the air pressure is 0.3 mPa,and the voltage is 40 kV,the percentage concentrations of Pm10 and Pm2.5 can be reduced by 80.72%and 92.05%,respectively,compared with that under the pure pneumatic atomization condition at 0.3 mPa.

We search for analytical wave solutions of an electronically and biologically important model named as the Fitzhugh–Nagumo model with truncated m-fractional derivative, in which the expafunction and extended sinh-Gordon equation expansion(ESh GEE) schemes are utilized. The solutions obtained include dark, bright, dark-bright, periodic and other kinds of solitons. These analytical wave solutions are gained and verified with the use of mathematica software. These solutions do not exist in literature. Some of the solutions are demonstrated by 2D, 3D and contour graphs. This model is mostly used in circuit theory, transmission of nerve impulses, and population genetics. Finally, both the schemes are more applicable, reliable and significant to deal with the fractional nonlinear partial differential equations.

Semi-intensive free-range farm systems are common in Australia, and these systems frequently practise on-range feeding. The objective of this study was to investigate the benefit of on-range choice feeding on flock performance, egg quality, and range use of free-range laying hens using black soldier fly larvae(Hermetia illucens, BSF). A total of 160 mature ISA brown laying hens, previously determined to range daily, were allocated to a control group(control) or a treatment group(BSF) with various replicates depending on the parameter investigated. All hens were fed ad libitum indoors with a wheat-soy based diet formulated according to breed requirements. Black soldier fly hens were offered dried BSF larvae ad libitum on the range. Body weight, feed intake, BSF intake, egg production, feed conversion ratio, internal and external egg quality parameters, and individual range use using radio-frequency identification(RFID)technology was evaluated. Black soldier fly hens consumed on average 15 ± 1.7 g BSF larvae/hen per *** were no differences between BSF and control hens for any of the performance parameters obtained(P > 0.05). Egg weight, shell weight, and shell thickness of eggs from BSF hens were significantly lower(P = 0.003, P = 0.001, and P = 0.004, respectively) than those of eggs from control hens. Egg yolk colour was significantly paler in eggs from BSF hens(P 0.05) except for BSF hens showing longer total maximum time for a single visit to the range(P = 0.011). In conclusion, the average intake of BSF larvae indicated a good level of acceptance. Feed formulation should be adjusted for the intake of the choice fed source. The impact of choice-feeding on range use was minor.

Bone grinding is an essential and vital procedure in most surgical ***,the insufficient cooling capacity of dry grinding,poor visibility of drip irrigation surgery area,and large grinding force leading to high grinding temperature are the technical bottlenecks of micro-grinding.A new micro-grinding process called ultrasonic vibration-assisted nanoparticle jet mist cooling(U-NJmC)is innovatively proposed to solve the technical *** combines the advantages of ultrasonic vibration(UV)and nanoparticle jet mist cooling(NJmC).Notwithstanding,the combined effect of multi parameter collaborative of U-NJmC on cooling has not been *** grinding force,friction coefficient,specific grinding energy,and grinding temperature under dry,drip irrigation,UV,minimum quantity lubrication(mQL),NJmC,and U-NJmC micro-grinding were compared and *** showed that the minimum normal grinding force and tangential grinding force of U-NJmC micro-grinding were 1.39 and 0.32 N,which were 75.1%and 82.9%less than those in dry grinding,*** minimum friction coefficient and specific grinding energy were achieved using *** with dry,drip,UV,mQL,and NJmC grinding,the friction coefficient of U-NJmC was decreased by 31.3%,17.0%,19.0%,9.8%,and 12.5%,respectively,and the specific grinding energy was decreased by 83.0%,72.7%,77.8%,52.3%,and 64.7%,*** with UV or NJmC alone,the grinding temperature of U-NJmC was decreased by 33.5%and 10.0%,*** results showed that U-NJmC provides a novel approach for clinical surgical micro-grinding of biological bone.

Assessment of Sea Water Inundation Along Daboo Creek Area in Indus Delta Region, Pakistan

Indus Deltaic Region(IDR) in Pakistan is an erosion vulnerable coast due to the high deep water wave energy. Livelihood of millions of people depends on the fisheries and mangrove forests in IDR. IDR consists of many creeks where Daboo is a major creek located at southeast of the largest city of Pakistan, Karachi. Unfortunately, there has been no detailed study to analyze the damages of sea water intrusion at a large temporal and spatial scale. Therefore, this study is designed to estimate the effects of sea water inundation based on changing sea water surface salinity and sea surface temperature(SST). Sea surface salinity and SST data from two different surveys in Daboo creek during 1986 and 2010 are analyzed to estimate the damages and extent of sea water intrusion. mean salinity has increased 33.33% whereas mean SST decreased 13.79% from 1987 to 2010. Spatio-temporal analysis of creek area using LANDSAT 5 Thematic mapper(Tm) data for the years 1987 and 2010 shows significant amount of erosion at macro scale. Creek area has increased approximately 9.93%(260.86 m^2 per year) which is roughly equal to 60 extensive sized shrimp farms. Further Land Use Land Cover(LULC) analyses for years 2001 and 2014 using LANDSAT 7 Enhanced Thematic mapper Plus(ETm+) has indicated 42.3% decrease in cultivated land. Wet mud flats have spread out at the inner mouth of creek with enormous increase of 123.3%. Significant sea water intrusion has increased the area of barren land by 37.9%. This also resulted in overall decrease of 6.7% in area covered by mangroves. Therefore, this study recorded a significant evidence of sea water intrusion in IDR that has caused serious damages to community living in the area, economical losses. Additionally, it has also changed the environment by reducing creek biological productivity as reported by earlier studies over other regions of the world.

This study was to investigate the current trends of multiple drug resistance in bacteria against antibiotics for the proper empirical *** isolates were collected from community-acquired infection of urinary tract patients in Aligarh India from march 1999 to August *** susceptibility test was performed,using the disc diffusion method followed by plasmid isolation by the method of Kado and *** experiments were performed by the method of Lederberg and *** study revealed that this infection was more common in young *** strains of *** isolated during the course of study were found to show multiple antibiotic resistance which was further characterized as plasmid-borne drug *** study shows that *** may be one of the important causative agents of urinary tract infection(UTI) in young women.
