We report the discovery of kmt-2020-BLG-0414 Lb,with a planet-to-host mass ratio q2=0.9-1.2×10-5=3-4 q⊕at 1σ,which is the lowest mass-ratio microlensing planet to *** with two other recent discoveries(4?q/q⊕?6),it fills out the previous empty sector at the bottom of the triangular(log s,log q)diagram,where s is the planet-host separation in units of the angular Einstein radiusθ***,these discoveries call into question the existence,or at least the strength,of the break in the mass-ratio function that was previously suggested to account for the paucity of very low-q *** to the extreme magnification of the event,Amax~1450 for the underlying single-lens event,its light curve revealed a second companion with q3~0.05 and|log s3|~1,i.e.,a factor~10 closer to or farther from the host in *** measurements of the microlens parallaxπE and the angular Einstein radiusθE allow estimates of the host,planet and second companion masses,(m1,m2,m3)~(0.3 m⊙,1.0 m⊕,17 mJ),the planet and second companion projected separations,(a⊥,2,a⊥,3)~(1.5,0.15 or 15)au,and system distance DL~1 *** lens could account for most or all of the blended light(I~19.3)and so can be studied immediately with high-resolution photometric and spectroscopic observations that can further clarify the nature of the *** planet was found as part of a new program of high-cadence follow-up observations of high-magnification *** detection of this planet,despite the considerable difficulties imposed by COVID-19(two kmt sites and OGLE were shut down),illustrates the potential utility of this program.

Objective: Cyclo-oxygenase-2 seems to be involved at various steps in the processes of tumor progression. the abstract Objective of this study was to examine the relationship between cyclo- oxygenase- 2 expression and tumor proliferation, apoptosis and angiogenesis in patients with advanced stage high- grade ovarian carcinoma. Study design: Specimens from 118 patients with high- grade and advanced stage (III, IV) serous ovarian carcinoma were evaluated by immunohistochemistry for cyclo- oxygenase- 2, ki- 67, vascular endothelial growth factor, and bcl- 2 expression. tumor microvessel density was assessed with CD34 immunostaining. We investigated the relationships between cyclo- oxygenase- 2 expression and clinicopathologic characteristics, tumor angiogenesis (tumor microvessel density and vascular endothelial growth factor expression), and tumor proliferation and apoptosis. the effect of cyclo- oxygenase- 2 expression on patient survival was determined. Results: there was a significant positive correlation between cyclo- oxygenase- 2 expression in tumor cells and markers of tumor proliferation and angiogenesis. In univariate survival analysis, high cyclo- oxygenase- 2 and high ki- 67 expression showed a significant impact of on patient survival (P n multivariate regression analysis, only ki- 67 expression retained its significance as an independent poor prognostic factor (death hazard ratio, 2.0; 95% CI, 1.2- 3.3;P nclusion: Expression of cyclo- oxygenase- 2 correlates with tumor proliferation and tumor angiogenesis but not with apoptotic markers (bcl- 2 expression) in high- grade, advanced- stage serous ovarian carcinoma. 利用北京昌平2年旱稻田间试验结果,对ORYzA2000模型模拟旱稻生长发育的适应性做了初步研究。根据2003年旱稻田间试验结果,对模型进行调试,获得了旱稻的基本作物参数,包括旱稻不同生育阶段的发育速率、干物质分配系数、比叶面积、最大根深等。利用2002年的数据对模型模拟的生物量、叶面积和产量等结果进行了检验。结果表明,ORYzA2000能够比较准确地模拟旱稻的生物量、叶面积动态变化过程及最终产量,尤其是在模拟穗生物量方面具有较高的准确性。地上部总生物量、绿叶生物量、茎生物量、穗生物量、叶面积指数和产量的相对均方根误差nRmSE值分别为45%、35%、57%、37%、35%和23%。

the COVID-19 pandemic poses a global threat to public health and *** continuously emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants present a major challenge to the development of antiviral agents and *** this study,we identified that Ek1 and cholesterol-coupled derivative of Ek1,Ek1C4,as pan-CoV fusion inhibitors,exhibit potent antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 infection in both lung-and intestine-derived cell lines(Calu-3 and Caco2,respectively).they are also effective against infection of pseudotyped SARS-CoV-2 variants B.1.1.7(Alpha)and B.l.1.248(Gamma)as well as those with mutations in S protein,including n417t,E484k,n501Y,and D614G,which are common in South African and Brazilian *** structure revealed that Ek1 targets the HR1 domain in the SARS-CoV-2 S protein to block virus-cell fusion and provide mechanistic insights into its broad and effective antiviral *** administration of Ek1 peptides to hACE2 transgenic mice significantly reduced viral titers in lung and intestinal ***1 showed good safety profiles in various animal models,supporting further clinical development of Ek1-based pan-CoV fusion inhibitors against SARS-CoV-2 and its variants.

Purpose: to compare differences in subjective glare and spherical aberration b etween five foldable intraocular lenses (IOLs) made of different materials and t o different designs. methods: this prospective study comprised 175 cataract pati ents who underwent phacoemulsification and were random.z.d to receive one of fiv e types of foldable IOL (AcrySof. mA30BA, Alcon; Sensar. AR40, AmO; AcrySof. SA3 0AL, Alcon; Sensar. AR40e, AmO, and tecnis. z9000, Pharmacia &Upjohn). All pati ents received a questionnaire investigating the incidence of subjective photic p henomena. two months postoperatively, we collected data regarding subjective gla re and evaluated pupil size, visual acuity and wavefront aberration of the corne a and eye. Results: With regard to difficulty in performing ordinary activities under different light conditions and light and dark adaptation, the difference b etween the groups was not significant (p >0.05, chi-squared test). With respect to difficulty in driving at night, the mA30BA group had a significant higher in cidence of photic phenomena than the SA30AL, AR40e and z9000 groups (p test). Wavefront measurements revealed a significant difference betw een the z9000, AR40e and SA30AL groups, which showed the lowest values, and the mA30BA group, which showed the highest value (pnOVA with tamhane postho c test). Conclusions: new generation IOLs such as the Pharmacia z9000, AmO AR40e and AcrySof. SA30AL have a lower incidence of glare and spherical aberrations; however, their impact on future IOL design should be conditioned by further data , especially regarding posterior capsule opacification.

胆道内支架留置术

本文5例恶性肿瘤所致梗阻性黄疸患者,成功施行了胆道内支架留置术,其中1例直接经 t管留置;1例经 t 管内窥镜引导留置;1例 B 超下 PtCD 外引流术后留置;2例直接经 PtCD 后留置。所用支架4例为 z 型自胀式支架,1例为 Wallstent 支架。支架直径8～10mm,长度6～8cm。留置术后患者黄疸症状逐步减轻至消失,支架未出现再狭窄及移位。最长病例支架留置后存活一年,未出现再狭窄。我们认为,胆道内支架留置术是治疗疗梗阻性黄疸的较理想的方法。

Suicide is the second leading cause of death in youth globally; however, there is uncertainty about how best to intervene. Suicide rates are typically higher in males than females, while the converse is true for suicide attempts. We review this "gender paradox" in youth, and in particular, the age-dependency of these sex/gender differences and the developmental mechanisms that may explain them. Epidemiologic, genetic,neurodevelopmental and psychopathological research have identified suicidal behaviour risks arising from genetic vulnerabilities and sex/gender differences in early adverse environments, neurodevelopment, mental disorder and their complex interconnections. Further, evolving sex-/gender-defined social expectations and norms have been thought to influence suicide risk. In particular, how youth perceive and cope with threats and losses(including conforming to others' or one's own expectations of sex/gender identity) and adapt to pain(through substance use and helpseeking behaviours). taken together, considering brain plasticity over the lifespan, these proposed antecedents to youth suicide highlight the importance of interventions that alter early environment(s)(e.g., childhood maltreatment) and/or one's ability to adapt to them. Further, such interventions may have more enduring protective effects, for the individual and for future generations, if implemented in youth.
