myocardial infarction(mI)is defined as myocardial cell death due to prolonged myocardial ***,troponin rise and/or fall have become the“defining feature of mI”according to the universal definition of mI(UD-mI).Takotsubo syndrome(TS)and TS-related disease conditions also cause troponin elevation with typical rise and/or fall pattern but through a mechanism other than coronary *** strict application of the clinical diagnostic criteria for type-1 mI,type-2 mI,type-3 mI,and mI with non-obstructive coronary arteries according to the UD-mI including the fourth one published recently,TS and most of the 26 other causes of troponin elevation mentioned in the fourth UD-mI may erroneously be classified as *** existing evidence argues for the case that TS by itself is not a ***-activation of the autonomic-sympathetic nervous system including local cardiac sympathetic hyper-activation and disruption with nor-epinephrine churn and spillover is the most probable cause of *** autonomic neuro-cardiogenic(ANCA)mechanism results in myocardial“cramp”(stunning),the severity and duration of which depend on the degree of the sympathetic-hyperactivation and nor-epinephrine *** myocardial cramp may squeeze the cytosolic free troponin pools causing mild to moderate troponin elevation in TS and TS-related disease *** ANCA syndrome,which has hitherto been enveloped by the UD-mI over more than one decade,may occur in acute,recurrent,and chronic *** this critical review,the controversies of UD-mI,evidence for ANCA syndrome,and a hypothetical mechanism for the troponin elevation in ANCA syndrome are provided.

Semantic Web(SW)provides new opportunities for the study and application of big data,massive ranges of data sets in varied formats from multiple *** studies focus on potential SW technologies for resolving big data problems,such as structurally and semantically heterogeneous data that result from the variety of data formats(structured,semi-structured,numeric,unstructured text data,email,video,audio,stock ticker).SW offers information semantically both for people and machines to retain the vast volume of data and provide a meaningful output of unstructured *** the current research,we implement a new semantic Extract Transform Load(ETL)model that uses SW technologies for aggregating,integrating,and representing data as linked ***,geospatial data resources are aggregated from the internet,and then a semantic ETL model is used to store the aggregated data in a semantic model after converting it to Resource Description Framework(RDF)format for successful integration and *** principal contribution of this research is the synthesis,aggregation,and semantic representation of geospatial data to solve problems.A case study of city data is used to illustrate the semantic ETL model’s *** results show that the proposed model solves the structural and semantic heterogeneity problems in diverse data sources for successful data aggregation,integration,and representation.

Infectious diseases are an imminent danger that faces human beings around the *** is considered a highly contagious *** diagnosis of various diseases,including malaria,was performed manually,but it required a lot of time and had some human ***,there is a need to investigate an efficient and fast automatic diagnosis *** deep learning algorithms can provide a solution in which they can learn complex image patterns and have a rapid improvement in medical image *** study proposed a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)model to detect malaria automatically.A malaria Convolutional Neural Network(mCNN)model is proposed in this work to classify the infected *** focuses on detecting infected cells,which aids in the computation of parasitemia,or infection *** proposed model achieved 0.9929,0.9848,0.9859,0.9924,0.0152,0.0141,0.0071,0.9890,0.9894,and 0.9780 in terms of specificity,sensitivity,precision,accuracy,F1-score,and matthews Correlation Coefficient,respectively.A comparison was carried out between the proposed model and some recent works in the *** comparison demonstrates that the proposed model outperforms the compared works in terms of evaluation metrics.

Automating identification of services and their variability for product lines using NSGA-II

Architecture-level business services are identi- fied based on business processes; and likewise, in service- oriented product lines, identifying the domain architecture- level business services and their variability is preferred to be based on business processes and their variability. Identifica- tion of business services for a product line satisfying a set of given design metrics （such as cohesion and coupling） is ex- tremely difficult for a domain architect, since there are many product configurations for which the services must be proper at the same time. This means that the identified services must have proper values for n metrics in m different configura- tions at the same time. The problem becomes more serious when there are high degrees of variability and complexity embedded in the business processes that are the basis for ser- vice identification. We contribute to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of identifying business services for a product line by partitioning the graph of a business process variability model utilizing Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II. The service specification is achieved based on the results of the partitioning. The variability of the services is then determined in terms of mandatory and optional services as well as variability relationships, which are all represented in a Service Variability model. The method was empirically evaluated through experimentation, and showed proper lev- els of reusability and variability. Furthermore, the resulting models were fully consistent.

A challenging technical scenario frequently encountered in a percutaneous coronary intervention of a coronary bifurcation lesion(CBL)is stent implantation of only the stenosed segment without compromising the other two normal segments in non-true bifurcation *** is precise stent implantation covering the side branch ostium without leaving excessive stent metal at the other two segments of a bifurcation lesion in complex true bifurcation *** aim of this study was to describe a novel stenting technique for both non-true and true CBLs by using a guide extension catheter(GuideLiner).With the assistance of a guide extension catheter mounted on both the main and the side-branch guidewires and with its intubation down to the bifurcation carina,a stent can be implanted in the side branch segment or distal main segment of the bifurcation lesion appropriately without compromising the other two segments of the coronary *** implantation is described in three bifurcation lesions in three cases and shown in detail with illustrative *** technique facilitates side-branch only stenting in side-branch mono-ostial(medina 0,0,1)CBL or only the distal main segment in distal mono-ostial(medina 0,1,0)CBL without compromising the other two remaining segments when using the onestent technique in non-true CBLs without leaving unnecessary excessive stent metal at the bifurcation site and when using a two-stent technique in complex true bifurcation lesions(tri-ostial or medina 1,1,1).Consequently,through optimizing stent deployment,the technique may have the potential to reduce the risk of subacute stent thrombosis and future in-stent *** most appropriate lesions suitable for the technique,and some other practical tips are also described.

The kinetic study of in-situ eopolymerization of aniline with o- and p-methylaniline by ammonium persulfate （APS） has been carried out. UV-vis spectroscopic method was used to investigate the course of copolymerization. Structural characterization was studied by PT-IR spectral analysis. The electronic spectra of the copolymers poly（aniline-co-p-toluidine） and poly（aniline-co-o- toluidine） show blue shift. The shift has been observed in the bands corresponding to π→π^＊ transition as well as in the exciton transition. The increase in absorbance recorded during the reaction for different concentration of aniline, o- and p-toluidine at various intervals of time of polymerization reaction indicates a growth in the polymer formation. The resulting first-order rate constant was used to calculate the rate of copolymer formation using the rate equation -d[A]/dt = kc^n.

Influnce of Stoichiometry and molar Ratio of Barium Ferrite Thin Film Synthesized by Sol-gel on Alumina Substrate

Amorphous gels were processed with a varying Fe/Ba ratio of 11/5, 28/2, 10.5/1 in water and Solvent. Iron and barium nitrites with specific molar ratio was solved in water and slovent at 60°C for 3 hours until! a dark brown solution was prepared . The sols were introduced to substrate dropwise and spinning with 2000 rpm in 3 min was applied ; the work was repeated for 10 times and the samples were dried and sintered . The TGA analysis was used to identify the heating rate of the samples; at temperature of 1150°c for one hour the final phase was attained . the thickness , uniformity , morphology and the composition were examined by SEm and XRD. The study shows that the fabrication barium ferrite film of the molar ratio of Fe/Ba = 10.5/1 is much more suitable than other ratios .

The ability to detect and localize the human eye is critical for use in security applications and human identification and verification *** is because eye recognition algorithms have multiple challenges,such as multi-pose variations,ocular parts,and ***,the modern security applica-tions fail to detect facial expressions from eye *** this paper,a Speeded-Up Roust Feature(SURF)Algorithm was utilized to localize the face images of the enrolled *** highlighted on eye and pupil parts to be detected based on SURF,Hough Circle Transform(HCT),and Local Binary Pattern(LBP).Afterward,Deep Belief Neural Networks(DBNN)were used to classify the input features results from the SURF *** further determined the correctly and wrongly classified subjects using a confusion matrix with two class labels to classify people whose eye images are correctly *** apply Stochastic Gradient Descent(SGD)optimizer to address the overfitting problem,and the hyper-parameters arefine-tuned based on the applied *** accuracy of the proposed system is determined based on SURF,LBP,and DBNN classifier achieved 95.54%for the ORL dataset,94.07%for the BioID,and 96.20%for the CASIA-V5 *** proposed approach is more reliable and more advanced when compared with state-of-the-art algorithms.
