Gastrointestinal(GI)endoscopy has witnessed a Cambrian explosion of techniques,indications,and expanding target *** endoscopy encompasses traditional domains that include preventive measures,palliation,as alternative therapies in patients with prohibitive risks of more invasive procedures,and indicated primary ***,it has expanded to include therapeutic and diagnostic interventional endosonography,luminal endoscopic resection,third space endotherapy,endohepatology,and *** lines between surgery and endoscopy are blurred on many occasions within this ***,patients with high degrees of co-morbidity and complex physiology require more nuanced peri-endoscopic *** rising demand for endoscopy services has resulted in the development of endoscopy referral centers that offer these invasive procedures as directly booked referrals for regional and rural *** further necessitates specialized programs to ensure appropriate evaluation,risk stratification,and optimization for safe sedation and general anesthesia if *** landscape is conducive to the organic evolution of endo-anesthesia to meet the needs of these focused and evolving *** this primer,we delineate important aspects of endo-anesthesia care and provide relevant clinical and logistical considerations pertaining to the breadth of procedures.

A novel bisphosphine ligated Ag60 nanocluster,[{Cl@Ag12}@Ag48(dppm)12], has been dis-covered and characterized by X-ray crystallography. It consists of a central chloride located inside an icosahedral silver core layer, which is further encased by a second shell of 48 silver atoms/ions, which are capped with 12 bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm) ligands. Due to lack of sufficient material the cluster could not be further characterized by other methods. DFT calculations were carried out on the cation [{Cl@Ag12}@Ag48(dppm)12]+ to determine if it corresponds to a superatom with a core count of n=58. The DFT optimized structure is in agreement with X-ray ndings, but the low value of the HOmO-LUmO gap does not support superatom stability.

仔猪腹泻是仔猪最为常见的疾病。有时是多数圈舍的猪一时性发生,有时是少数圈舍的猪经常发生。但腹泻只是疾病的一个症状。健康猪肠道中的微生物和其外界环境中的微生物处于平衡状态。破坏这一平衡的任何因素都可导致肠道的功能紊乱,并出现腹泻。因此,可以断定腹泻是多方面因素影响的结果。其中包括感染、饲料、环境卫生和管理。要想有效地控制本病,就必须对引起本病的所有病因进行鉴定,并设计一个合适的防治方案。

已制成能同时测量物理和化学变量的多用途集成传感器芯片,该芯片尺寸为8×9mm^2,芯片上除含有作为信号调节、矩阵存取和输出缓冲的常规mOS 器件外还包含下列传感器:气体流量传感器、红外传感器阵列、化学反应传感器、悬臂梁加速计、表面声波蒸汽传感器、触觉传感器阵列和红外电荷耦合器件摄象器.这个芯片的多传感功能利用了ZnO 薄膜的热电和压电效应.该蕊片的制造采用了常规的3μm NmOS 硅工艺与硅的微机械加工技术相结合.本文还叙述了相容的制造技术和传感器的性能.

在俄克拉何马和得克萨斯的贫瘠垦地上种植了上万公顷的孔颖草(Bothriochloa spp.),但对其再生草的产量和品质却了解甚少。为此从5月初到9月中旬,每周收获4周龄的白白羊草(***[L.]Keng)和孔颖草(***[Trin.]***.)的再生草,测定茎、叶的产量及品质,以得到季节模型。试验设4个区组,每区组中各牧草种又设4个小区(总32小区),在1988～1989年的2年时间内,从各区组1～4小区内每周轮流收获4周龄再生草,测定牧草再生草茎、叶的体外干物质表观消化率(IVDmD)和粗蛋白(CP)。在2年时间里两种牧草再生草产量6月份最高。而1988和1989年8月份再生草产量只占6月份的10％和35％。白羊草4周龄的再生草产草量在1988和1989年分别比孔颖草高80％和45％。叶再生量分别高75％和28％。茎产量在2年时间内都是孔颖草的2倍。叶和茎的IVDmD平均比孔颖草高2％～6％,在5月和6月内叶CP平均高2％。然而,白羊草茎的CP比孔颖草低1％。放牧管理计划需考虑牧草的大部分生产集中在6月份这一个月的时间,在牧草生长季节采用每周收获4周龄再生草的取样技术是建立季节再生模型的一个有效方法。

The nanocrystalline samples Nd_(1-x)m_(x)FeO_(3)(x=0.0 and 0.1;m:Co^(2+)and Ni^(2+))were prepared using the citrate combustion *** X-ray diffraction(XRD)pattern confirmed that the nanoparticles were synthesized in an orthorhombic *** particle size of Nd_(1-x)m_(x)FeO_(3) is in the range of 29-59 *** selected area electron diffraction(SAED)indicates the samples were prepared in a polycrystalline *** samples Nd_(1-x)m_(x)FeO_(3)(x=0.0 and 0.1;m:Co^(2+)and Ni^(2+))have anti ferromagnetic *** Fe^(3+)spins are aligned antiparallel,forming the antiferromagnetic(AFm)properties,which are affected by many factors such as the bond angle between the Fe^(3+)(Fe^(3+)-O_(2)--Fe^(3+))and the Dzyaloshinskii-moriya(D-m)*** doping of Co^(2+)and Ni^(2+)ions in NdFeO_(3) enhances the magnetic properties of the NdFeO_(3).The saturation magnetization(ms)of Nd_(0.90)Co_(0.10)FeO_(3) increases 1.8times more than that of NdFeO_(3).The exchange bias field(HEX)of the Co-doped sample is two times greater than that of NdFeO_(3).The magnetic anisotropy constant(K)of the 10%Co-doped sample increases by 11 factors compared to that of NdFeO_(3).The Tauc plot illustrates that the samples have a direct optical *** divalent cation substitution(Co^(2+)and Ni^(2+))decreases the optical band gap of NdFeO_(3),leading to the recommendation of using the samples Nd_(0.90)Co_(0.10)FeO_(3) and Nd_(0.90)Ni_(0.10)FeO_(3) in photocatalysis of dye degradation from *** removal efficiencies of Cr6+at pH=6 are 88.06%,85.54%,and 85.52%for the samples NdFeO_(3),Nd_(0.90)Co_(0.10)FeO_(3),and Nd_(0.90)Ni_(0.10)FeO_(3),*** Freundlich isotherm mode is the best-fit model for NdFeO_(3) to adsorb Cr6+ions from aqueous solutions.

This study examines the nonlinear behaviors of a clamped-clamped porous pipe made of a functionally graded material(FGm) that conveys fluids and is equipped with a retaining clip, focusing on primary resonance and subcritical dynamics. The nonlinear governing equations for the FGm pipe are derived by the extended Hamilton's principle, and subsequently discretized through the application of the Galerkin *** direct method of multi-scales is then used to solve the derived equations. A thorough analysis of various parameters, including the clip stiffness, the power-law index, the porosity, and the clip location, is conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the system's nonlinear dynamics. Through the analysis of the first natural frequency, the study highlights the influence of the flow velocity and the clip stiffness, while the comparisons with metallic pipes emphasize the role of FGm composition. The examination of the forced response curves reveals saddle-node bifurcations and their dependence on parameters such as the detuning parameter and the power-law index, offering valuable insights into the system's nonlinear resonant behavior. Furthermore, the frequency-response curves illustrate the hardening nonlinearities influenced by factors such as the porosity and the clip stiffness, revealing nuanced effects on the system response and resonance characteristics. This comprehensive analysis enhances the understanding of nonlinear behaviors in FGm porous pipes with a retaining clip, providing key insights for practical engineering applications in system design and optimization.

越来越多的教育教学运动表明,社会情感学习应融入校内和校外的教学经历中。校外活动特别适合社会情感学习,校外教育工作者可以在儿童技能培养中发挥重要作用。本研究对23名在社区项目中经验丰富的校外教育工作者进行访谈,以了解教育工作者如何促进社会情感学习以及项目主管如何在此过程中提供支持。研究结果表明,校外教育工作者通过创造和抓住教学时机,将社会情感学习融入他们与儿童的日常互动中。在这个过程中,项目主管或按照规定执行,或作为合作伙伴鼓励员工自主促进社会与情感学习,虽然有时会发出自上而下的命令。研究建议,教育工作者可以将社会情感学习融入他们的专业工作中,从而提高自己的专业技能。通过认可、赋能这些专业技能,项目主管可以促进社会情感学习实践的落地和创新,并进一步地将资源分配给那些有意融入社会情感学习的项目。
