The aim of this article is to present the effects of transpiration on the unsteady two-dimensional boundary layer flow of non-Newtonian fluid passing through a stretching sheet in the presence of a first order constructive/destructive chemical reaction. The upper-convected maxwell （UCm） model is used here to characterize the non-Newtonian behavior of the fluid. Using similarity solutions, the governing nonlinear partial differential equations are transformed into ordinary ones and are then solved numerically by the shooting method. The flow fields and mass transfer are significantly influenced by the governing parameters. The fluid velocity initially decreases as the unsteadiness parameter increases and the concentration decreases significantly due to the increase in the unsteadiness. The effect of increasing values of transpiration （suction） and the maxwell parameter is to suppress the velocity field; however, the concentration is enhanced as transpiration （suction） and the maxwell parameter increase. Also, it is found that the fluid velocity decreases as the magnetic parameter increases; however, the concentration increases in this case.

Cannabinoids are lipophilic substances derived from Cannabis sativa that can exert a variety of effects in the human *** have been studied in cellular and animal models as well as in human clinical trials for their therapeutic benefits in several human *** of these include central nervous system(CNS)diseases and dysfunctions such as forms of epilepsy,multiple sclerosis,Parkinson’s disease,pain and neuropsychiatric *** addition,the endogenously produced cannabinoid lipids,endocannabinoids,are critical for normal CNS function,and if controlled or modified,may represent an additional therapeutic avenue for CNS *** review discusses in vitro cellular,ex vivo tissue and in vivo animal model studies on cannabinoids and their utility as therapeutics in multiple CNS *** addition,the review provides an overview on the use of cannabinoids in human clinical trials for a variety of CNS *** and endocannabinoids hold promise for use as disease modifiers and therapeutic agents for the prevention or treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and neurological disorders.

The acidity constants of TAR in different water-organic solvent binary mixtures at 25℃have been determined spectrophotometrically. DATa ANalysis（DATAN） program was used for calculations of the acidity constants and pure spectra of all formed species and their concentration distribution diagram in applied pH *** show that there are a fairly inverse relationship between acidity constants and the mole fraction of the organic solvent in the binary *** of solvent composition on the pk;s and pure spectrum of each component are also discussed.

Objective:To conduct a systemic evaluation of the medicinal value of seeds which include macroscopic and microscopic characterization,physiochomical evaluation,preliminary phylochemical screening and experimental antipyretic ***:Saraca asoca seed was studied for pharmacognostical,phytochemical and other recommended methods for ***,the acetone extract of the seeds was evaluated for acute toxicity study and antipyretic activity using Brewer's yeast induced pyrexia in Wislar rats at oral doses of 300 mg/kg and 500 mg/***:After phytochemical screening,the acetone extract showed the presence of saponin,tannins and flavonoids which inhibit *** therapeutic efficacy achieved at both the dose levels of the research drug and standard drug aspirin(100 mg/kg)showed significant(Pmpared to the control *** highly significant antipyretic effect exhibited at the dose of 500 mg/kg was also found to be sustainable in ***:The antipyretic effect of the acetone extract showed significant results in rats at the dose of 500 mg/kg after following the standard pharmacognostical and phylochemieal met hods.

mountainous regions of the globe experience landslides due to heavy rainfall and unplanned construction on slopes. Geojute is adopted globally as a landslide rehabilitation measure, but its impact on natural vegetation development is poorly understood. The present study was conducted to examine the impact of geojute application on vegetation restoration, ecology and carbon stock in a recently occurred landslide, during 2012. The results revealed that the geojute application improved the richness, diversity, density and basal area of plant species at the landslide site. Likewise, biomass production, carbon stock and carbon sequestration of plant species was observed significantly higher in geojute treatments compared to control(without geojute treatment). moreover, significant improvement in soil moisture was recorded beneath the geojute treatments. Further, results showed that the geojute is highly effective in controlling soil erosion at the landslide site. The findings of this study revealed ecological and environmental benefits of geojute application in term of improvement in vegetation recovery processes, species diversity and carbon sequestration at the landslide site. The scientific outcome of this study can be helpful for planning the rehabilitation measures in landslide affected regions of the globe.

Synthesis and molecular modeling study of Cu(Ⅱ) complexes derived from 2-(diphenylmethylene)hydrazinecarbothioamide derivatives with cholinesterase inhibitory activities

Thiosemicarbazones of 2-amino-5-chlorobenzophenone and 3-aminobenzophenone （L1-La） have been synthesized and their Cu（II） complexes （1-4） were afforded via coordination with cupric chloride. All these compounds were characterized by UV-vis and lR spectroscopy together with CHN elemental analysis. NmR spectroscopy was also applied to characterize the ligands. In vitro cholinesterase inhibitory assays for the complexes （1-4） showed ICso values less than 10 ~molJL, with complex 1 exhibiting the most activity, ICso = 2.15 ~molJL and 2.16 i^molJL for AChE and BuChE, respectively. molecular modeling simulation revealed the binding interaction template for complex I with the AChE and BuChE receptors. In DPPH assay, the complexes also showed more in vitro antioxidant activities in comt）arison tn their narent li^ands.

AIm:To evaluate the graft rejection and visual outcomes after penetrating keratoplasty(pk)in the presence of various congenital corneal opacities in ***:In this retrospective cohort study,children who underwent pk were then followed for 5 *** patient’s medical records were collected from June 2014 until June 2019 and analyzed in December *** patients were children under three years old with congenital corneal opacities with or without microcornea who came to a pediatric ophthalmologist and underwent pk in Jakarta Eye Center(JEC).Beforehand,all children have participated in a thorough evaluation for *** the case of severe microcornea was not advised to undergo *** visual outcomes and graft survival rate were described in *** graft survival plot was presented with Kaplan-meier,while the visual acuity was analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed ranks ***:Sixteen eyes from eleven patients(seven girls and four boys)underwent *** graft survival rate of the first 6,12,and 18 mo later of keratoplasty was 100%,83.3%,and 66.7%,*** overall mean survival time is 22 mo(standard error 2.419),and no significant difference between the patients underwent pk before and after 36 mo of their age(P=0.52).The graft failure was 50%,and postsurgery complications included cataract 43.7%,band keratopathy 12.5%,and scleromalasia 6.25%.Wilcoxon test analysis of visual acuity post keratoplasty was not statistically significant(P=0.34),while overall showed 44%improvements of visual outcome for 5 y of *** a good survival at one year up to 22 mo(83.3%),the visual acuity could be achieved(63%),and showed improvements(44%)during ***:The complications are frequent for pediatric ***,corneal surgery on infants requires careful case selection,adequate pre-operative evaluation,skilled surgery(optical correction),very close cooperation family–physician,intensive post-operation care,and amblyopia management in the
