Highly supersaturated nanocrystalline fcc Fe60Cu40 alloy has been prepared by mechanical alloying of elemental powders. The phase transformation is monitored by X-ray diffraction (XRD),mossbauer spectroscopy and extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS). The powder obtained after milling is of single fcc structure with grain size of nanometer order. The mossbauer spectra of the milled powder can be fitted by two subspectra whose hyperfine magnetic fields are 16 mA/m and 20 mA/m while that of pure Fe disappeared. EXAFS results show that the radial structure function (RSF) of Fe K-edge changed drastically and finally became similar to that of reference Cu K-edge, while that of Cu K-edge nearly keeps unchanged in the process of milling. These imply that bcc Fe really transforms to fcc structure and alloying between Fe and Cu occurs truly on an atomic scale. EXAFS results indicate that iron atoms tend to segregate at the boundaries and Cu atoms are rich in the fcc lattice. Annealing experiments show that the Fe atoms at the interfaces are easy to cluster to α-Fe at a lower temperature, whereas the iron atoms in the lattice will form γ-Fe first at temperature above 350℃, and then transform to bcc Fe

Background Atrial fibrillation （AF） was used to be considered as nongenetics disorder, but recent studies have revealed that genetics variants conferred susceptibility to AF development, but most with limited evidence. In order to systematically evaluate the overall contributions of gene-disease association studies to current understandings of the genetic susceptibility to atrial fibrillation, we perform a systematic review and meta- analysis based on comprehensive searches. method All studies on the associations of genetics variants with AF risk were identified by searching the following databases： medline, Embase, BIOSIS, Global Health, LILACS and CBmDisc. Odds ratios （CI） and 95 % confidence intervals （CI） were calculated under homozygote comparison （HC）, dominant model （Dm） and recessive model （Rm）, respectively. Results A total of 41 studies on 32 genes and 72 polymorphisms locations were identified. The summary OR was statistically significant associations in 23 （31.94 %） single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs）. The genes in renin-angiotensin- aldosterone system （RAAS） and ion channels were the mostly studied. Four SNPs （50.00 %） in RAAS genes were significantly associated with AF susceptibility： ACE I/D （HC. OR = 1.53, 95 % CI： 1.14-2.0 Dm： OR = 1.47, 95 % CI： 0.86-1.53; Rm： OR = 0.49, 95% CI： 0.41-0.59）; AGT A-20C （HC： OR = 1.56, 95 % CI. 1.41-2.12）; AGT m235T （HC： OR = 2.37, 95 % CI： 1.21-4.65）. Statistically significant associations were also found in the following genes and SNPs： ABCA1 G1051A, BCHE G1615A, CETP A1061G, I405V, TaqlB, CRP C1444T, EDN2 A985G, eNOS T-786C, IL-10 T-819C, A-592C, minK G38S, KCNH2 rs1805120, Kit 3.4 C171T, G810T, mmP2 C-1306T, Factor 11 G20210A, SCNSA H58R, SLC26A8 I639V, G-protein β- subunit C825T, chromatosome 4q25 rs2200733 and rs10033464. Brucella spp. are pathogenic to humans and domestic animal. Nowadays,there is no effective vaccine and control strategy in China. So,it is necessary to research effective vaccines for prevention and treatment of this disease. In order to deal with these,we isolated and identified the type of Brucella in Darhan muminggan Joint Banner and Siziwang Banner of Inner mongolia. Totally 26 samples of sheep blood which were positive in serological test,one sample of spleen from aborted and one sample of secretion from birth canal were isolated,and the 16 S r DNA genes of positive samples were sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis proved that there were four isolates similar to B. melitensis. As an important diagnostic antigens of B. melitensis,the BP26 gene was amplified. The BP26 gene was cloned into vector p ET24a( +) and conducted sequence analysis. The BP26 gene was 900 bp,with an open reading frame of 753 bp. The homology of BP26 gene with the vaccine strain m5 was 100%,and that with S2 and A19 vaccine strains was 99. 99%. These finding supported the development of BP26-based specific serodiagnostic test and vaccine for B. melitensis in China.

Understanding the parameters of PGA （peak ground acceleration） is very important for seismic hazard mitigation and environmental planning in mandalay City, myanmar. In this study, fifty SPTs （Standard Penetration Tests） measurement data were collected in mandalay City, for calculating average shear velocity Vs30, which will be used in seismic microzonation mapping. The shear wave velocity Vs30 of the top layer is Vs30 〈 220 m/s. The ground motion characteristic was estimated by means of the predominant periods and linear magnification factors obtained using the multiple reflection analysis. The highest potential zone of seismic hazard mostly locates the north western marginal part of mandalay city, in the proximal portion to the dextral Sagaing fault.

采用高能球磨+冷压制坯+温挤压工艺制备超细晶mg-3Al-Zn合金,研究球磨时间对合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:球磨过程中Al和Zn元素完全固溶到镁基体中,形成了单相固溶体。球磨20 h后,粉末颗粒平均粒径约为25μm,平均晶粒尺寸约为45 nm;粉末经冷压制坯+温挤压致密化后,球磨20 h合金的平均晶粒尺寸为600 nm,晶粒形状规则且为等轴晶。所有超细晶合金都表现出较高的力学性能,球磨20 h后合金屈服强度为369 mPa,抗拉强度为401 mPa,断裂应变为3.5%。超细晶镁合金的拉伸真应力-真应变曲线呈现出一种理想刚塑性的特征,而压缩真应力-真应变曲线明显分为加工硬化、加工软化、加工硬化3个阶段。

The application of extracellular vesicles,particularly exosomes(EXs),is rapidly expanding in the field of medicine,owing to their remarkable properties as natural carriers of biological *** study investigates utilization of exosomes derived from stromal cells of tumor adjacent normal tissues(NAF-EXs)for personalized medicine,which can be derived at the time of diagnosis by endoscopic ***,we show that exosomes(EXs)derived from NAFs demonstrate differential bio-physical characteristics,efficient cellular internalization,drug loading efficiency,pancreatic tumor targeting and delivery of ***-derived EXs(NAF-EXs)were used for loading ormeloxifene(ORm),a potent anti-cancer and desmoplasia inhibitor as a model *** found that ORm maintains normal fibroblast cell phenotype and renders them incompatible to be triggered for a CAF-like phenotype,which may be due to regulation of Ca^(2+) influx in fibroblast ***-EXs-ORm effectively blocked oncogenic signaling pathways involved in desmoplasia and epithelial mesenchymal transition(EmT)and repressed tumor growth in xenograft mouse *** conclusion,our data suggests preferential tropism of NAF-EXs for PDAC tumors,thus imply feasibility of developing a novel personalized medicine for PDAC patients using autologous NAF-EXs for improved therapeutic outcome of anti-cancer ***,it provides the opportunity of utilizing this biological scaffold for effective therapeutics in combination with standard therapeutic regimen.

In this work, the excitons distribution function in organic bulk hetero junction solar cells, at a depth z has been determined from solving the charge continuity equation, by exploiting the Laplace transform with appropriate boundary conditions. Next, the influence of the electron-hole pair separation distance on the excitons dissociation probability, the internal quantum efficiency and the binding energy, has been studied. The simulated results show that the probability density of the carriers photo generated depends on the generation rate, excitons dissociation and the charge carriers in the cells. The potential improvement of the internal quantum efficiency of charge generation depends on electron-hole pair separation distance, the excitons dissociation probability into free charges and depends strongly on the optical absorption of the photons in the active layer.

In this work,we first use momentum density studies to understand strongly correlated electron behavior,which is typically seen in transition metal *** observe that correlated electron behavior as seen in bulk NiO is due to the Fermi break located in the middle of overlapping spectral functions obtained from a GW（G is Green’s function and W is the screened Coulomb interaction） approximation（Gwa） calculation while in the case of TiO2 we can see that the origin of the constant momentum distribution in lower momenta is due to a pile up of spectra before the Fermi *** observations are then used to compare our calculated Compton profiles with previous experimental studies of Fukamachi and *** calculations for NiO are observed to follow the same trend as the experimental profile but it is seen to have a wide difference in the case of TiO2 before the Fermi *** ground state momentum densities differ significantly from the quasiparticle momentum density,thus stressing the importance of the quasiparticle wave function as the input for the study of charge density and the electron localization *** we perform a calculation of the quasiparticle renormalization function,giving a quantitative description of the discontinuity of the Gwa momentum density.
