Altered granite occurrences (GII and GV) at Gabal (G.) Gattar are the most important mineralized rocks hosting U-mineralization in Egypt. This mineralized granite is affected by multi-stage hydrothermal alteration proc-esses along brittle structures. This alteration comprises pre-ore alkali-metasomatism and ore-stage hydrothermal hematitization, silicification, kaolinitization, fluoritization, carbonatization and episyenitization. Autoradiographic examination indicates that primary uranium mineralization is present as massive or disseminated ores along tectonic fractures, interstitially in granular minerals, and as cements of breccias. Uraninite, pitchblende and coffinite are the main primary minerals, while uranophane and kasolite are the secondary ones. Galena, chalcopyrite, pyrrohtite and pyrite are the most abundant sulphides in association with uranium mineralizations. Hydrothermal alterations at the GII occurrence exhibit an increase in Ni, Cu, Zn, Pb, mo, Nb, Rb beside HREEs and a decrease in Ba, Co, Sr, and V, while alterations at the GV occurrence show enrichment in Ni, Cu, Pb, mo, Nb, Y, HREEs and depletion in Zn, Ba, Co, Rb, Sr, and V. Hydrothermal alteration during the late magmatic stage is also identified through the development of unusual REE patterns and fractionation of ratios like Zr/Hf and Y/Ho out of the CHARAC (Charge Radius Con-trolled) range. Non-chondritic Y/Ho ratio at GV is of larger value than chondritic one which may result from wa-ter-rock interaction or print from the encompassing sedimentary rocks. Fluid inclusion studies on quartz and fluorite revealed that temperatures of the mineralizing fluids range between 126 and 240℃ at pressure ≤0.5×108 Pa and give salinity values ranging between 1 wt% and 7.8 wt% NaCl equivalent.

Abdominal pregnancy is a life threat to both mother and fetus requiring surgery regardless of the age of pregnancy. We report a case of abdominal pregnancy, delivered by laparotomy with a live newborn. This is a 31-year-old woman with 34 weeks and 2 days of amenorrhea whose ultrasound showed an abdominal pregnancy. Laparotomy extracted a newborn female weighing 3000 grams with APGAR at birth rated at 7/10 at one minute. The postoperatives were simple. The patient was discharged on the 14th postoperative day on 20 mg methrotrexate injection once a week for four weeks.

通过X射线衍射分析、光学显微镜和透射式电子显微镜观察以及相关热力学计算,对比研究了m42高速钢电渣锭及锻后退火两种状态所析出碳化物的类型、尺寸、分布及析出条件。得出m42高速钢电渣锭中的碳化物主要为mo_2C亚稳态碳化物和少量Cr_7C_3碳化物,mo_2C碳化物尺寸较大,主要呈层片状、纤维状和棒状沿晶界析出。锻造退火后的m42高速钢中碳化物类型主要为Cr_7C_3,VC和Fe_2mo_4C,平均尺寸小于10μm且分布均匀,形态以方形、不规则球形和小颗粒为主。m42高速钢电渣锭中的mo_2C在锻造过程中可以分解为Fe_2mo_4C和VC。根据冶金热力学计算得出,mo_2C和VC在固液两相区析出,析出温度分别为1 229和1 222℃;Cr_7C_3在固相中析出,析出温度为842℃。

The root system architecture(RSA) of a crop has a profound effect on the uptake of nutrients and consequently the potential yield. However, little is known about the genetic basis of RSA and resource adaptive responses in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.). Here, a high-throughput germination paper-based plant phenotyping system was used to identify seedling traits in a wheat doubled haploid mapping population, Savannah×Rialto. Significant genotypic and nitrate-N treatment variation was found across the population for seedling traits with distinct trait grouping for root size-related traits and root distribution-related traits. Quantitative trait locus(QTL) analysis identified a total of 59 seedling trait QTLs. Across two nitrate treatments, 27 root QTLs were specific to the nitrate treatment. Transcriptomic analyses for one of the QTLs on chromosome 2 D, which was found under low nitrate conditions, revealed gene enrichment in N-related biological processes and 28 differentially expressed genes with possible involvement in a root angle response. Together, these findings provide genetic insight into root system architecture and plant adaptive responses to nitrate, as well as targets that could help improve N capture in wheat.

2005年3～4月在东海采集了海水样品,利用三维荧光光谱(EEms)技术测定了水体中溶解有机物质的荧光性质,通过荧光光谱图中荧光峰的位置、数量、强度的变化及荧光峰之间的相关性,初步判断了荧光物质的种类、分布和来源。东海水体中检测到七种荧光峰,分别为高、低激发波长类色氨酸和类酪氨酸荧光峰、紫外腐殖质荧光峰、可见腐殖质荧光峰和海洋腐殖质荧光峰,其中荧光峰B,S和A出现在整个调查海区中;荧光峰T和D出现在调查海域的北部;类腐殖质荧光峰m和C只出现在部分站位的水样中。荧光物质在研究海域表层的主要来源为长江输入,在中层,荧光物质是长江输入和浮游植物共同作用的结果。不同荧光峰强度之间具有较好的正相关性,表明调查海域水体中的类蛋白荧光物质和类腐殖质荧光物质有着相同的来源或在结构上具有某种联系。

视神经脊髓炎谱系病60例临床特点分析

目的：探讨视神经脊髓炎谱系病（NmOSD）患者的临床特点。方法回顾性分析60例患者的临床症状、实验室检查、影像学资料和治疗效果，进行综合分析。结果 NmOSD多为复发型，平均发作间隔6个月。首次发病仅为视神经、脊髓或两者同时受累者分别占56．7％、35．0％和5.0％。首发症状可仅为腰背部、颈部、上肢疼痛及呃逆。视神经和脊髓受累间隔中位数为24个月。24％的脊髓受累的患者出现3级或3级以下的肌力减退。血清AQP4－Ab的阳性率为63．6％。4例脊髓病变为短节段。头颅m RI异常率为50．0％。结论首次发病累及部位以单纯视神经或单纯脊髓多见。部分患者首发症状可仅为腰背部、颈部、上肢疼痛或呃逆，易误诊。NmOSD脊髓受累存在大病灶、小症状特点。NmOSD早期治疗有效率高，但显著有效率低。

目的:明确丹皮酚对Hacat细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法:培养人角质形成细胞株Hacat,采用WST-8检测细胞丹皮酚对Hacat细胞增殖的影响;流式细胞仪检测丹皮酚对Hacat细胞细胞周期及凋亡的影响。结果:丹皮酚能有效抑制Hacat细胞的增殖,将Hacat细胞阻滞于G2/m期,同时丹皮酚可有促进Hacat细胞凋亡作用。结论:丹皮酚可抑制角质形成细胞的增殖,促进角质形成细胞的凋亡,可能是牡丹皮治疗银屑病的有效单体之一。
