Gas hydrate saturation from NGHP 02 LWD data in the mahanadi Basin

During the Indian National Gas Hydrate Program(NGHP)Expedition 02,Logging-while-drilling(LWD)logs were acquired at three sites(NGHP-02-11,NGHP-02-12,and NGHP-02-13)across the mahanadi Basin in area *** applied rock physics theory to available sonic velocity logs to know the distribution of gas hydrate at site NGHP-02-11 and *** physics modeling using sonic velocity at well location shows that gas hydrate is distributed mainly within the depth intervals of 150-265 m and 100 -215 mbsf at site NGHP-02-11 and NGHP-02-13,respectively,with an average saturation of about 4%of the pore space and the maximum concentration of about 40%of the pore space at 250 m depth at site NGHP-02-11,and at site NGHP-02-13 an average saturation of about 2%of the pore space and the maximum concentration of about 20%of the pore space at 246 m depth,as gas hydrate is distributed mainly within 100-246 mbsf at this *** of gas hydrate estimated from the electrical resistivity method using density derived porosity and electrical resistivity logs from Archie's empirical formula shows high saturation compared to that from the sonic ***,estimates of hydrate saturation based on sonic P-wave velocity may differ significantly from that based on resistivity,because gas and hydrate have higher resistivity than conductive pore fluid and sonic P-wave velocity shows strong effect on gas hydrate as a small amount of gas reduces the velocity significantly while increasing velocity due to the presence of *** site NGHP-02-11,gas hydrate saturation is in the range of 15%e30%,in two zones between 150-180 and 245-265 *** NGHP-02-012 shows a gas hydrate saturation of 20%e30%in the zone between 100 and 207 *** NGHP-02-13 shows a gas hydrate saturation up to 30%in the zone between 215 and 246 *** observations from rock physics modeling and Archie’s approximation show the gas hydrate concentrations are relatively low(<4%of the pore space)at the sites of the

Spectral unmixing helps to identify different components present in the spectral mixtures which occur in the uppermost layer of the area owing to the low spatial resolution of hyperspectral *** spectral unmixing methods are globally based and do not consider the spectral variability among its endmembers that occur due to illumination,atmospheric,and environmental ***,endmember bundle extraction plays a major role in overcoming the above-mentioned limitations leading to more accurate abundance ***,a two-stage approach is proposed to extract endmembers through endmember bundles in hyperspectral *** divide and conquer method is applied as the first step in subset images with only the non-redundant bands to extract endmembers using the Vertex Component Analysis(VCA)and N-FINDR algorithms.A fuzzy rule-based inference system utilizing spectral matching parameters is proposed in the second step to categorize *** endmember with the minimum error is chosen as the final endmember in each specific *** proposed method is simple and automatically considers endmember variability in hyperspectral *** efficiency of the proposed method is evaluated using two real hyperspectral *** average spectral angle and abundance angle are used to analyze the performance measures.

Objective:To investigate the effect of epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG)on endothelial dysfunction in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).methods:Wistar-Kyoto(WKY)rats and SHR were divided into four groups;WKY control,SHR control and SHR treated with EGCG(50 mg/kg/day)or losartan(10 mg/kg/day).The treatment was given daily for 4 weeks by oral gavage and the blood pressure was monitored by tail-cuff method every 3 *** endothelium-dependent relaxations were assessed in isolated phenylephrine-precontracted aortic rings at the end of *** vascular levels of reactive oxygen species,nitric oxide,tetrahydrobiopterin,and cyclic guanosine monophosphate were also ***,the expression of angiotensinⅡtype 1(AT_(1))receptor protein was ***:The systolic blood pressure was significantly decreased in SHR treated with *** impaired endothelium-dependent relaxation was significantly improved in aortic ring isolated from the EGCG-treated SHR *** also significantly increased the levels of nitric oxide,tetrahydrobiopterin,and cyclic guanosine monophosphate,while decreasing the level of reactive oxygen species and the protein expression of AT_(1)receptor in ***:EGCG attenuates endothelial dysfunction in SHR by decreasing oxidative stress and increasing vascular nitric oxide bioavailability,which may be modulated partly by inhibition of vascular AT_(1)*** increase in endothelium-dependent relaxation may contribute to a decrease in blood pressure in hypertensive animals.

Recommender system is a tool to suggest items to the users from the extensive history of the user’s ***,it is an emerging research area concerning academics and industries,where it suffers from sparsity,scalability,and cold start *** paper addresses sparsity,and scalability problems of model-based collaborative recommender system based on ensemble learning approach and enhanced clustering algorithm for movie *** this paper,an effective movie recommendation system is proposed by Classification and Regression Tree(CART)algorithm,enhanced Balanced Iterative Reducing and Clustering using Hierarchies(BIRCH)algorithm and truncation *** this research paper,a new hyper parameters tuning is added in BIRCH algorithm to enhance the cluster formation process,where the proposed algorithm is named as enhanced *** proposed model yields quality movie recommendation to the new user using Gradient boost classification with broad *** this paper,the proposed model is tested on movielens dataset,and the performance is evaluated by means of mean Absolute Error(mAE),precision,recall and *** experimental results showed the superiority of proposed model in movie recommendation compared to the existing *** proposed model obtained 0.52 and 0.57 mAE value on movielens 100k and 1m ***,the proposed model obtained 0.83 of precision,0.86 of recall and 0.86 of f-measure on movielens 100k dataset,which are effective compared to the existing models in movie recommendation.
