Short-term traffic flow prediction (TFP) is an important area inintelligent transportation system (ITS), which is used to reduce traffic congestion. But the avail of traffic flow data with temporal features and periodicfeatures are susceptible to weather conditions, making TFP a challengingissue. TFP process are significantly influenced by several factors like accidentand weather. Particularly, the inclement weather conditions may have anextreme impact on travel time and traffic flow. Since most of the existing TFPtechniques do not consider the impact of weather conditions on the TF, it isneeded to develop effective TFP with the consideration of extreme weatherconditions. In this view, this paper designs an artificial intelligence based TFPwith weather conditions (AITFP-WC) for smart cities. The goal of the AITFPWC model is to enhance the performance of the TFP model with the inclusionof weather related conditions. The proposed AITFP-WC technique includesElman neural network (ENN) model to predict the flow of traffic in smartcities. Besides, tunicate swarm algorithm with feed forward neural networks(TSA-FFNN) model is employed for the weather and periodicity analysis. Atlast, a fusion of TFP and WPA processes takes place using the FFNN modelto determine the final prediction output. In order to assess the enhancedpredictive outcome of the AITFP-WC model, an extensive simulation analysisis carried out. The experimental values highlighted the enhanced performanceof the AITFP-WC technique over the recent state of art methods.

A New Optimization Approach for Transmission Usage Allocation in Deregulated Power System

Deregulation of power system industry is a very large complex exercise based on respective national energy strategies and policies. A lot of matters and knowledge need to be studied before the idea of deregulation can be implemented. Theoretically, it is said that deregulation can make a large impact to increase efficiency and encourage the competitiveness among related parties. However, to implement the concept of deregulation to electric power supply is very tough challenge. In deregulation environment, regardless of market structure, to know the transmission usage allocation is vital and very a complex problem. Thus, a lot of algorithms have been proposed to overcome it. This paper intends to solve the transmission usage allocation problem using optimization approach. The optimization tool that will be utilized is Genetic Algorithm （GA）. GA is probabilistic search technique that has its roots in the principle of genetics and strives for survival. In addition, GA is very robust. Since the nonlinear nature of power flow, it is expected that GA can give optimize results that equitable and acceptable. In this paper, 4-bus and Klos-Kerner 11-bus systems are used for analysis studies. Comparison with other method is also given in this paper.

The biomedical data classification process has received significant attention in recent times due to a massive increase in the generation of healthcare data from various *** developments of artificial intelligence(AI)and machine learning(mL)models assist in the effectual design of medical data classification ***,this article concentrates on the development of optimal Stacked Long Short Term memory Sequence-toSequence Autoencoder(OSAE-LSTm)model for biomedical data *** presented OSAE-LSTm model intends to classify the biomedical data for the existence of ***,the OSAE-LSTm model involves min-max normalization based pre-processing to scale the data into uniform *** by,the SAE-LSTm model is utilized for the detection and classification of diseases in biomedical *** last,manta ray foraging optimization(mRFO)algorithm has been employed for hyperparameter optimization *** utilization of mRFO algorithm assists in optimal selection of hypermeters involved in the SAE-LSTm *** simulation analysis of the OSAE-LSTm model has been tested using a set of benchmark medical datasets and the results reported the improvements of the OSAELSTm model over the other approaches under several dimensions.

Nonlinear and saturable absorption properties of PbS nanocrystalline thin films

The structural,morphological,optical,and nonlinear optical properties of a lead sulfde(PbS) thin film grown by chemical bath deposition(CBD) are investigated by X-ray difraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEm),ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis),and open aperture Z-scan *** band gap energy of the PbS nanocrystalline film is 1.82 eV,higher than that of bulk PbS at 300 *** nonlinear absorption properties of the film are investigated using the open aperture Z-scan technique at 1064 nm and pulse durations of 4 ns and 65 ***-dependent switching of the film from nonlinear absorption to saturable absorption is *** nonlinear absorption coefficient increases monotonically with increasing pulse duration from 65 ps to 4 ns.

Interrelationship between Toll-like receptors and infection after orthotopic liver transplantation

Early microbial recognition by the innate immune system is accomplished by Toll-like receptors(TLRs),with resultant initiation of a pro-inflammatory response against infecting *** spite of presence of an abundance of Toll-like receptors on the surface of the liver,gut bacteria does not elicit an inflammatory reaction in healthy individuals due to tolerance to these TLRs,suggesting that the inflammatory responses seen in the liver are the result of breakdown of this *** orthotopic liver transplantation is often life saving in many instances,death following this procedure is most commonly due to infection that occurs in up to 80%of transplant recipients,most commonly due to microbial causes in up to 70%of cases and viral infections in 20%,while fungal infections affect only 8%of *** probability of acquiring infection following hepatic transplantation is heightened due to affection of the innate immune defense mechanisms of the host following this *** nucleotide polymorphisms of TLRs have been associated with increased likelihood of either development of post-transplant infection or eradication of infecting ***,conflicting reports from other studies reveal that prevalence of this single nucleotide polymorphism is not increased in infected patients.

Annual pattern of zooplankton communities and their environmental response in a subtropical maritime channel system in the northern Bay of Bengal, Bangladesh

Zooplankton plays an important role in aquatic food webs by fluxing of energy from primary producer to subsequent trophic levels in the food chain. The annual pattern of zooplankton communities and potential environmental drivers were studied in the Kohelia channel, Bangladesh from summer 2014 to spring *** were collected using net at a depth of 1 m. A total of 32 species belonged to 18 orders, 27 families and 15 taxonomic groups were identified. Of these species, 22 distributed in all four seasons of which 8 were dominant and highly contributing to the total communities. Species number peaked in summer next to winter and fall in spring while maximum abundance was in summer and minimum in spring. multivariate analyses showed that there was a clear annual pattern in the zooplankton communities. Species diversity and evenness peaked in spring but fall in autumn while the high value of species richness was found in winter. Biological-environmental best matching（BIO-ENV） analyses conformed that community pattern of zooplankton was mainly driven by transparency salinity, and temperature individually or combined with water nutrients. These results demonstrate that annual pattern of the zooplankton community shaped by channel environmental factors in subtropical channel ecosystems, thus might be used for community-based subtropical coastal water bioassessment.

Recently,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)or drones are widely employed for several application areas such as surveillance,disaster management,*** UAVs are limited to energy,efficient coordination between them becomes essential to optimally utilize the resources and effective communication among them and base station(BS).Therefore,clustering can be employed as an effective way of accomplishing smart communication systems among multiple *** this aspect,this paper presents a group teaching optimization algorithm with deep learning enabled smart communication system(GTOADL-SCS)technique for UAV *** proposed GTOADL-SCS model encompasses a two stage process namely clustering and *** the initial stage,the GTOADL-SCS model includes a GTOA based clustering scheme to elect cluster heads(CHs)and organize ***,the GTOADL-SCS model develops a fitness function containing three input parameters as residual energy of UAVs,average neighoring distance,and UAV *** classification process,the GTOADLSCS model applies pre-trained densely connected network(DenseNet201)feature extractor with gated recurrent unit(GRU)*** ensuring the enhanced performance of the GTOADL-SCS model,a widespread simulation analysis is performed and the comparative study reported the significant outcomes over the existing approaches with maximum packet delivery ratio(PDR)of 92.60%.

For thousands of years, cities have been the center of civilization. According to that, detecting, monitoring and controlling urban growth became the most urgent need in urban planning and urban development process to get the expected results that can build a concrete base for decision makers to drive the polices toward best track. The issue of this paper is about urban growth and planning models and techniques such as geographic information system (GIS), cellular automata (CA), genetic algorithm (GA), regression model (R model) and etc. The main objective of this paper is to summarize the 70 scientific papers concern about urban growth to make a review and find out the most important objective, factors, techniques and results for best approach to studying urban growth. The criteria of choosing the papers are that each paper should focus mainly on urban growth modeling and techniques, also, using wide variety of data and factors. This paper aims to fill the gap of absence of the best methods for studying urban growth, as there is a diversity in the methods used, and there is also an absence of exemplary methods or optimal methods for using analytical tools to study urban growth. So, this paper tries to make it easy for researcher to mix the suitable techniques to get acceptable result for their hypothesis. The results assert combining two or more than two techniques and model to assure that the simulation or prediction models can give real and right approaches. However, most researches focused on combining specific techniques with models such as Cellular Automata CA-markov Chain mC model-Logistic regression or Cellular Automata CA-markov Chain mC model or GIS-mCDm or GIS Based AHP etc. Although, in many references some of these techniques were combined together to extract best result. AIm： To characterize and compare genotype profiles of H pylori strains isolated from patients with chronic gastritis and duodenal ulcer in western part of Turkey. mETHODS： A total of 46 patients [30 chronic gastritis （CG） and 16 duodenal ulcer （DU）] who had undergone endoscopy because of dyspeptic complaints were studied. The antral biopsy specimens were evaluated for the presence of Hpylori by rapid urease test and culture, and the genotype profiles were determined by real-time PCR. RESULTS： The cagA gene was observed in 43 （93.5%） isolates. The vacA s1m2 genotype was the predominant subtype, found in 63.3% and 68.7% of isolates in patients with CG and DU, respectively. Twenty （66.6%） isolates from patients with CG were iceA2 positive while the iceA1 was predominant in those with DU （68.8%）. In terms of the association of the ice,4 alleles to other genes, both alleles were significantly associated with the cagA vacA slm2 genotype. CONCLUSION： The prevalent circulating genotypes in CG and DU were cagA vacA slm2 iceA2 and cagA vacA slm2 iceA1 genotype, respectively. It was found that cagA vacA slm2 genotype seems to be common virulence factors in both CG and DU while iceA alleles show specificity for gastroduodenal pathologies in this study.
