Al-Biruni Based Optimization of Rainfall Forecasting in Ethiopia

Rainfall plays a significant role in managing the water level in the *** unpredictable amount of rainfall due to the climate change can cause either overflow or dry in the *** individuals,especially those in the agricultural sector,rely on rain *** rainfall is challenging because of the changing nature of the *** area of Jimma in southwest Oromia,Ethiopia is the subject of this research,which aims to develop a rainfall forecasting *** estimate Jimma's daily rainfall,we propose a novel approach based on optimizing the parameters of long short-term memory(LSTm)using Al-Biruni earth radius(BER)optimization algorithm for boosting the fore-casting accuracy.N ash-Sutcliffe model eficiency(NSE),mean square error(mSE),root mSE(RmSE),mean absolute error(mAE),and R2 were all used in the conducted experiments to assess the proposed approach,with final scores of(0.61),(430.81),(19.12),and(11.09),***,we compared the proposed model to current machine-learning regression models;such as non-optimized LSTm,bidirectional LSTm(BiLSTm),gated recurrent unit(GRU),and convolutional LSTm(ConvLSTm).It was found that the proposed approach achieved the lowest RmSE of(19.12).In addition,the experimental results show that the proposed model has R-with a value outperforming the other models,which confirms the superiority of the proposed *** the other hand,a statistical analysis is performed to measure the significance and stability of the proposed approach and the recorded results proved the expected perfomance.

This work investigates the flow of a third grade fluid in a rotating frame of reference. The fluid is incompressible and magnetohydrodynamic （mHD）. The flow is bounded between two porous plates, the lower of which is shrinking linearly. mathematical modelling of the considered flow leads to a nonlinear problem. The solution of this nonlinear problem is computed by the homotopy analysis method （HAm）. Graphs are presented to demonstrate the effect of several emerging parameters, which clearly describe the flow characteristics.

Warm Deformation of Low Carbon Steel Using Forward Extrusion-Equal Channel Angular Pressing Technique

A combination of extrusion and equal channel angular pressing （ECAP） was used to deform a plain low carbon steel. This process consists of two successive deformations by extrusion and ECAP in a single die （Ex-ECAP）. Cylindrical samples were heated to predefined temperatures （650 and 850 ℃） and then pressed through a die channel with crosshead speed of 10 mm/s. microstructure and resultant mechanical properties of processed material were studied. The results showed that pressing temperature has a significant effect on the resultant microstructure. While at 650 ℃, the cold worked structure with elongated ferrite grains were obtained, and at 850 ℃ the microstructure consisted of elongated ferrite grains and very fine grains at their boundaries as a consequence of continuous dynamic recrystallization （CDRX） of ferrite phase. Also at 850 ℃, a particular microstructure consisted of cold worked ferrite and static recrystallized grains on shear bands was obtained.

The second demographic transition in Japan:a review of the evidence

Despite a half century of below-replacement fertility,Japan is typically not included in discussions and evaluations of the second demographic transition(SDT),a widely referenced framework for understanding family changes and attitudinal shifts associated with very low fertility.I address this limitation by drawing upon a range of published research and data sources to provide an empirical basis for thinking about how the Japanese experience does or does not conform to the general patterns of behavioral and attitudinal change associated with the SDT in the *** this evidence,it seems clear that the prototypical pattern of family change in Northern and Western Europe has only partially emerged in *** same is true of attitudes,particularly those related to *** with depictions of the SDT in Europe,Japan has experienced substantial delays in marriage and childbearing along with notable increases in non-marital cohabitation and ***,non-marital childbearing has remained at negligibly low levels and cohabiting unions have not emerged as an alternative to *** data show that endorsement of conventional family patterns and gender roles has declined,but remains at higher levels than in most SDT *** as a whole,these data describe a distinctive path to very low fertility in which universal forces of social and family change interact with strong normative expectations of two-parent families characterized by a clear gender division of labor.
