Pyrite is one of the common authigenic minerals in marine *** studies have shown that the morphological and isotopic characteristics of pyrite are closely related to the geochemical environment where it is *** better understand the for-mation mechanism of authigenic pyrite,we analyzed the isotopic composition,morphology,and distribution of pyrite in the sediment at 500m below the seafloor from Xisha Trough,South China *** morphologies were observed by scanning electron micros-copy and Raman spectrography.X-Ray computed tomography was applied to measure the particle size of *** size of pyrite crystals in the matrix sediment mainly ranged between 25 and 65µm(***.40µm),although crystals were larger(***.50μm)in the *** pyrites had a fine-grained truncated octahedral shape with occasionally well-developed growth steps,which implies the low growth rate and weak anaerobic oxidation of methane-sulfate reduction when pyrite was ***δ^(34)S values of pyrites ranged from+20.8‰Vienna-defined Canyon Diablo Troilite(V-CDT)to+33.2‰V-CDT and from+44.8‰V-CDT to+48.9‰,which suggest two growth *** the first stage,with the continuous low methane flux,the pyrite possibly formed in an environment with good access to *** the second stage,the pyrites mainly developed in sediment fractures and appeared in veins,probably due to the limited availability of *** less exposure of pyrite to the environment in the second stage was probably caused by sediment accumulation or *** this study,an episodic pyritization process was identified,and the paleoenvironment was reconstructed for the sediment investigated.

Integrated geophysical technology is a necessary and effective means for geothermal ***,integration of geophysical technology for large‐scale surveys with those for geothermal reservoir localization is still in *** study used the controlled source audio‐frequency magnetotelluric method technology for large‐scale exploration to obtain underground electrical structure information and micromotion detection technology to obtain underground wave velocity structure *** combination of two detection technologies was used for local identification of geothermal ***,auxiliary correction and inversion constraint were implemented through the audio magnetotelluric sounding technology for maximum authenticity restoration of the near‐and transition‐field *** these technology improvements,a geothermal geological model was established for the Binhai County of Jiangsu Province in China and potential geothermal well locations were *** this basis,a geothermal well was drilled nearly 3000m deep,with a daily water volume of over 2000m3/day and a geothermal water temperature of 51°C at the well *** is found that predictions using the above integrated geophysical exploration technology are in good agreement with the well geological formation *** integrated geophysical technology can be effectively applied for geothermal exploration with high precision and reliability.

Research on the Dynamic Compressibility of Polyurethane microcellular Elastomer and its Application for Impact Resistance

The packaging materials with cushioning performance are used to prevent the internal contents from being damaged by the impact and vibration of external *** polyurethane microcellular elastomers(PUmEs)can absorb energy through cell collapse and molecular chain *** this study,PUmEs with different densities were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,dynamic mechanical analysis and dynamic compression *** exhibited significant im pact resistance and the maximum peak stress attenuation ratio reached 73.33%.The protective equipment was made by PUmE with the optimal density of 600 kg/m^(3),and then the acceleration sensing device installed with the same protective equipment fell from a height of 3,5 and 10 m to evaluate the energy-absorbing property and reusability of *** results showed that PUmEs equipment reduced the peak acceleration of the device by 93.84%,with a maximum deviation of 9%between actual test and simulation,and shortened the impact time of first landing by 57.39%.In addition,the equipment PUmEs equipment could effectively reduce the stress on the protected items.

Frost Resistance of Pervious Concrete mixed with Waste Glass Powder

The contents of waste glass powder(WGP)(0%,10%,15%,20%,25%)and water-binder ratio(W/C)(0.24,0.26,0.28)were used as influencing factors,and the quality loss rate(Δm)and compressive strength loss rate(Δfc)were used as characterization *** Ca/Si ratio and main element contents of C-S-H gels with different WGP content were investigated by energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS).The pore structure evolution characteristics of WGP composite cementing materials were investigated by low field nuclear magnetic resonance(NmR).UsingΔfc as the index of frost resistance degradation and Weibull function,the frost resistance degradation of glass doped pervious concrete(WGP-PC)was *** results show that,with WGP,for the same number of cycles,Δm andΔfc decrease and increase with the increase of *** the same WGP content,Δm andΔfc decrease first and then increase with the increase of W/*** 100 freeze-thaw cycles,the samples with WGP content of 20%and W/C of 0.26 have the best *** tests show that with the increase of WGP content,the Ca/Si ratio of C-S-H gel decreases at first and then increases with the increase of WGP *** extreme value of Ca/Si is 2.36 when WGP is added by 20%.The pore volume of hardened paste with 20%WGP content decreased by 18.6%compared with that of cement system without *** overall compactness of the specimen was *** the basis of the test data,a life prediction model was established according to Weibull *** experiment showed thatΔfc could be used as a durability degradation index,and the slope of the reliability curve became gentle after WGP was added,which reduced the damage degradation rate of PC.W/C was ***'s about 5000 hours.

An ultra-deep TSV technique enabled by the dual catalysis-based electroless plating of combined barrier and seed layers

Silicon interposers embedded with ultra-deep through-silicon vias(TSVs)are in great demand for the heterogeneous integration and packaging of opto-electronic chiplets and microelectromechanical systems(mEmS)*** the cost-effective and reliable manufacturing of ultra-deep TSVs,the formation of continuous barrier and seed layers remains a crucial challenge to ***,we present a novel dual catalysis-based electroless plating(ELP)technique by tailoring polyimide(PI)liner surfaces to fabricate dense combined Ni barrier/seed layers in ultradeep *** additional to the conventional acid catalysis procedure,a prior catalytic step in an alkaline environment is proposed to hydrolyze the PI surface into a polyamide acid(PAA)interfacial layer,resulting in additional catalysts and the formation of a dense Ni layer that can function as both a barrier layer and a seed layer,particularly at the bottom of the deep *** with depths larger than 500μm and no voids are successfully fabricated in this *** fabrication process involves low costs and *** a fabricated 530-μm-deep TSV with a diameter of 70μm,the measured depletion capacitance and leakage current are approximately 1.3 pF and 1.7 pA at 20 V,respectively,indicating good electrical *** proposed fabrication strategy can provide a cost-effective and feasible solution to the challenge of manufacturing ultra-deep TSVs for modern 3D heterogeneous integration and packaging applications.

Snow density is one of the basic properties used to describe snow cover characteristics,and it is critical for remote sensing retrieval,water resources assessment and modeling *** are many instruments available to measure snow density in ***,there are mea-surement errors of snow density for bulk and layers or gravimetric and electronic instruments,which may affect the accuracy of remote sensing retrieval and model *** in China,due to the noticeable heterogeneity of snowpacks,it is necessary to evaluate in detail the performance and applicability of snow density instruments in different snowpack *** study evaluated the performance of different snow density instruments:the Federal Sampler,the model VS-43 snow density cylinder(VS-43),the wedge snow density cutter(WC1000 and WC25O),and the Snow *** average bulk snow density of all instrument measurements was set as the reference value for *** results showed that as compared with the reference,the VS-43 cylinder presented the best performance for bulk snow density measurement in the measured range with the lowest RmSE(11 kg m-3),BIAS(3 kg m-3),and mRE(1.6%).For layer observation,bulk snow density was overestimated by 8.1%with WC1000 and underestimated by 11.4%with Snow Fork which was the worst performance compared with the reference value,and there were greater measurement errors of snow density in the depth hoar than other snow *** with grassland,the uncertainty of snow density measurements was slightly lower in ***,the Federal Sampler and VS-43 cylinder are more suitable for bulk snow density measurement in deep snowpack regions across China,and it is recommended to use WC1000,WC250 and Snow Fork to measure the snow density of snow layers in the snow stratigraphy.

TET1 Participates in Complete Freund’s Adjuvant-induced Trigeminal Inflammatory Pain by Regulating Kv7.2 in a mouse model

Trigeminal inflammatory pain is one of the most severe pain-related disorders in humans;however,the underlying mechanisms remain largely *** this study,we investigated the possible contribution of interaction between ten-eleven translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase 1(TET1)and the voltage-gated K^(+)channel Kv7.2(encoded by Kcnq2)to orofacial inflammatory pain in *** found that complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA)injection reduced the expression of Kcnq2/Kv7.2 in the trigeminal ganglion(TG)and induced orofacial inflammatory *** involvement of Kv7.2 in CFA-induced orofacial pain was further confirmed by Kv7.2 knockdown or ***,TET1 knockdown in Tet1^(flox/flox)mice significantly reduced the expression of Kv7.2 and m currents in the TG and led to pain-like ***,TET1 overexpression by lentivirus rescued the CFA-induced decreases of Kcnq2 and m currents and alleviated mechanical *** data suggest that TET1 is implicated in CFA-induced trigeminal inflammatory pain by positively regulating Kv7.2 in TG neurons.

In long-cavity edge-emitting diode lasers,longitudinal spatial hole burning(LSHB),two-photon ab⁃sorption(TPA)and free carrier absorption(FCA)are among the key factors that affect the linear increase in out⁃put power at high injection *** this paper,a simplified numerical analysis model is proposed for 1.06μm long-cavity diode lasers by combining TPA and FCA losses with one-dimensional(1D)rate *** ef⁃fects of LSHB,TPA and FCA on the output characteristics are systematically analyzed,and it is proposed that ad⁃justing the front facet reflectivity and the position of the quantum well(QW)in the waveguide layer can improve the front facet output power.
