Social media are interactive computer mediated technology that facilitates the sharing of information via virtual communities and networks. And Twitter is one of the most popular social media for social interaction and microblogging. This paper introduces an improved system model to analyze twitter data and detect terrorist attack event. In this model, a ternary search is used to find the weights of predefined keywords and the Aho-Corasick algorithm is applied to perform pattern matching and assign the weight which is the main contribution of this paper. Weights are categorized into three categories: Terror attack, Severe Terror Attack and Normal Data and the weights are used as attributes for classification. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Support Vector machine (SVm) are two machine learning algorithms used to predict whether a terror attack happened or not. We compare the accuracy with our actual data by using confusion matrix and measure whether our result is right or wrong and the achieved result shows that the proposed model performs better.

Background:Endoscopic third ventriculostomy(ETV)has been established as a viable treatment option for obstructive hydrocephalus of children over 6 weeks of *** in pediatric groups may be unsuccessful due to the failure of absorption of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)or reclosure of ventriculostomy stoma or due to *** exact cause is still *** issues like failure to eliminate the second membrane during the procedure or formation of the new arachnoid membrane at the stoma are still not *** study aims to assess the surgical failure of ETV and its predisposing ***:Thirty-four pediatric patients with hydrocephalus were analyzed *** patients’age limit was between 2.5 months and 14 *** is a retrospective study of 34 patients in a single private hospital between June 2012 and January *** having hydrocephalus in pediatric groups more than 6 weeks of age were included in the ***:The mean age of all patients was 51.25±53.90 months and the mean follow-up period was 50.47±20.84 *** 34 surgeries,the success rate was 79%and the failure rate was 21%.Within 2 years,the success rate was 68.42%and above 2 years’success rate was 93.33%.In this series,7 cases of ETV were re-explored and found ventriculostomy stoma closure in 3 cases,the presence of the second membrane in re-exploration 2 cases,and presence of inflammatory arachnoid membrane in re-exploration 2 *** use of dexamethasone around the stoma in inflammatory stoma was useful,having no *** one patient of the second membrane probably due to absorption failure in communicating hydrocephalus re-exploration was failed and was managed successfully with VP ***:Predisposing factors causing ETV failure are ventriculostomy stoma closure by new arachnoid granulation tissues,remnants of the second membrane inside the stoma,CSF absorption failure,infection/high protein in CSF and inappropriate patient selection.

Exploration on hydrogel fibres concerning about smart based application in the medical sector has stimulated great interests for the last couple of years due to its wide range of purposes that include actuators, artificial adhesives, transplantable tissue organs, cell scaffolds, cell therapeutics, wound healing, cartilage or bone regeneration. Nevertheless, recently hydrogel fibre based biomaterials have drawn great concentration for use in a wide variety of biomedical applications like the sustained release of drugs. This is due to the fact that, hydrogel fibers are biocompatible and their similarity about physical properties is in relation with natural tissue. This review article prescribes about the application of hydrogels with diversified prospects in tissue engineering, wound care dressings, soft tissue recovery and plastic surgery. As the products of hydrogels are composed with a group of polymeric materials, the hydrophilic network structure makes them competent for holding an immense quantity of water in their three-dimensional polymer network structure. A wide-ranging application of these products in modern industrial and environmental areas has already taken into account to be of prime importance. Inevitably, natural hydrogels right is now gradually replaced by synthetic types due to their larger amount of water absorption capacity, durability alongside with wide ranges of raw chemical resources.

Denim pant is a significant prospect for the RmG sector of Bangladesh with an enormous future. The pricing is the most important factor obtainable in the global competitive market without having any suspicion. It is difficult to exist in the apparel market without providing lowest costing of garment. The study focuses on the entire factor that is directly related to the FOB cost of a basic denim pant where includes fabric cost, trims & accessories cost, storing, cost of making charge, washing cost, testing cost, commercial cost and profit is shown chronologically. All the calculations of the study were done on the basis of an industrial frame work and both primary and secondary data were collected from six different denim pant manufactures and exporters. The study provided convinced principle of fabric consumption, thread consumption, Cm calculation, required poly;cartoons calculations and costing were done very carefully. The study also provides potential wash and testing, so that the total price ranges can be contained as well as demonstrating total FOB cost. The manufacturers, exporters, retailer and consumers of denim pant will get the apparent method of costing and its parameter.

The Internet provides a large number of tools and resources, such as social media sites, online newsgroups, blogs, electronic forums, virtual communities, and online travel sites, for consumers to express their views or opinions regarding various issues. These opinions can help organizations like tourism to improve their products and services for their consumers. Opinion mining refers to a process of identifying emotions by applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to a pool of texts. This paper mainly focuses on mining public opinion from the hotel reviews domain. To do so, we proposed a novel technique called the Attention-Based Long Short Term memory (Attention-LSTm) Network using a transfer learning approach. We empirically analyzed several machine learning and deep learning methods and observed our proposed technique provided an adequate performance for mining public opinion in the hotel reviews domain.

＜正＞The core problems in the coastal areas are mainly the prevalence of extreme soil and water salinity for dry season rice cultivation and the total area is almost mono-cropped with local rice variety. Its yield ranges from 2.0-2.5 t/ha/year, which is very low. However, to increase the production potential, modern variety and appropriate water management technology have been introduced to the farmers’ community. The tenure of dry season rice cultivation ranges from mid November to mid April. But the water from mid February to June of Kazibacha River is not suitable for rice cultivation as its salinity rises to as high as 20 dS/ m. In order to avoid high level of salinity, special structural arrangements are being made to capture fresh water in the polder canals with the help of flash gates and sluices to irrigate dry season rice. Here, the technique followed by farmers is, they use river water to irrigate their land with lower salinity level that flows from December to mid February under gravity flow system through flashing of tidal surge. From mid February to march, the farmers start using reserve water to irrigate dry season rice. This irrigation practice has changed the traditional cropping patterns Fallow-Local Rice-Fallow to Fallow-HYV Rice-HYV Rice. As a result, the production potential has significantly increased to 8.0-9.0 t/ha/year and these practices have enhanced per capita availability of rice for the farming communities.

The current study is aimed to explore the sustainable dyeing approach of silk fabric with turmeric powder using tannin as mordant extracted from tamarind seed coat. For that, tamarind seed coat tannin was extracted and applied as natural mordant alone and in combination with metal mordant namely copper sulphate for dyeing silk fabric with the extract of turmeric powder. Dyeing parameters such as temperature, time and mordant concentration were varying for optimizing the process. The color strength, color coordinates, color fastness to wash, perspiration, water and rubbing were evaluated for examining dyeing performance. Firstly, tannin was extracted from tamarind seed coat and applying on the silk fabric at 95°C temperature for 45 min by varying concentration. Among them 15 g/l shows better results. Some samples were mordanted with both 15 g/l extracted tannin and 0.5% copper sulphate solution. The mordanted samples were dyed with turmeric dye by varying the time and temperature. By analyzing the test results, the sample mordanted with extracted tannin showed high color strength and good fastness properties dyeing at 80°C for 60 min. The application of 0.5% copper sulphate mordant enhanced sustainable wash fastness properties.

Development and Performance Study of Controlled Atmosphere for Fresh Tomato

Development of a controlled atmosphere (CA) plant and shelf-life of fresh tomatoes at different storage conditions were studied in this research. The controlled chamber (4.5' × 4.5' × 4.5') with supplement of 1% L-ascorbic acid as antioxidant source was constructed using locally available materials. Fresh tomatoes were kept with wrapping by low density polyethylene under refrigerated and CA storage conditions. The maximum shelf-life of fresh tomato was 42 days under CA condition and followed by 35 days in refrigeration condition. Though initial cost of controlled atmosphere was high but it resulted in maximum shelf life of tomato. However, CA condition retained the physiological changes namely, color change, TSS, and weight loss of fresh tomatoes than that of stored in refrigerated condition. From nutritional point of view, it was concluded that developed CA plant could be used to extend the shelf-life of fresh tomatoes with minimum physico-chemical changes throughout the storage period.

Assessment of Community Based Climate Change Risk Focusing Agriculture and Fisheries Sector in Haor Areas of Bangladesh

The research paper aims at understanding the level of climate change risk of the Haor areas of Bangladesh. It follows a participatory approach, using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Key Informant Interview (KII) to identify important climate change induced hazards, assess the probability of occurrences of the hazards and level of their consequences. Using geo-spatial techniques, the paper prepares hazard risk maps and risk hotspot maps. Policy documents, previous researches, and Government statistics and reports helped to develop the concepts and planning of the research. The unparalleled hydro-ecological attributes of Haor areas pose both opportunities and constraints for the local population. Poverty, lack of basic infrastructure and amenities, awareness and external support have already put the people in Haor areas in a vulnerable situation while the recurring natural hazards and shifting pattern of climate are making the constraints nearly unmanageable. Excessive rainfall in the monsoon and drought in the dry season is affecting the farming and fishery-based communities the most. The community perceptions on hazards, their occurrences, consequences and relative importance of each hazard for the agriculture or fisheries sector in the study area have been collected from the FGDs and subsequently analyzed to produce individual and multi-hazard risk maps for the area based on scoring. This information is also used to rank the Upazillas in the study area depending on risk level. The community people were also asked to select the important elements or structural facilities at risk in their area needed for their life and livelihood. Based on this selection, risk hotspot map for the study area has been prepared using GIS based weighted overlay methods. The quickening propensity of growth within the areas of information and communications technology and en-ergy networks has triggered the emergence of a central idea termed as Internet of Energy(IoE).Such a concept relates the internet of things,which is the term used in describing the usage of sophisticated digital control devices with the capability of transmitting data via IT *** concept of an interconnected energy network is being formed in the upcoming days through upgrades in the field of intelligent energy systems to control real-time energy optimization and *** energy industry has had a sustained expansion,reaching the IoE milestone and continuing to this cutting-edge power system,which is the next generation of IoE.A directional pathway from the traditional power system to the IoE has been conducted in this research work by addressing the importance of integrating the smart transmission and communication infrastructure,smart metering,pricing and energy management scheme.A detailed investigation of the IoE with respect to technical angles,such as communication architecture,IoE on the supply&demand side,and IoE protocol based on fundamental elements and essential technologies has been carried out to indicate the blueprint and jurisdiction *** inte-gration,security and energy management challenges may deviate the performance of the IoE technology that has been focused with proper control issues and ***,a directional framework to establish the next-generation IoE system has been constructed with future scopes to insure higher resiliency,cyber-security and stability.
