In Egypt,protection of cattle against lumpy skin disease (LsD) was carried out using a sheep poxvirus (Kenyan strain) vaccination *** the present study 15 skin nodules from LsD suspected cows and 5 scab samples from sheep pox (sP) suspected sheep were *** rabbit sera to Lumpy skin disease virus (LsDV)/Ismailyia88 strain and sheep pox virus (sPV)/ Kenyan vaccinal strain were *** causative agent in the collected samples was identified using immunoflourescence (IF) and immunoperoxidase *** the 15 skin nodules suspected of LsD,10 showed a positive reaction and 3 out of 5 skin scabs suspected of sheeppox were found to be *** antigenic correlation between field skin isolate of LsDV,tissue culture adapted LsDV/Ismailyia88 strain,field skin isolate of sPV and sPV/Kenyan vaccinal strain was studied using prepared hyperimmune ***,nucleotide sequence of the PCR amplified attachment gene fragments of field skin isolate of LsDV,tissue culture adapted LsDV/Ismailyia88 strain,field skin isolate of sPV and sPV /Kenyan vaccinal strain were *** results revealed that the four used viruses were antigenically *** analysis indicated that field skin LsDV isolate is more related to tissue culture adapted LsDV/Ismailyia88 strain than to vaccinal sPV/ Kenyan strain and the skin isolate of sPV is more closely related to field skin isolate of LsDV than to sPV/Kenyan vaccinal ***,further study should be applied on the advantage of a LsD vaccine prepared from LsDV in protection of cattle against LsD compared to the commonly used sheep pox vaccine.

Bi2s3 single crystals were grown by using a modification of Bridgman method. measurements of the electrical conductivity, Hall effect and thermoelectric power （TEP） were preformed in two crystallographic directions （parallel and perpendicular to the c-axis）. The measurements showed that the electrical conductivity, Hall mobility, and seebeck coefficient have anisotropic nature. From these measurements some physical parameters were estimated and the crystals showed n-type of conduction mechanism. Also, values of the energy gap were found to be different in the two directions.

We reported the formation of diffraction ring patterns induced by transmitted Gaussian laser beam through 8-hydroxyquinolin-1-ium 4-aminobenzenesulfonate(8 HQABs) solution as absorbing medium. Theoretical model depending on the Fresnel-Kirchhoff diffraction(FKD) theory was used to generate diffraction rings with respect to the sample position. Analysis of the generated diffraction rings shows a reasonable agreement between the features of the experimental and numerical diffraction rings. Our results are considered to be useful to understand the way of propagation and interaction of laser beam with liquid absorbing medium.

In large mines,single fan is usually not enough to ventilate all the working *** mine-fan approach cannot be directly applied to multiple-fan networks because the present of multiple pressures and air quantities associated with each fan in the ***,each fan in a multiple-fan system has its own mine characteristic curve,or a subsystem *** some consideration,the conventional concept of a mine characteristic curve of a single-fan system can be directly extended to that of a particular fan within a multiple-fan *** this paper the mutual effect of the fans on each other and their effect on the stability of the ventilation network were investigated by Hardy Cross algorithm combined with a switching-parameters *** show the validity and reliability of this algorithm,the stability of the ventilation system of Abu-Tartur mine(one of the largest underground mine in Egypt)has been studied.

Experimental results of thermal lens measurements for Tris(2,2’-bipyridyl)iron(II) tetrafluoroborate solution are reported using the dual beam technique. The temporal evaluation of thermal lens was observed at input pump power of I=47 mW. The thermal lens effect was observed with increasing the pump power intensity as well. The evolution time of thermal lens and the fitting of the experimental transient curve were useful to evaluate the parameters of the Tris(2,2’-bipyridyl)iron(Ⅱ) tetrafluoroborate solution.

The age at which a woman enters natural menopause has also been associated to death from any cause. menopause is a natural component of aging that happens between the ages of 45 and 55, with the average menopausal age being 51. Previous research has revealed the age at which women reach menopause, but there is no evidence to support the link between menopause and longevity. We made a study in assessing the limits of maximum lifespan at menopausal age in our previous article. In this paper, we aim to predict the maximum lifespan of women at mean menopausal age.
