New series of benzothiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized. The newly synthesized compounds were screened for their antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus. Compounds 6j and 6o showed the highest activity against E. coli and s. aureus. The antifungal activity of these compounds was also tested against Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus293. Compounds 4c, 4g and 6j exhibited the highest activity against C. albicans. In addition, compounds4 a and 6j displayed promising activity against A. fumigatus 293. The same compounds were examined for their antiquorum-sensing activity against Chromobacterium violaceum ATCC 12472, whereas compounds4 a, 6j and 6p showed moderate activity. The in vitro cytotoxicity testing of the synthesized compounds was performed against cervical cancer（Hela） and kidney fibroblast cancer（COs-7） cell lines. Results indicated that all tested compounds have IC50 values 〉50 mmol/L against both cell lines. molecular properties, toxicities, drug-likeness, and drug score profiles of compounds 4a–c, 5a, 6g,h, 6j, 6l, 6o and7 c,d were also assessed.

An insight on occurrence of Fe-rich spherules from the Central Indian Ocean Basin(CIOB)provides an understanding of their distribution at a water depth of>5,000 *** the present study,Fe-rich spherules are identified to occur in two different sediment types(i.e.,siliceous and pelagic)and tectonic settings(*** seamounts and fracture zones).These are single spheres or aggregates,of different sizes(63 to 390μm)and show textural variability(smooth/quenched,brickwork,corkscrew,interlocking and dendritic).A comparative study based on physical morphology and chemical composition suggests a common mechanism of *** association of spherules with fracture zones(FZ)and seamounts signifies that morpho-tectonic features play an important role in fluid-driven *** on the evidence and geologic conditions existing in the basin,we conclude that molten fuel-coolant interaction(mFCI)coupled with submarine hydrothermal exhalations could be an ideal mechanism for the formation of spherules and *** accretion of the spherules on the surface sediments could be a result of recent volcanic phenomena,while those occurring at different depths(280-355,and 460-475 cm-bsf)within the sediment core indicate two different *** study provides a global implication in understanding fluid-driven magmatism in a deep-sea intraplate environment.

Computational models are developed to create grain structures using mathematical algorithms based on the chaos theory such as cellular automaton, geometrical models, fractals, and stochastic methods. Because of the chaotic nature of grain structures, some of the most popular routines are based on the monte Carlo method, statistical distributions, and random walk methods, which can be easily programmed and included in nested loops. Nevertheless, grain structures are not well defined as the results of computational errors and numerical incon- sistencies on mathematical methods. Due to the finite definition of numbers or the numerical restrictions during the simulation of solidifica- tion, damaged images appear on the screen. These images must be repaired to obtain a good measurement of grain geometrical properties. some mathematical algorithms were developed to repair, measure, and characterize grain structures obtained from cellular automata in the present work. An appropriate measurement of grain size and the corrected identification of interfaces and length are very important topics in materials science because they are the representation and validation of mathematical models with real samples. As a result, the developed al- gorithms are tested and proved to be appropriate and efficient to eliminate the errors and characterize the grain structures.

Electrochemical behaviour of stainless steel type 430 in acidic solutions of methanol, ethanol and in their binary mixtures with water (from 0 to 100% alcohol) at 25℃ has been studied. using potentiostatic poIarization technique and weight loss method. It was found that the corrosion rate of the metal was affected by the physico-chemical properties of the media such as, viscosity, state of solvation, molar volume contraction, proton availability and dielectric constant, it was demonstrated from the potentiostatic study that the active passive transition strongly depended on the concentration of the acid, and on the water content of the media.

An improved high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry（LC-ms/ms） method has been developed for sensitive and rapid determination of albendazole（ABZ） and its active metabolite,albendazole sulfoxide（ABZsO）,in the positive ionization *** method utilized solid phase extraction（sPE） for sample preparation of the analytes and their deuterated internal standards（Iss） from100 μL human *** chromatography was carried out on Hypurity C_（18） column using acetonitrile-2.0 mm ammonium acetate,pH 5.0（80：20,v/v） as the mobile *** assay exhibited a linear response over the concentration range of 0.200-50.0 ng/mL for ABZ and 3.00-600 ng/mL for *** recoveries of the analytes and Iss ranged from 86.03%-89.66%and 89.85%-98.94%,*** effect,expressed as Is-normalized matrix factors,ranged from 0.985 to 1.042 for the both *** method was successfully applied for two separate studies in healthy subjects using single dose of 400 mg conventional tablets and 400 mg chewable ABZ tablets,respectively.

In this paper, we solve chiral nonlinear schrodinger equation (CNsE) numerically. Two numerical methods are derived using the explicit Runge-Kutta method of order four and the linear multistep method (Predictor-Corrector method of fourth order). The resulting schemes of fourth order accuracy in spatial and temporal directions. The CNsE is non-integrable and has two kinds of soliton solutions: bright and dark soliton. The exact solutions and the conserved quantities of CNsE are used to display the efficiency and robustness of the numerical methods we derived. Interaction of two bright solitons for different parameters is also displayed.

The crystal structure, magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of(Ho_(1-x) Y_(0.5))_5 Pd_2 compounds are investigated. All the compounds crystallize in a cubic Dy_5 Pd_2-type structure with the space group Fd3 m and undergo a second order transition from spin glass(sG) state to paramagnetic(Pm) state. The spin glass transition temperatures T_g decrease from 26 K for x = 0 to 13 K for x = 0.5. In the Pm region, the reciprocal susceptibilities for all the compounds obey the Curie–Weiss law. The paramagnetic Curie temperatures(θp) for Ho_5 Pd_2,(Ho_(0.75) Y_(0.25)_5 Pd_2, and(Ho_(0.5) Y_(0.5))_5 Pd_2 are determined to be 32 K, 30 K, and 22 K, respectively, and the corresponding effective magnetic moments(μeff) are10.8 μB/Ho, 10.3 μB/RE, and 7.5 μB/RE, respectively. magnetocaloric effect(mCE) is anticipated according to the maxwell relation, based on the isothermal magnetization curves. For a magnetic field change of 0–5 T, the maximum values of the isothermal magnetic entropy change-?smof the(Ho_(1-x)Y_x)_5 Pd_2(x = 0, 0.25, and 0.5) compounds are determined to be 11.5 J·kg^(-1)·K^(-1), 11.1 J·kg^(-1)·K^(-1), and 8.9 K J·kg^(-1)·K^(-1), with corresponding refrigerant capacity values of 382.3 J·kg^(-1), 336.2 J·kg^(-1), and 242.5 J·kg^(-1), respectively.
