This study compared the microstructure and mechanical characteristics of AA6061-T6 joints produced using friction stir welding(FsW),friction stir vibration welding(FsVW),and tungsten inert gas welding(TIG).FsVW is a modified version of FsW wherein the joining specimens are vibrated normal to the welding line during *** results indicated that the weld region grains for FsVW and FsW were equiaxed and were smaller than the grains for *** addition,the weld region grains for FsVW were finer compared with those for *** also showed that the strength,hardness,and toughness values of the joints produced by FsVW were higher than those of the other joints produced by FsW and *** vibration during FsW enhanced dynamic recrystallization,which led to the development of finer *** weld efficiency of FsVW was approximately 81%,whereas those of FsW and TIG were approximately 74%and 67%,respectively.

The existence of outflow and magnetic fields in the inner region of hot accretion flows has been confirmed by observations and numerical magnetohydrodynamic（mHD）*** present self-similar solutions for radiatively inefficient accretion flows（RIAFs）around black holes in the presence of outflow and a global magnetic *** influence of outflow is taken into account by adopting a radius that depends on m.s. accretion ratem=m0 （r/r0）s with s〉0. We also consider convection through a mixing length formula to calculate convection parameterα*** we consider the additional magnetic field parameters βr,φ,z=c2 r,φ,z /（2c2 s ）,where c2 r,φ,z are the Alfvén sound speeds in three directions of cylindrical *** numerical results show that by increasing all components of the magnetic field,the surface density and rotational velocity increase,but the sound speed and radial infall velocity of the disk *** have also found that the existence of wind will lead to reduction of surface density as well as rotational ***,the radial velocity,sound speed,advection parameter and the vertical thickness of the disk will increase when outflow becom.s.important in the RIAF.

The present paper summarises the synthesis of La3+doped zinc oxide nanoparticles using Aloe vera gel by solution combustion method and the characterization using a powder X-ray diffractometer(PXRD),a transm.s.ion electron microscope(TEm),an X-ray photometric spectrometer(XPs),a Raman spectrometer and their applications in optical devices and latent *** pattern confirms the crystallite size of La3+doped ZnO varies from 13 to 20 *** size varies inversely with doping *** properties are found to be the maximum for 2 mol% doping *** spectra extends the use of ZnO:La3+nanoparticles in blue green *** nanoparticles also have superior property as a fluorescent labels in fingerprints.

In tropical regions,heavy rainfall induces erosion and shallow landslides on road ***-based stabilization methods,common in these regions,contribute to climate change due to their high carbon *** study explored the potential application of coir fiber-reinforced laterite soil-bottom ash mixtures as embankment materials in the *** objective is to enhance engineered embankment slopes'erosion resistance and stability while offering reuse options for industrial *** study examined various mix designs for unconfined compressive strength(UCs)and permeability,utilizing 30%bottom ash(BA)and 1%coir fiber(CF)with varying sizes ranging from 10 to 40 mm,6%lime,and laterite soil(Ls),followed by microstructural *** results demonstrate that the compressive strength increases as the CF length increases to 25 *** contrast,permeability increases continuously with increasing CF ***-treated mixtures exhibit superior short-and long-term.s.rength and reduce permeability owing to the formation of cementitious materials,as confirmed by microstructural analyses.A lab-scale slope box was constructed to evaluate the surface erosion of the stabilized laterite soil *** on the rainfall simulation results,the Ls-BA-CF mixtures show better resistance to erosion and deformation compared to untreated Ls,especially when lime is added to the top *** study provides insights into a sustainable and cost-effective approach for slope stabilization using BA and CF,offering a prom.s.ng solution for tropical regions susceptible to surface erosion and landslides.

In this study,we investigate the(2+1)-dimensional Korteweg-De Vries(KdV)equation with the extension of time-dependent coefficients.A symbolic computational method,the simplified Hirota’s method,and a long-wave method are utilized to create various exact solutions to the suggested *** symbolic computational method is applied to create the Lump solutions and periodic lump ***’s method and a long-wave method are implemented to explore single-,double-and triple-m-lump waves,and interaction physical phenomena such as an interaction of single-m-lump with one-,twosoliton solutions,as well as a collision of double-m-lump with single-soliton ***,the simplified Hirota’s method is employed to explore complex multi-soliton *** realize dynamics,the gained solutions are drawn via utilizing different arbitrary variable coefficients.

Geological, petrological and geochemical studies indicated that there are two distinct types of granitoid rocks: older quartz diorites to granodiorite assemblage and younger granitoids, the latter occurring in two phases. The older granitoids have a meta-aluminous chem.s.ry and a calc-alkaline character, with high mgO, Fe2O3, TiO2, CaO, P2O5, sr and low siO2, K2O, and Rb. Their major and trace elements data, together with low 87sr/ 86sr ratios (0.7029±0.0008) are indicative of I-type affinities. The second- and third-phase granitoids range from calc-alkaline to alkaline, respectively. The second-phase granitoids have a peraluminous chem.s.ry and high sr, Ba, CaO, mgO, Al2O3 and Ti2O and low siO2, K2O, Nb, Y and Rb relative to the third-phase granitoids. The corundum normative nature and field observations suggested that it was formed by partial melting of the lower crust. The third-phase granitoids are alkaline in nature and characterized by higher siO2, Rb, Y, Nb and lower mgO, sr and Ba values than the younger granitoids (phase Ⅱ). They are A-type granitoids which were generated from below or within the existing continental crust.

In this study,geochemical anomaly separation was carried out with methods based on the distribution model,which includes probability diagram(mPD),fractal(concentration-area technique),and U-statistic *** main objective is to evaluate the efficiency and accuracy of the methods in separation of anomalies on the shear zone gold *** this purpose,samples were taken from the secondary lithogeochemical environment(stream.s.diment samples)on the gold mineralization in saqqez,NW of *** of the histograms and diagrams showed that the mPD is capable of identifying two phases of *** fractal method could separate only one phase of change based on the fractal dimension with high concentration areas of the Au *** spatial analysis showed two mixed subpopulations after U=0 and another subpopulation with very high U *** mPD analysis followed spatial analysis,which shows the detail of the *** mineralized zones detected from local geochemical exploration results were used for validating the methods mentioned *** mPD method was able to identify the anomalous areas higher than 90%,whereas the two other methods identified 60%(maximum)of the anomalous *** raw data without any estimation for the concentration was used by the mPD method using aminimum of calculations to determine the threshold ***,the mPD method is more robust than the other *** spatial analysis identified the detail soft hegeological and mineralization events that were affected in the study *** is recommended as the best,and the spatial U-analysis is the next reliable method to be *** fractal method could show more detail of the events and variations in the area with asymmetrical grid net and a higher density of sampling or at the detailed exploration stage.

Nowadays,several research projects show interest in employing volunteered geographic information(VGI)to improve their systems through using up-to-date and detailed *** European project CAP4Access is one of the successful examples of such international-wide research projects that aims to improve the accessibility of people with restricted mobility using crowdsourced *** this project,Openstreetmap(Osm)is used to extend OpenRouteservice,a well-known routing ***,a basic challenge that this project tackled was the incompleteness of Osm data with regards to certain information that is required for wheelchair accessibility(*** information,kerb data,etc.).In this article,we present the results of initial assessment of sidewalk data in Osm at the beginning of the project as well as our approach in awareness raising and using tools for tagging accessibility data into Osm database for enriching the sidewalk data *** experiments have been carried out in different European cities,and discussion on the results of the experiments as well as the lessons learned are *** lessons learned provide recommendations that help in organizing better mapping party events in the *** conclude by reporting on how and to what extent the Osm.s.dewalk data completeness in these study areas have benefited from the mapping parties by the end of the project.

We have investigated the mechanism of phase transformation from Zns to hexagonal ZnO by high- temperature thermal annealing. The Zns thin films were grown on si （001） substrate by thermal evaporation system using Zns powder as source material. The grown films were annealed at different temperatures and characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, photoluminescence （PL）, four-point probe, scanning electron microscope （sEm） and energy dispersive X-ray diffraction （EDX）. The results demonstrated that as-deposited Zns film has mixed phases but high-temperature annealing leads to transition from Zns to ZnO. The observed result can be explained as a two- step process：（1） high-energy O atoms replaced s atoms in lattice during annealing process, and （2） s atoms diffused into substrate and/or diffused out of the sample. The dissociation energy of Zns calculated from the Arrhenius plot of 1000/T versus log （resistivity） was found to be 3.1 eV. PL spectra of as-grown sample exhibits a characteristic green em.s.ion at 2.4 eV of Zns but annealed samples consist of band-to-band and defect em.s.ion of ZnO at 3.29 eV and 2.5 eV respectively. sEm and EDX measurements were additionally performed to strengthen the argument.
