Effects of penicillamine, hypotaurine, and epinephrine on motility, hyperactivity, acrosome reaction of fresh ram sperm

Objective:To determine the effects of different concentrations of penicillamine, hypotaurine, and epinephrine (PHE) as well as incubation time on motility, hyperactivity and acrosome reaction (Ar) of ram spermin ***: Freshly ejaculated spermatozoa from three ram were collected, pooled and subjected to swim up technique in modified sperm Tyrode's albumin lactate pyruvate medium supplemented with different concentrations of PHE (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100 mm/mL). Then best concentrations were compared and examined for motility, hyperactivity and ***: A high concentrations of PHE (30, 40, 50, 75 and 100mm/mL) showed a significant increase in motility when compared to control immediately after dilution and exist for the first and second hour of incubation period. However, when longer incubation time were used, a significant (Prease in motility was achieved. Similar finding was observed in hyperactivity. Stained semen samples showed a maximum percentage of incomplete Ar after 1 h incubation corresponding to 50 and 75 mm/mL of PHE;however, spermatozoa treated with 75 mm/mL had a higher tendency to undergo complete Ar after further incubation up to 4 h. A dose dependent relationship was detected where the maximum value of total Ar was shown in spermatozoa treated with 75 mm/mL PHE for 4 h. Conclusions: To obtain better motility, hyperactivity and Ar, treatment of ram spermatozoa with 75 mm/mL PHE for 4 h before being used in insemination was considered the best concentration of PHE to be used in the process ofin-vitro fertilization.

recently,much interest has been given tomulti-granulation rough sets (mGrS), and various types ofmGrSmodelshave been developed from different viewpoints. In this paper, we introduce two techniques for the classificationof mGrS. Firstly, we generate multi-topologies from multi-relations defined in the universe. Hence, a novelapproximation space is established by leveraging the underlying topological structure. The characteristics of thenewly proposed approximation space are *** introduce an algorithmfor the reduction ***, a new approach for the classification ofmGrS based on neighborhood concepts is introduced. Finally, areal-life application from medical records is introduced via our approach to the classification of mGrS.

Cooling system design for thermal management of electronic equipment,batteries and photovoltaic(PV)modules is important for increasing the efﬁciency,safety operation,and long life span the *** the present study,two different cooling systems are proposed with nano-enhanced multiple impinging jets for a conductive *** present cooling systems can be used in electronic cooling and PV *** porous object(PPO)and sinusoidal porous object(SPO)are used in the jet cooling system.2D numerical analysis usingﬁnite volume method is conducted considering different values of permeability of the objects(Darcy number(Da)between 10^(-6) and 10^(-1)).When PPO is used in the cooling system,num-ber of cylinders(between 1 and 6),and size of the cylinders(between 0.015 and 0.075)are *** the case of using SPO,amplitude(between 0.1 and 2)and wave number(be-tween 1 and 12)are ***-water nanoﬂuid with cylindrical shaped nanoparticles is used as the heat transferﬂ*** permeability is changed for PPO,the average temper-ature increases by roughly 3.89℃ for a single cylinder and drops by roughly 0.57℃ for a six-cylinder *** the size of the cylinder in the PPO case at highest permeability results in temperature drop of 5.3℃.When changing the number of cylinders,cooling rate varies by about 3.6%.Wave number of SPO is more inﬂuential on the cooling performance enhancement as compared to amplitude and permeability of the *** average surface temperature drops by 12.4℃ when the wave number is increased to *** compared to reference case of jet impingement cooling without porous object,using PPO and SPO along with the nanoﬂuid result in temperature drop of 12.3℃ and 14.4℃.

Nonlinear dynamic modeling of planar moving Timoshenko beam considering non-rigid non-elastic axial effects

Due to the importance of vibration effects on the functional accuracy of mechanical systems,this research aims to develop a precise model of a nonlinearly vibrating single-link mobile flexible *** manipulator consists of an elastic arm,a rotary motor,and a rigid carrier,and undergoes general in-plane rigid body motion along with elastic transverse *** accurately model the elastic behavior,Timoshenko’s beam theory is used to describe the flexible arm,which accounts for rotary inertia and shear deformation *** applying Newton’s second law,the nonlinear governing equations of motion for the manipulator are derived as a coupled system of ordinary differential equations(ODEs)and partial differential equations(PDEs).Then,the assumed mode method(Amm)is used to solve this nonlinear system of governing equations with appropriate shape *** assumed modes can be obtained after solving the characteristic equation of a Timoshenko beam with clamped boundary conditions at one end and an attached mass/inertia at the *** addition,the effect of the transverse vibration of the inextensible arm on its axial behavior is *** the axial rigidity,the effect makes the rigid body dynamics invalid for the axial behavior of the ***,numerical simulations are conducted to evaluate the performance of the developed model,and the results are compared with those obtained by the finite element *** comparison confirms the validity of the proposed dynamic model for the *** to the mentioned features,this model can be reliable for investigating the system’s vibrational behavior and implementing vibration control algorithms.

Various organizations store data online rather than on physical *** the number of user’s data stored in cloud servers increases,the attack rate to access data from cloud servers also *** researchers worked on different algorithms to protect cloud data from replay *** of the papers used a technique that simultaneously detects a full-message and partial-message replay *** study presents the development of a TKN(Text,Key and Name)cryptographic algorithm aimed at protecting data from replay *** program employs distinct ways to encrypt plain text[P],a user-defined Key[K],and a Secret Code[N].The novelty of the TKN cryptographic algorithm is that the bit value of each text is linked to another value with the help of the proposed algorithm,and the length of the cipher text obtained is twice the length of the original *** the scenario that an attacker executes a replay attack on the cloud server,engages in cryptanalysis,or manipulates any data,it will result in automated modification of all associated values inside the *** mechanism has the benefit of enhancing the detectability of replay ***,the attacker cannot access data not included in any of the papers,regardless of how effective the attack strategy *** the end of paper,the proposed algorithm’s novelty will be compared with different algorithms,and it will be discussed how far the proposed algorithm is better than all other algorithms.

Pile foundations are still the preferred foundation system for high-rise structures in earthquake-prone *** foundations have experienced failures in past earthquakes due to *** on pile foundations in liquefiable soils has primarily focused on the pile foundation behavior in two or three-layered soil ***,in natural occurrence,it may occur in alternative layers of liquefiable and non-liquefiable ***,the experimental and/or numerical studies on the layered effect on pile foundations have not been widely addressed in the *** of the design codes across the world do not explicitly mention the effect of sandwiched non-liquefiable soil layers on the pile *** the present study,the behavior of an end-bearing pile in layered liquefiable and non-liquefiable soil deposit is studied *** study found that the kinematic bending moment is higher and governs the design when the effect of the sandwiched non-liquefied layer is considered in the analysis as opposed to when its effect is ***,ignoring the effect of the sandwiched non-liquefied layer in a liquefiable soil deposit might be a nonconservative design approach.

Control system design for a pressure-tube-type supercritical water-cooled nuclear reactor via a higher order sliding mode method

Parametric investigation on the novel and cost-effective nano fly ash impregnated geopolymer system for sustainable construction

The hazardous environmental effects of greenhouse gas emissions and climate change demand alternative sources for cementitious materials in the construction *** development of geopolymer structures provides a way of producing 100%cement-free *** this research work,a novel and simple way of deriving nano particles from waste fly ash particles is *** effect of adding the synthesized nano fly ash particles as a filler medium in geopolymer mortars was investigated by considering strength and durability *** optimization was done by using regression analysis on the geopolymer mortar and the impact of adding nano fly ash particles was studied by varying different percentages of addition ranging from 0 to 7.5%by weight of binder *** the results,it was observed that 1%nano fly ash acted not only as a filler but also as nano-sized precursors of the polymerization process,resulting in denser geopolymer *** can explain the extraordinary gain in strength of 72.11 mPa as well as the denser core with negligible level of chloride ion penetration,making the material suitable for the development of structures susceptible to marine environment.
