Let r = ⊙n〉0 rn be a standard graded ring, a ∩ ⊙n〉0 rn an ideal of r, and m, N two finitely generated graded r-modules. This paper studies the homogeneous components of graded generalized local cohomology modules. We show that for any i 〉 0, the n-th graded component Hiα（m, N）n of the i-th generalized local cohomology module of m and N with respect to a vanishes for all n 〉〉 0. Some sufficient conditions are pro- posed to satisfy the equality sup{end（Hiα （m, N）） [ i _〉 0} = sup{end（Hir＋（m, N））｜ i 〉 0}. Also, some sufficient conditions are proposed for the tameness of Hiα（m, N） such that i = frα＋（m,N） or i = cdα（m,g）, where frα＋（m,N） and cdα（m,g） denote the r＋- finiteness dimension and the cohomological dimension of m and N with respect to a, respectively. Finally, we consider the Artinian property of some submodules and quotient modules of Hjα（m, N）, where j is the first or last non-minimax level of Hiα（m, N）.

In this communication, the impacts of adding SDS （sodium dodecyl sulfate）, TBAF （tetra-n-butylammonlum tluorloe） ano the mixture of SDS ＋ TBAF on the main kinetic parameters of CO2 hydrate formation （induction time, the quantity and rate of gas uptake, and storage capacity） were investigated. The tests were performed under stirring conditions at T = 5 ℃ and P = 3.8 mPa in a 169 cm3 batch reactor. The results show that adding SDS with a concentration of 400 ppm, TBAF with a concentration of l-5 wt%, and the mixture of SDS ＋ TBAF, would increase the storage capacity of CO2 hydrate and the quantity of gas uptake, and decrease the induction time of hydrate formation process. The addition of 5 wt% of TBAF and 400 ppm of SDS would increase the CO2 hydrate storage capacity by 86.1% and 81.6%, respectively, compared to pure water. Investigation of the impact of SDS, TBAF and their mixture on the rate of gas uptake indicates that the mixture of SDS ＋ TBAF does not have a significant effect on the rate of gas uptake during hydrate formation process.

microstructural stability of IN939 superalloy with two different manufacturing routes was investigated during long-term aging at elevated temperatures by light optical microscope（Om） and scanning electron microscope（SEm） equipped with an EDS *** results show mat the coarsening behavior of γ＇ particles is prim.r.ly impacted by the initial heat treatment conditions,and the effect of the prior manufacturing route（casting or hot forming） is found to be insignificant,if any,on the γ＇ particles coarsening *** the temperature range of 790-827 ℃,IN939 cast/wrought-HT2 alloys have m.r. microstructural stability,while in the temperature range of 827-910 ℃,the initial heat treatment m.r.ed as HT1 provides m.r. stable microstructure for the cast or wrought IN939 superalloy.

外科手术后房颤与抗热休克蛋白65的关系

Background-Atrial fibrillation(AF) is a frequently encountered arrhythmia aft er cardiac surgery, but its underlying mechanisms are still unclear. We hypothes ize that autoimmune and inflammatory responses against heat shock protein 65(HSP 65) may be involved and hence examined the relationship between HSP65 autoantibo dies and occurrence of postoperative AF. methods and results-A prospective stud y of 329 patients undergoing elective prim.r. CABG was undertaken. Cardiovascula r risk factors, ECG characteristics, medications, and intraoperative and postope rative features were documented. Anti-HSP65 antibodies and Creactive protein le vels were measured in all preoperative blood samples with ELISA. Postoperative A F was defined as the characteristic arrhythmia, lasting for at least 15 minutes and confirmed on 12-lead ECG and occurring within the first postoperative week. This occurred in 62 patients(19%). In univariate analysis, HSP65 antibodies we re significantly higher in patients with postoperative AF(P=0.02). History of pr evious myocardial infarction, duration of bypass, number of distal anastomosis, and duration of ventilation were also associated with AF (Preact ive protein levels were not(P=0.13). multivariate analysis confirmed the positiv e association of HSP65 antibodies with postoperative AF(Or, 1.41; P=0.04) indepe ndent of age, sex, other cardiovascular risk factors, severity of coronary arter y disease, duration of ventilation, duration of bypass, and left ventricular fun ction. Conclusions-We report a novel association between anti-HSP65 antibodies and occurrence of postoperative AF, indicating a possible role for antibody-me diated immune response in its pathogenesis.
