Potential of eNose Technology for monitoring Biological CO2 Conversion Processes

Electronic nose（eNose） is a modern bioelectronic sensor for monitoring biological processes that convert CO2into valueadded products, such as products formed during photosynthesis and microbial fermentation. eNose technology uses an array of sensors to detect and quantify gases, including CO2, in the air. This study briefly introduces the concept of eNose technology and potential applications thereof in monitoring CO2conversion processes. It also provides background information on biological CO2conversion processes. Furthermore, the working principles of eNose technology vis-à-vis gas detection are discussed along with its advantages and limitations versus traditional monitoring methods. This study also provides case studies that have used this technology for monitoring biological CO2conversion processes. eNose-predicted measurements were observed to be completely aligned with biological parameters for R2values of 0.864, 0.808, 0.802, and 0.948. We test eNose technology in a variety of biological settings, such as algae farms or bioreactors, to determine its effectiveness in monitoring CO2conversion processes. We also explore the potential benefits of employing this technology vis-à-vis monitoring biological CO2conversion processes, such as increased reaction efficiency and reduced costs versus traditional monitoring methods. moreover, future directions and challenges of using this technology in CO2capture and conversion have been discussed. Overall, we believe this study would contribute to developing new and innovative methods for monitoring biological CO2conversion processes and mitigating climate change.

The prime objective of the present communication is to examine the entropy-optimized second order velocity slip Darcy–Forchheimer hybrid nanofluid flow of viscous material between two rotating *** conducting flow is considered and saturated through Darcy–Forchheimer *** the disks are rotating with different angular frequencies and stretches with different *** graphene oxide and titanium dioxide are considered for hybrid nanoparticles and water as a continuous phase *** heating,heat generation/absorption and viscous dissipation effects are incorporated in the mathematical modeling of energy ***,binary chemical reaction with activation energy is *** total entropy rate is calculated in the presence of heat transfer irreversibility,fluid friction irreversibility,Joule heating irreversibility,porosity irreversibility and chemical reaction irreversibility through thermodynamics second *** nonlinear governing equations are first converted into ordinary differential equations through implementation of appropriate similarity transformations and then numerical solutions are calculated through Built-in-Shooting *** of sundry flow variables on the entropy generation rate,velocity,concentration,Bejan number,temperature are discussed graphically for both graphene oxide and titanium dioxide hybrid *** engineering interest like skin friction coefficient and Nusselt number are computed numerically and presented through *** is noticed from the obtained results that entropy generation rate and Bejan number have similar effects versus diffusion *** entropy generation rate is more against the higher Brinkman number.

In this article we investigate the flow of Sutterby liquid due to rotating stretchable disk. mass and heat transport are analyzed through Brownian diffusion and thermophoresis. Further the effects of magnetic field, chemical reaction and heat source are also accounted. We employ transformation procedure to obtain a system of nonlinear ODE's. This system is numerically solved by Built-in-Shooting method. Impacts of different involved parameter on velocity, temperature and concentration are described. Velocity, concentration and temperature gradients are numerically computed. Obtained results show that velocity is reduced through material parameter. Temperature and concentration are enhanced with thermophoresis parameter.

Here thermal dependence conductivity and nonlinear convection features in third-grade liquid flow bounded by moving surface having varying thickness are formulated. Stagnation point flow is considered. Revised FourierFick relations and double stratification phenomena are utilized for modeling energy and concentration *** model of considered physical problem is achieved by implementing the idea of boundary layer theory. The acquired partial differential system is transformed into ordinary ones by employing relevant variables. The homotopic scheme yield convergent solutions of governing nonlinear expressions. Graphs are constructed for distinct values of physical constraints to elaborate the heat/mass transportation mechanisms.

This article addresses the magnetohydrodynamics(mHD) flow of a third grade fluid over an exponentially stretching sheet. Analysis is carried out in the presence of first order chemical reaction. Both cases of constructive and destructive chemical reactions are reported. Convergent solutions of the resulting differential systems are presented in series forms. Characteristics of various sundry parameters on the velocity, concentration, skin friction and local Sherwood number are analyzed and discussed.

Observability of parameter space for charged Higgs boson in its bosonic decays in two Higgs doublet model Type-1

This study explores the possibility of discovering H±through its bosonic decays,i.e.,H±→W±φ(whereφ=h or A),within the Type-I two Higgs doublet model(2HDm).The main objective is to demonstrate the available parameter space after applying recent experimental and theoretical exclusion *** suggest that mH±=150 GeV is the most probable mass for the H±→W±φdecay channel in pp collisions at s1/2=8,13,and 14 *** also report on the application of a modern machine learning approach to a multivariate technique for heavy charged Higgs production in association with a single top quark through weak interaction to demonstrate its observability in comparison with the most relevant Standard model backgrounds using the neural networks of boosted decision Tree(BDT),likelihood(LH),and multilayer perceptron(mLP).

Food irradiation is gaining popularity worldwide and this technology is important to improve quality and reduce the post harvest losses of *** of the rapid commercialization of irradiated foods throughout the world,compliance of different regulations relating to use of technology in different countries and demand of consum- ers for clear labelling of irradiated foods,there is need for the development of analytical methods to detect radiation treatment of *** several methods studied so far,thermoluminescence (TL) is an important method that can be used to find out the irradiation history of food that contain even a very minute amount of dust *** this study,the irradiated and unirradiated wheat and rice samples were analyzed using the TL *** samples were purchased from the local market of Peshawar and irradiated to radiation doses of 0.5 and 1.0 kGy using Co-60 gamma irradiator at the Nuclear Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA),*** mineral contaminants were isolated by jet water,ultrasonic treatment,and density *** glow curves of the isolated minerals from irradiated and unirradiated samples were recorded between the temperature ranges of 50—500℃using a TL ***,the glow curves for irradiated samples showed much higher TL intensities (TL_1) than the unirradiated *** results were normalized by re-irradiation of mineral samples to gamma-ray dose of 1.0 kGy followed by determination of the second glow curves (TL_2).The ratio of the area of first glow curve to that of second glow curve (TL_1/TL_2) was calcu- lated for selected temperature intervals and compared with the recommended values for unirradiated and irradiated ***,the shapes of the glow curves for irradiated and unirradiated samples were also *** the ba- sis of these results (comparison of TL-intensities,TL_1/TL_2 ratios and shapes of the glow curves),all the irradiated and unirradiated samples of wheat and rice were un
