Safe environmental approach for control of plant diseases is the most important way to maintain the biological balance in nature. Essential oil from some medicinal plants was extracted and their antibacterial activity toward Pseudomonas marginalis the causal agent of cucumber marginal leaf blight disease were evaluated under laboratory and green-house condition. most of the essential oils showed antibacterial activity which they were three groups including cumin as strangest, cinnamon as second and milfoil, savory and thyme as third inhibitor group. No inhibition zone was observed for dill, ginger and peppermint oils. Under green house condition the applied essential oils 48h before pathogen inoculation;significantly reduced disease which milfoil plants prohibited the disease 100%. Essential oils from cumin and savory prevented cucumber leaf blight up to 80 %. Cinnamon and clove essential oils also had a remarkable effect on decreasing of disease development. In the greenhouse trial, antibacterial activity of essential oils was classified in two main groups when they applied 48 h after inoculation. First group includes clove, cumin, fennel, milfoil and savory which shown very strong effect and cinnamon, eucalyptus and thyme that they were relatively strong. The second group includes dill, ginger, peppermint and spearmint with weak antibacterial activity. Results of this study showed promising method for production of safe fresh cucumber especially under green-house condition.

Currently, there are a limited number of dynamic models available for braided composite plates with large overall motions, despite the incorporation of three-dimensional(3D) braided composites into rotating blade components. In this paper, a dynamic model of 3D 4-directional braided composite thin plates considering braiding directions is established. Based on Kirchhoff's plate assumptions, the displacement variables of the plate are expressed. By incorporating the braiding directions into the constitutive equation of the braided composites, the dynamic model of the plate considering braiding directions is obtained. The effects of the speeds, braiding directions, and braided angles on the responses of the plate with fixed-axis rotation and translational motion, respectively, are investigated. This paper presents a dynamic theory for calculating the deformation of 3D braided composite structures undergoing both translational and rotational motions. It also provides a simulation method for investigating the dynamic behavior of non-isotropic material plates in various applications.

Cauterization(Perian:Dāgh/Arabic:Al-Kayy or Al-Wasm)is one of the oldest methods of treatment in most ancient cultures and medical schools;the history of these methods,with archaeological studies,is estimated to be more than a few thousand years,and this issue can determine the reason for the spread of cauterizing methods in the traditional medicine of ancient civilizations,including Iran and *** present research,as a descriptive/historical research,tries to examine the text of the manuscript of Tanksuq-nāmeh;and identify the theoretical foundations and practical methods of cauterization in Chinese and Khitans medicine,based on one of the key texts of the Ilkhanid period.(Text translated from Chinese to Persian in the 14th century AD)The results of the present study show that cauterization has a long history among the Chinese and Khitans peoples and has been performed in different ways and for different diseases.

The brain's extracellular matrix(ECm),which is comprised of protein and glycosaminoglycan(GAG)scaffolds,constitutes 20%-40% of the human brain and is considered one of the largest influencers on brain cell functioning(Soles et al.,2023).Synthesized by neural and glial cells,the brain's ECm regulates a myriad of homeostatic cellular processes,including neuronal plasticity and firing(miyata et al.,2012),cation buffering(moraws ki et al.,2015),and glia-neuron interactions(Anderson et al.,2016).Considering the diversity of functions,dynamic remodeling of the brain's ECm indicates that this understudied medium is an active participant in both normal physiology and neurological diseases.

目前已经有多种不同的ECG(心电图)信号辅助诊断工具得到应用,其中包含了基于人工神经网络的ECG分类器应用系统。本文介绍一种基于多阶前馈人工神经网络的新型ECG信号诊断模型,其目标是设计一种结构简单、成本低、响应速度快,识别率高的ECG信号辅助诊断系统。首先给出多个不同结构的神经网络,然后针对6种不同的心脏状况,比较这些神经网络之间的性能差异和辨别能力。网络的输入数据来自于m IT/B IH数据库,包括12种ECG特征信号和相应的每次心脏搏动的13段压缩信号。通过研究测试发现,基于二阶神经网络的ECG模型识别率最高,正确率达到了90.57%。

Preparation and evaluation of a glycerol-preserved direct agglutination antigen for long-term preservation:a comparative study of the detection of anti-Leishmania infantum antibodies in human and dog

Objective:To prepare and evaluate a glycerol-preserved antigen from an Iranian strain of Leishmania infantum(L infantum) for use in glycerol-preserved direct agglutination tests (GP-DAT) as an alternative to freeze dried direct agglutination teals(FD-DAT) that use freezedried ***:Glycerol-preserved DAT antigen was prepared and stored at different *** tested antigen stored at 4℃,22-37℃and 50℃over a period of 365 days. Seven hundred twenty-nine serum samples were collected from different geographical zones of Iran from 2007-2009,and 80 of these samples were pooled to produce *** pooled serum contained 10 *** positive and negative pooled sera were separately tested for anti-L. infantum antibodies with GP-DAT,FD-DAT and formaldehyde-fixed direct agglutination test (FF-DAT) antigens;tests were performed on both human and dog sera over a period of 12 months. Results:There was strong agreement between the results obtained using GP-DAT and FDDAT antigens stored at 22-37℃for 12 months for both human(100%) and dog(100%) pooled *** direct agglutination test results were highly reproducible(weighted kappa:GP=0.833, FD=0.979 and FF=0.917).Conclusions:Because GP-DAT antigen is highly stable over a range of temperatures and is easy to transport in the field,this type of antigen may be particularly useful in areas with endemic visceral leishmaniasis.

The non-isothermal kinetics of CdO nanoparticles prepared from CdCO3 precursor using thermal decomposition method was investigated. A model-fitting malek approach and a model-free advanced isoconversional method of Vyazovkin were applied to the analysis of the DSC and TGA data. The results showed that CdO nanoparticles prepared from CdCO3 followed an autocatalytic reaction. Sestak–Berggren model could favorably describe the studied reaction process. moreover, the apparent activation energy of CdCO3 decomposition was calculated to be (119.19±9.97) kJ/mol and the explicit rate equation form of CdCO3 decomposition was established.
