In this paper, a nonlinear model predictive control strategy which utilizes a probabilistic sparse kernel learning technique called relevance vector regression （RVR） and particle swarm optimization with controllable random exploration velocity （PSO-CREV） is applied to a catalytic continuous stirred tank reactor （CSTR） process. An accurate reliable nonlinear model is first identified by RVR with a radial basis function （RBF） kernel and then the optimization of control sequence is speeded up by PSO-CREV. Additional stochastic behavior in PSO-CREV is omitted for faster convergence of nonlinear optimization. An improved system performance is guaranteed by an accurate sparse predictive model and an efficient and fast optimization algorithm. To compare the performance, model predictive control （mPC） using a deterministic sparse kernel learning technique called Least squares support vector machines （LS-SVm） regression is done on a CSTR. Relevance vector regression shows improved tracking performance with very less computation time which is much essential for real time control.

Three dimensional(3D)echocardiogram enables cardiologists to visua-lize suspicious cardiac structures in *** recent years,this three-dimensional echocardiogram carries important clinical value in virtual surgical ***,this 3D echocardiogram involves a trade-off difficulty between accu-racy and efficient computation in clinical *** paper presents a novel Flip Directional 3D Volume Reconstruction(FD-3DVR)method for the recon-struction of echocardiogram *** proposed method consists of two main steps:multiplanar volumetric imaging and 3D volume *** the crea-tion of multiplanar volumetric imaging,two-dimensional(2D)image pixels are mapped into voxels of the volumetric *** the obtained slices are discontin-uous,there are some missing voxels in the volume *** restore the structural and textural information of 3D ultrasound volume,the proposed method creates a volume pyramid in parallel with theflip directional texture ***,the nearest neighbors of missing voxels in the multiplanar volumetric imaging are identified by 3D ANN(Approximate Nearest Neighbor)patch matching ***,aflip directional texture pyramid is proposed and aggregated with distance in patch matching tofind out the most similar *** the recon-struction step,structural and textural information obtained from differentflip angle directions can reconstruct 3D volume well with the desired ***-pared with existing 3D reconstruction methods,the proposed Flip Directional 3D Volume Reconstruction(FD-3DVR)method provides superior performance for the mean peak signal-to-noise ratio(40.538 for the proposed method I and 39.626 for the proposed method II).Experimental results performed on the cardi-ac datasets demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method for the reconstruc-tion of echocardiogram images.

KiSS-1,first identified as an anti-metastasis gene in melanoma,encodes C-terminally amidated peptide products,including kisspeptin-145,kisspeptin-54,kisspeptin-14,kisspeptin-13 and *** products are endogenous ligands coupled to G protein-coupled receptor 54(GPR54)/hOT7T175/*** date,the regulatory activities of the KiSS-1/GPR54 system,such as puberty initiation,antitumor metastasis,fertility in adulthood,hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis(HPG axis)feedback,and trophoblast invasion,have been investigated *** evidence has demonstrated that KiSS-1 played a key role in reproduction and served as a promising biomarker relative to the diagnosis,identification of therapeutic targets and prognosis in various carcinomas,while few studies have systematically summarized its subjective factors and concluded the functions of KiSS-1/GPR54 signaling in physiology homeostasis and cancer *** this review,we retrospectively summarized the regulators of the KiSS-1/GPR54 system in different animal models and reviewed its functions according to physiological homeostasis regulations and above all,cancer biology,which provided us with a profound understanding of applying the KiSS-1/GPR54 system into medical applications.

Spatial variability of soil hydraulic and physical properties in erosive sloping agricultural fields

It is essential to minimize soil quality degradation in sloping agricultural fields through stabilization and improvement of soil hydraulic properties using sustainable soil *** study aimed to analyze the impact of different tillage practices,including conventional tillage(CT),minimum tillage(mT),and zero tillage(ZT),on soil hydraulic conductivity in a sloping agricultural field under maizeewheat *** results showed that the highest runoff volume(257.40 m3),runoff coefficient(42.84%),and soil loss(11.3 t)were observed when the CT treatment was *** contrast,the lowest runoff volume(67.95 m3),runoff coefficient(11.35%),and soil loss(1.05 t)were observed when the ZT treatment was *** soil organic carbon and aggregate mean weight diameter were found to be significantly greater(with mean values of 0.79%and 1.19 mm,respectively)with the ZT treatment than with the CT *** the tilled treatments(CT and mT),substantial changes in the saturated soil hydraulic conductivity(ks),near-saturated soil hydraulic conductivity(k),and water-conducting porosity(ε)were observed between two crop *** three soil parameters were significantly higher in the period after maize harvesting than in the wheat growing *** contrast,no significant difference in these soil parameters was found when the untilled treatment(ZT)was carried *** regard to the slope positions,ks,k,andεshowed different behaviors under different *** toe slope position showed significantly lower ks andεvalues than the summit and middle slope *** the evaluated tillage practices,ZT was found to be the most promising means to improve the soil hydro-physical properties and effectively reduce surface runoff and soil erosion.

Herein,we report the synthesis of Zn_(0.7)mg_(0.3)Nd_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4)(where,x=0,0,0,01,0,02)ferrite nanoparticles by employing the sol-gel auto-combustion *** X-ray diffraction(XRD)pattern suggests the formation of a pure cubic structure,without any impurity phase,with an Fd3m space group at room *** increasing doping amount,the crystallite size is reported as 35-41 nm,while the lattice parameters rise from 0.8381 to 0.8395 *** emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEm)images show the formation of spherical grains with agglomerated morphology in all the samples,with grain sizes ranging from 49 to 103 *** dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)and elemental mapping investigation confirm the chemical purity of all the *** transform infrared(FTIR)analysis shows the presence of two prominent peaks around 440 and 560 cm^(-1)that correspond to the octahedral and tetrahedral *** addition,the existence of five Raman active vibratio nal modes in all produced specimens again confirms the structural purity of all the *** m-H curve shows that saturation magnetization(m_(s))first increases from 14.98 to 28.22 emu/g and then decreases to 18.98emu/g with increasing doping *** is due to the A-B type super-exchange interaction for the synthesized *** variation in coercivity(H_(c))and magnetic anisotropy(K_(1))suggest the thermal stability of all the samples and can be utilized in transformers and solenoids.

Heart disease prognosis(HDP)is a difficult undertaking that requires knowledge and expertise to predict early *** failure is on the rise as a result of today’s *** healthcare business generates a vast volume of patient records,which are challenging to manage *** it comes to data mining and machine learning,having a huge volume of data is crucial for getting meaningful *** methods for predictingHDhave been used by researchers over the last few decades,but the fundamental concern remains the uncertainty factor in the output data,aswell as the need to decrease the error rate and enhance the accuracy of HDP assessment ***,in order to discover the optimal HDP solution,this study compares multiple classification algorithms utilizing two separate heart disease datasets from the Kaggle repository and the University of California,Irvine(UCI)machine learning *** a comparative analysis,mean Absolute Error(mAE),Relative Absolute Error(RAE),precision,recall,fmeasure,and accuracy are used to evaluate Linear Regression(LR),Decision Tree(J48),Naive Bayes(NB),Artificial Neural Network(ANN),Simple Cart(SC),Bagging,Decision Stump(DS),AdaBoost,Rep Tree(REPT),and Support Vector machine(SVm).Overall,the SVm classifier surpasses other classifiers in terms of increasing accuracy and decreasing error rate,with RAE of 33.2631 andmAEof 0.165,the precision of 0.841,recall of 0.835,f-measure of 0.833,and accuracy of 83.49 percent for the dataset gathered from *** SC improves accuracy and reduces the error rate for the Kaggle dataset,which is 3.30%for RAE,0.016 percent for mAE,0.984%for precision,0.984 percent for recall,0.984 percent for f-measure,and 98.44%for accuracy.

migroGrid(mG)has emerged to resolve the growing demand for *** because of its inconsistent output,it can result in various power quality(PQ)*** is a problem that is becoming more and more important for the reliability of power systems that use renewable energy ***,the employment of nonlinear loads will introduce harmonics into the system and,as a result,cause distortions in the current and voltage waveforms as well as low power quality issues in the supply ***,this research focuses on power quality enhancement in the mG using hybrid shunt ***,the performance of the filter mainly depends upon the design,and stability of the *** efficiency of the proposed filter is enhanced by incorporating an enhanced adaptive fuzzy neural network(AFNN)*** performance of the proposed topology is examined in a mATLAB/Simulink environment,and experimental findings are provided to validate the effectiveness of this ***,the results of the proposed controller are compared with Adaptive Fuzzy Back-Stepping(AFBS)and Adaptive Fuzzy Sliding(AFS)to prove its superiority over power quality improvement in *** the analysis,it can be observed that the proposed system reduces the total harmonic distortion by about 1.8%,which is less than the acceptable limit standard.

目的应用生物信息学的方法分析筛选头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)巨噬细胞中的潜在关键基因,为HNSCC的预后提供靶点。方法基于在线数据库,利用一致流形近似与投影(UmAP)降维,捕获巨噬细胞群;进一步通过t-分布随机近邻嵌入(tSNE)聚类降维分析肿瘤组织与正常组织细胞群分布的变化并筛选差异基因的表达;运用monocle包对关键风险基因在不同发育阶段细胞中的表达情况进行分析;利用Kaplan-meier Plotter在线数据平台分析生存曲线;运用空间转录组技术验证关键基因在组织中的表达映射;多色荧光免疫组化进行临床样本的验证。结果捕获得到7个巨噬细胞亚群,其中第1亚群仅存在于肿瘤组织中且分泌型磷蛋白1(SPP1)基因高富集。SPP1高表达趋向巨噬细胞m2型极化并处于细胞分化的终末阶段。SPP1+巨噬细胞糖酵解、缺氧、上皮间质化、血管生成等功能活跃,与HNSCC患者的预后呈负相关。结论 SPP1可能成为HNSCC中有价值的预后生物标志物。

We have developed a simple one-step process for synthesis of ternary quantum dots(ZnCdSe,mgCdSe) with photoluminescence wavelengths ranging from the red to the blue region of the visible *** primary aim of this work was to develop a synthesis for the preparation of Cd-containing quantum dots using a Cd precursor with lower toxicity than those used in common syntheses. This synthesis makes use of Cd(acac)_2 which is significantly less toxic than precursors such as CdO and CdCl_2. We have studied the effect of solvent boiling point, precursors and reaction time on the photoluminescence properties of the ternary quantum dots. Ternary quantum dots synthesized from Cd(acac)_2 in low boiling point solvents have photoluminescence wavelengths in the blue region, while those synthesized in high boiling point solvents have photoluminescence wavelengths in the red region.
