本文采用间接免疫荧光染色(双抗体法)和非标记抗体-过氧化物酶-抗过氧化物酶法(PAP法),使用抗纯化胆碱乙酰转移酶(CHAT)抗体,对猫和猪各种体积的脑软膜动静脉,脑实质内微血管以及脉络丛的乙酰胆碱能神经的存在和分布进行了研究。结果表明,脑软膜动静脉的ChAT免疫反应性神经主要是成束状的,只有少数是由细小纤维组成,静脉的此类神经供应少于其动脉供应程度,同时,ChAT免疫反应纤维的密度又与血管的体积成比例,在小分枝的动静脉上(外径小于30μm)通常观察不到此类纤维的存在,脉络丛的动静脉有ChAT免疫反应性神经存在,但此类神经在实质内微血管则观察不到,以上结果与以前报告过的颅内和实质外动脉的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)性纤维的密度比同类静脉所存在密度大的结果相符,而ChAT免疫反应纤维分布的方式则与报告过的AChE性纤维的分布方式不同,后者主要是由细小纤维组成,尽管离体的实质内微血管无ChAT免疫反应纤维,但胆碱能神经接近和“突触化”此类微血管的可能性不能排除,脑软膜血管一些内皮细胞胞浆内也有ChAT免疫反应活性存在,因此,本文结果与神经元和血管内皮两者的胆碱能机构在控制脑循环中起着重要作用之假说相一致。

Background: Metabolic acidosis (MA) is a common finding on the surgical ward, more so in the intensive care unit. Diseases affecting the major organ systems of the body and higher grades of surgery are common risk factors for MA. It is associated with poor treatment outcome. Aim: To determine the risk factors and clinical correlates of metabolic acidosis and assess its relationship with treatment outcome. Methodology: A retrospective study at the “Tristate Heart and vascular Center” in Ilishan-Remo South west Nigeria, on patients that had cardiac and vascular surgeries from January 2015 to December 2019. Three hundred and forty two participants took part in the study. The demographic, clinical and laboratory findings were entered. Statistical analysis was with Student’s t-test and Chi square. In recent times,scientists and engineers have been most attracted to electrically conducted nanofluids due to their numerous applications in various fields of science and *** example,they are used in cancer treatment(hyperthermia),magnetic resonance imaging(mRI),drugdelivery,and magnetic refrigeration(mR).Bearing in mind the significance and importance of electrically conducted nanofluids,this article aims to study an electrically conducted water-based nanofluid containing carbon nanotubes(CNTs).CNTs are of two types,single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)and multiple-wall carbon nanotubes(mWCNTs).The CNTs(SWCNTs and mWCNTs)have been dispersed in regular water as base fluid to form waterCNTs *** Brinkman Type nanofluid model is developed in terms of time-fractional *** ramped heating and sinusoidal oscillations conditions have been taken at the *** model has been solved for exact analytical solutions via the fractional Laplace transform *** exact solutions have been graphically studied to explore the physics of various pertinent flow parameters on velocity and temperature *** empirical results reveal that the temperature and velocity fields decreased with increasing values of fractional parameters due to variation in thermal and momentum boundary *** is also indicated that the isothermal velocity and temperature are higher than ramped velocity and temperature.

Steps of manipulation is required to complete the m od eling of the connection elements such as bolt, pin and the like in commerce CAD system. It leads to low efficiency, difficulty to assure the relative position, impossibility to express rules and knowledge. Based on the inner character analy sis of interpart, detail modification and assembly relation of mechanical connec ting element, the idea, which extends the feature modeling of part to the interp art feature modeling for assembly purpose, is presented, and virtual part based connecting element modeling is proposed. Virtual part is a complement set of lo cal modification of part to be connected. In assembly modeling, base part is mod ified by Boolean operation between base part and virtual part. The modeling and assembly is finished just in one operation, at the same time the rules and knowl edge of the connection elements are encapsulated through virtual part. According to this mechanism, a knowledge-based connecting elements rapid design module i s developed on commerce software package UG with satisfying results.

Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) belongs to a group of congenital osteoporosis which hallmark feature is “affecting skeleton, increasing bone fragility that fracture easily and decreasing bone density due to quantitative and/or qualita-tive abnormalities”. We report a female sibling’s involvement in 3 cases with probable recessive inheritance pattern. Only female aged between 5 and 13 years were affected with skeletal lesions in the lower limbs. The boy of this family had no skeletal or extra-skeletal lesions. Their parents had no affection and no bond of consanguinity. The observed malformations can be classified as type V or VI according to Sillence’s clinical classification. Lack of genetic test in our context has limited accuracy of the diagnosis as new data evoke a genetic classification into 12 types that leading an effective therapeutic management.

Background People over the age of 85 are a rapidly growing age group with a high incidence of congestive heart failure(CHf),in particular heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(Hfp Ef).The diagnosis of CHf is challenging and longitudinal data assessing cardiac structure and function are necessary to distinguish physiologic from pathologic cardiac *** objective of the study was to determine longitudinal changes in cardiac struture and function from ages 85 to 94 years using home *** Subjects were recruited from the Jerusalem Longitudinal Cohort *** three members of the initial cohort(32 f,31 m)who underwent home echocardiography at age 85 were the subjects of the current study and underwent repeat home 2-D and Doppler echocardiographic assessment at age *** There were no significant longitudinal changes in left ventricular mass index(LVmI),however LV end-diastolic volume significantly decreased from 113.4±30 to 103.6±35.5 m L(Pfraction(Ef)remained stable,however longitudinal systolic function significantly decreased with age from 7.9±1.8 to 6.6±1.4 cm/s2(Pfunction as assessed by increased E:e’(11.2±3.4 to 16±7.5,Pft atrial volume index(34.1±11.3 to 42.4±13.7 m L/m^2,Pmonstrated preserved Ef with decreased longitudinal systolic function and diastolic function without significant change in LV *** in LV function in the very elderly may be independent of changes in LV geometry.
