Investigating the pharmacological basis and mechanisms of the anti-thrombotic effects of Paeoniae Radix Rubra， both pre- and post-stir-frying with rice wine

Paeoniae Radix Rubra (PRR) is a commonly used traditional chinese medicine known for promoting blood circulation and alleviating pain. Stir-frying PRR with rice wine enhances its effectiveness in improving blood flow and resolving stasis. To explore the pharmacodynamic basis and mechanisms behind PRR's anti-thrombotic effects—both pre- and post-stir-frying—a comprehensive approach combining pharmacological research， metabolomics， and chemistry was employed. Fraction inter-cross validation experiments， pharmacological assessments， and metabolomic analyses confirm the efficacy of the fraction separation process. Wine-stir-fried PRR (WPRR) shows superior blood activation compared to PRR. PRR mainly affects the TcA cycle and sphingolipid metabolism pathways through its small molecules， enhancing coagulation and fibrinolysis systems' functionality. All the subdivided components of WPRR have anti-thrombotic effects， especially polysaccharides and oligosaccharides. WPRR improves thrombotic conditions in rat blood stasis by modulating arachidonic acid metabolism， TcA cycle， lipid status enhancement， and angiogenesis stimulation while regulating platelet adhesion and aggregation. In conclusion， compared with PRR， the main material basis for the blood-activating efficacy of WPRR has transformed from small molecule compounds to polysaccharide and oligosaccharide components. The action pathways of WPRR in exerting anti-thrombotic efficacy have increased. The polysaccharide components in WPRR might possess considerable potential for being developed into natural anti-thrombotic drugs.

Although microglial polarization and neuroinflammation are crucial cellular responses after traumatic brain injury,the fundamental regulatory and functional mechanisms remain insufficiently *** potent anti-inflammato ry agents,the use of glucoco rticoids in traumatic brain injury is still controversial,and their regulatory effects on microglial polarization are not yet *** the present study,we sought to determine whether exacerbation of traumatic brain injury caused by high-dose dexamethasone is related to its regulatory effects on microglial polarization and its mechanisms of *** vitro cultured BV2 cells and primary microglia and a controlled cortical impact mouse model were used to investigate the effects of dexamethasone on microglial ***,dexamethasone,RU486(a glucocorticoid receptor antagonist),and ruxolitinib(a Janus kinase 1 antagonist)were ***-sequencing data obtained from a c57BL/6 mouse model of traumatic brain injury were used to identify potential targets of *** morris water maze,quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,western blotting,immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy analysis,and TUNEL,Nissl,and Golgi staining were performed to investigate our ***-throughput sequencing results showed that arginase 1,a marker of m2 microglia,was significantly downregulated in the dexamethasone group compared with the traumatic brain injury group at3 days post-traumatic brain *** dexamethasone inhibited m1 and m2 microglia,with a more pronounced inhibitory effect on m2microglia in vitro and in *** receptor plays an indispensable role in microglial polarization after dexamethasone treatment following traumatic brain ***,glucocorticoid receptor activation increased the number of apoptotic cells and neuronal death,and also decreased the density of dendritic spines.A possible downstream receptor signaling mechanism is th

The promotion of quantum network applications demands the scalable connection of quantum *** is preferable to set up multiple logical networks coexisting on a single physical network infrastructure to accommodate a larger number of *** we present a quantum virtual network architecture that offers this level of scalability,without being constrained to a fixed physical-layer network relying solely on passive multiplexing *** architecture can be understood as arising from the superposition of a fully connected entanglement distribution network and port-based virtual local area network,which group multiusers by access *** terms of hardware,we leverage a semiconductor chip with a high figure-of-merit modal overlap to directly generate high-quality polarization entanglement,and a streamlined polarization analysis module,which requires only one single-photon detector for each end *** experimentally perform the BBm92 QKD protocol on the five-user quantum virtual network and demonstrate voice and image encryption on a campus area *** results may provide insights into the realization of large-scale quantum networks with integrated and cost-efficient photonic architecture.

近年来,以chatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能技术迅猛发展,为国家意识形态安全带来了严峻挑战。应当从马克思主义观点出发,在政治经济学批判视野下考察生成式人工智能的意识形态风险与治理策略。生成式人工智能是机器学习技术的高级形态,其演化路径受到当代资本主义经济结构的塑造。其意识形态倾向是从互联网大数据中“学习”得来的,受到互联网舆论生态的决定性影响。生成式人工智能的行为逻辑脱胎于商品流通逻辑,呈现出“有意义而无真值”的话语特征,有可能造成意识形态实践的“表演化”,威胁社会主义意识形态建设的严肃性。生成式人工智能延续了平台资本的私有性与公共性、集中性与开放性的矛盾,受制于“数据利润率下降”趋势,这为我国赢得新技术条件下的意识形态斗争提供了契机。坚持中国特色社会主义道路,创新意识形态工作形式,尽快研发具有我国自主知识产权的生成式人工智能技术,是解决人工智能意识形态风险的治本之策。

以1949-2023年有关教师教育评价的方针政策和法律法规为研究对象,采用政策文本分析的方法,将教师教育评价的相关政策放置于国家整体教育评价的宏观框架中,从教师教育标准的制定和确立、教师教育评价机制的建立和健全两个维度开展政策文本分析。中华人民共和国成立以来,关于教师教育评价的政策主要嵌套在其他相关的教育政策中,专门性政策主要出现在2010年以后且数量逐年增加。教师教育评价政策的演进经历了以建立计划为重点的初步探索阶段(1949-1977年)、以建立制度为目标的积极发展阶段(1978-2009年)以及以建立标准认证为核心的聚焦发展阶段(2010至今)。我国教师教育评价政策变迁呈现出清晰的演进逻辑:评价的对象从注重师范教育到教师教育一体化,评价的标准从规制到赋能,教师教育评价的主体从单一到多元,评价的方式从依托到独立。展望未来,优化教师教育评价政策,需完善教师教育评价标准体系,健全教师教育评价机制,加强学术研究和政策评估。

Quantum teleportation is of both fundamental interest and great practical importance in quantum information *** date,quantum teleportation has been implemented in various physical systems,among which superconducting qubits are of particular practical significance as they emerge as a leading system to realize large-scale quantum ***,scaling up the number of superconducting qubits on a single chip becomes increasing challenging because of some emergent technical *** of quantum teleportation and remote computation over qubits on distant superconducting chips is a key quantum communication technology to scaling up the system through a distributed quantum computational ***,this goal has not been realized yet in experiments due to the technical challenges including making a quantum interconnect between distant superconducting chips and the inefficient transfer of flying microwave photons over the lossy *** we demonstrate deterministic teleportation of quantum states and entangling gates between distant superconducting chips connected by a 64-m-long cable bus featuring an ultralow loss of 0.32 dB/km at cryogenic temperatures,where high fidelity remote entanglement is generated via flying microwave *** work demonstrates a prime building block for distributed quantum computation with superconducting qubits,and opens up a new avenue for waveguide quantum electrodynamics and quantum photonics at microwave frequencies.

基于金属有机骨架的分子印迹聚合物,因兼具金属有机骨架材料的大比表面积、可设计性、功能多样性及分子印迹聚合物的预定性、选择性,越来越多的应用于食品检测中,成为研究的热点之一。该文综述了近五年来基于金属有机骨架的分子印迹聚合物在食品检测中的应用研究进展,主要包括两方面,一方面应用于构建食品快速检测的电化学传感器、荧光传感器;一方面作为样品前处理材料应用于固相萃取、磁性固相萃取、固相微萃取、基质固相分散萃取等前处理技术,并对该复合材料存在的问题及未来在食品检测中的发展趋势进行了讨论与展望。

The role of the mAGE family:molecular expression,oncogenic roles,and prospects for immunotherapy in cancer

As a member of the cancer-Testis Antigens,the melanoma-associated antigen(mAGE)family is typically expressed in normal tissues such as the ***,in various types of tumor cells,their expression is abnormally activated,which is associated with multiple critical processes of tumor cells,including proliferation,apoptosis,immune evasion,DNA damage repair,and *** abnormal expression of mAGE family genes in multiple cancers and their multifaceted roles in tumor biology have made them an important target in cancer research and *** review comprehensively explores various aspects of the relationship between the mAGE family and cancer,including the molecular characteristics of its members,transcriptional regulation mechanisms,expression patterns in different cancers,phenotypes and oncogenic mechanisms,poor clinical prognosis and potential as targets for *** expression patterns of these genes are closely linked to the clinical features of tumors,providing molecular markers and potential therapeutic targets for the early diagnosis,treatment,and prognostic assessment of cancer.
