The current study estimates the contamination status of heavy metals in fish organs of three local fish species including Amblypharyngodon microlepis(mola),Trichogaster chuna(Chuna Khalisha)and Annaldale Loach(Gutum fish)which were collected from Turag river during the months from January to march *** heavy metal concentrations of river water and fish organs were assessed through Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer(AAS).Heavy metals in river water was detected in the order of ni>Zn>Cu>Cd>Pb>Cr while metal accumulation in the fish organs were detected in the order of Zn>Cr>Cu>Pb>Cd,Zn>Cu>Cr>Pb>Cd and Zn>Cu>Cr>Pb>Cd for Trichogaster chuna,Amblypharyngodon microlepis and Annaldale Loach *** the detected heavy metals,highest contamination factor(CF)of Zn(1.104198)in intestine and lowest CF of Cu(0.00315)was detected in muscle of Amblypharyngodon microlepis(mola).On the other hand,highest CF of Cd(1.072772)in liver and lowest CF of Zn(0.0225016)in gill of Trichogaster chuna(Chuna Khalisha)was *** case of Annaldale Loach(Gutum fish),highest CF of Cu(0.304122)in liver and lowest CF of Zn(0.002593)in intestine was *** total target hazard quotients(TTHQ)values of Amblypharyngodon microlepis in liver(1.18816)exceeded allowable threshold of 1 while TTHQ values in the muscle(1.8862)and liver(1.03995)of Annaldale Loach(Gutum fish)surpassed the acceptable standard limit as *** TTHQ values(Gill-0.18764,muscle-2.1633,Intestine-1.68741,liver-1.03995,kidney-1.82188)for all of the organs of Trichogaster chuna(Chuna Khalisha)exceeded the acceptable standard limit which indicated possible non-cancer risk for all consumers and some of the fishes found unsafe if they are consumed for a longer ***,the target cancer risk(TCR)values indicated no potential cancer risks by consumption of those *** regulatory authorities should pay more attention to reduce the river water contamination through industrial effluents which might affect publ

Thermal Radiation Effects on 2D Stagnation Point Flow of a Heated Stretchable Sheet with Variable Viscosity and mHD in a Porous medium

This paper proposes a mathematical modeling approach to examine the two-dimensional flow stagnates at x=0 over a heated stretchable sheet in a porous medium influenced by nonlinear thermal radiation,variable viscosity,and *** study’s main purpose is to examine how thermal radiation and varying viscosity affect fluid flow ***,we consider the convective boundary conditions and incorporate the gyrotactic microorganisms equation,which describes microorganism behavior in response to fluid *** partial differential equations(PDEs)that represent the conservation equations for mass,m.m.ntum,energy,and microorganisms are then converted into a system of coupled ordinary differential equations(ODEs)through the inclusion of nonsimilarity *** mATLAB’s built-in solver bvp4c,the resulting ODEs are numerically *** model’s complexity is assessed by plotting two-dimensional graphics of the solution profiles at various physical parameter *** physical parameters considered in this study include skin friction coefficient,local nusselt number,local Sherwood number,and density of motile *** parameters measure,respectively,the roughness of the sheet,the transformation rate of heat,the rate at which mass is transferred to it,and the rate at which microorganisms are transferred to *** study shows that,depending on the magnetic parameter m,the presence of a porous medium causes a significant increase in fluid velocity,ranging from about 25%to 45%.Furthermore,with an increase in the Prandtl number Pr,we have seen a notable improvement of about 6%in fluid thermal ***,our latest findings are in good agreement with published research for particular *** study provides valuable insights into the behavior of fluid flow under various physical conditions and can be useful in designing and optimizing industrial processes.

Effect of deposition conditions on the physical properties of Sn_xS_y thin films prepared by the spray pyrolysis technique

Tin sulfide thin films （Snx Sy） with an atomic ratio of y/x = 0.5 have been deposited on a glass substrate by spray pyrolysis. The effects of deposition parameters, such as spray solution rate （R）, substrate temperature （Ts） and film thickness （t）, on the structural, optical, thermo-electrical and photoconductivity related properties of the films have been studied. The precursor solution was prepared by dissolving tin chloride （SnC14, 5H2O） and thiourea in propanol, and SnxSy thin film was prepared with a mole ratio of y/x = 0.5. The prepared films were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEm） and UV-vis spectroscopy. It is indicated that the XRD patterns of SnxSy films have amorphous and polycrystalline structures and the size of the grains has been changed from 7 to 16 nm. The optical gap of SnxSy thin films is determined to be about 2.41 to 3.08 eV by a plot of the variation of （αhv）2 versus h v related to the change of deposition conditions. The thermoelectric and photo-conductivity measurement results for the films show that these properties are depend considerably on the deposition parameters.

In this work,the magnetic,dielectric properties and electric modulus of Ce^(3+) substituted cobaltmagnesium(Co_(0.7)mg_(0.3)Ce_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_4)(labeled as CmCF) ferrite nanoparticles were investigated in *** magnetization decreases from 50.05 to 34.87 emu/g for further substituting Ce^(3+) ***,coercivity increases from 738.22 Gs for the CmCFO sample to 912.10 Gs for the CmCF2 sample,then decreases monotonically to 762.1 Gs for the CmCF5 *** cerium content and particle size play important roles in controlling the magnetization and coercivity of the CmCF *** CmCF nanoferrites are suitable for microwave applications since their high-frequency response ranges from 7.72 to 11.07 *** CmCF nanoferrites' dielectric parameter dispersion exhibits normal *** pristine Co-mg nanoferrite only has ε' value of 28.25,but the nanoferrite mCmF2 has ε' value of365.03,with an enhancing ratio of 1192%.The conduction mechanism of the mCmF nanoferrites was determined by fitting the σ_(ac) results via the Jonscher power *** 653 K,large polaron tunnelling is thought to be responsible for this conduction process,which is followed by electron barrier hopping at higher ***-Cole diagrams at different temperatures,assuring the contributions of the grains and their boundaries at lower temperatures(653 K) and only the grains at higher *** on our results,the CmCF nanoferrites hold magnetic and semiconducting nature,which can be used in magnetic devices and dielectrics in lower-frequencies or conductors in higher-frequencies.

Interplay of parallel electric field and trapped electrons in kappa-maxwellian auroral plasma for EmEC instability

In this paper,propagation characteristics of electromagnetic electron cyclotron(EmEC)waves based on kappa-maxwellian distribution have been investigated to invoke the interplay of the electric field parallel to the Earth’s magnetic field and auroral trapped *** dispersion relation for EmEC waves in kappa-maxwellian distributed plasma has been derived using the contribution of the parallel electric field and trapped electron *** results show that the presence of the electric field has a stimulating effect on growth rate,which is more pronounced at low values of wave *** is also observed that as the threshold value of trapped electron speed is surpassed,it dominates the effect of the parallel electric field and EmEC instability is enhanced *** electric field acts as another source of free energy,and growth can be obtained even in the absence of trapped electron drift speed and for very small values of temperature *** the present study reveals the interplay of the parallel electric field and trapped electron speed on the excitation of EmEC waves in the auroral region.

Investigating the effect of entrance channel mass asymmetry on fusion reactions using the Skyrme energy density formalism

In the present investigations,the fusion crosssections for the formation of 200Pb compound nucleus(Cn)using 16O+184 W,30Si+170Er,and 40Ar+160Gd nuclear reactions at energies above the Coulomb barrier were calculated to understand the effect of entrance channel mass asymmetry(α)on the fusion reactions;the Skyrme energy density formalism(SEDF)was used for this *** SEDF uses the Hartree-Fock-Bogolyubov(HFB)computational program with Skyrme forces such as Skm*,SLy4,and SLy5 to obtain the nucleus-nucleus potential parameters for the above *** the SEDF model with Skm*,SLy4,and SLy5 interaction forces,the theoretical fusion cross-sections were determined above the barrier energy and compared with the available experimental fusion *** results show a close agreement between the theoretical and experimental values for all selected systems at energies well above the ***,near the barrier energies,the theoretical values were observed to be higher than the experimental values.

magnetic properties of Sn-substituted ni-Zn ferrites synthesized from nano-sized powders of niO, ZnO, Fe2O3, and SnO2

A series of ni0.6-x/2Zn0.4-x/2SnxFe2O4(x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, and 0.3)(nZSFO) ferrite composities have been synthesized from nano powders using a standard solid state reaction technique. The spinel cubic structure of the investigated samples has been confirmed by x-ray diffraction(XRD). The magnetic properties such as saturation magnetization(ms),remanent magnetization(mr), coercive field(Hc), and Bohr magneton(μ) are calculated from the hysteresis loops. The value of msis found to decrease with increasing Sn content in the samples. This change is successfully explained by the variation of A-B interaction strength due to Sn substitution in different sites. The compositional stability and quality of the prepared ferrite composites have also been endorsed by the fairly constant initial permeability(μ’) over a wide range of frequency. The decreasing trend of μ’ with increasing Sn content has been observed. Curie temperature TChas been found to increase with the increase in Sn content. A wide spread frequency utility zone indicates that the nZSFO can be considered as a good candidate for use in broadband pulse transformers and wide band read-write heads for video recording. The composition of x = 0.05 shows unusual results and the possible reason is also mentioned with the established formalism.

magnesium hydride(mgH_(2))is the most feasible and effective solid-state hydrogen storage material,which has excellent reversibility but initiates decomposing at high temperatures and has slow kinetics ***,zinc titanate(Zn_(2)TiO_(4))synthesised by the solid-state method was used as an additive to lower the initial temperature for dehydrogenation and enhance the re/dehydrogenation behaviour of mgH_(2).With the presence of Zn_(2)TiO_(4),the starting temperature for the dehydrogenation of mgH_(2)was remarkably lowered to around 290℃–305℃.In addition,within 300 s,the mgH_(2)–Zn_(2)TiO_(4)sample absorbed 5.0 wt.%of H_(2)and 2.2–3.6 wt.%H_(2)was liberated from the composite sample in 30 min,which is faster by 22–36 times than as-milled mgH_(2).The activation energy of the mgH_(2)for the dehydrogenation process was also downshifted to 105.5 k J/mol with the addition of Zn_(2)TiO_(4)indicating a decrease of 22%than as-milled mgH_(2).The superior behaviour of mgH_(2)was due to the formation of mg Zn_(2),mgO and mgTiO_(3),which are responsible for ameliorating the re/dehydrogenation behaviour of mgH_(2).These findings provide a new understanding of the hydrogen storage behaviour of the catalysed-mgH_(2)system.
