Drying of the banana in the hot water has a negative impact on the quality of the product and drying effect. The purposes of this study are increasing the drying rate, using the relatively low temperature to improve the quality (40℃, 50℃ and 60℃) and investigate the use of electromagnetic waves to increase the drying speed. Therefore, experiments are performed using 5 kHz,10 kHz and 15 kHz low frequency electromagnetic waves in the air velocity values of 0.5 m/s, 1 m/s, 1.5 m/s and 2 m/s and 40℃, 50℃, 60℃ centigrade degrees of air blast in a special compartment. mathematical model of the drying process has been created as using the electrical circuits methods and experimental results. As a result, a simple equation describing the drying process has been obtained. Nonlinear expression of the diffusion coefficient for a different situation in this equation has been identified for the first time. The obtained theoretical results and experimental results have been provided a good agreement. This study is considered to be useful for all studies in the drying area.

Background: Long standing aortic stenosis leads to elevated left ventricular (LV) pressure and as a result LV hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis shall increase. The left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) usually remains adequately-preserved until advanced and late stages of aortic stenosis. But the preserved muscle of the LV is only limited to a portion of the entire myocardium. Speckle tracking echocardiography has proved its superiority to the standard two-dimensional echocardiography method in the detection of Left Ventricular (LV) function. Global Longitudinal strain (GLS) is considered as the most robust myocardial strain component.?Objective: The aim of the study is to assess the early course of left ventricular reverse remodelling after Transcutaneous Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) in patients with symptomatic severe aortic valve stenosis.?methods: 50 patients with severe symptomatic valvular aortic stenosis undergoing TAVI as decided by the heart team after comprehensive discussion.?Standard transthoracic echocardiography including Doppler analysis was performed. 2D speckle-tracking strain assessment of Global radial, circumferential and longitudinal strain at parasternal mid-ventricular short-axis view (at the level of papillary muscle) and from the apical long-axis, two-chamber and four-chamber views with a frame rate between 40 and 80 frames per second. Tracing of endocardial borders was done. Patients with significant coronary artery disease were fully revascularized by percutaneous coronary intervention prior to the study and the procedure. Results: 23 (46%) patients were males, while 27 (54%) were females. The patients’ stratification according to comorbidities/associated risk factors revealed that 54% of the patients had Dm, 86% were hypertensive, 38% had chronic kidney disease (CKD), and 32% had a previous percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).?The mean age for our study participants ranged?from 60 to 92 years (mean ± SD = 76.60 ± 5.96). 纳米塑料与重金属对中国鲎幼鲎的生理效应研究

目前,关于纳米塑料颗粒毒性的数据较少。本实验研究了纳米级聚苯乙烯和Cu对中国鲎幼鲎(Tachypleus tridentatus)在细胞水平、肠道微生物丰度和蜕壳基因表达三个方面的生理影响。其中幼鲎平均体重为0.0242克,体长为0.622厘米。使用试剂盒测量SOD、CAT、GSH、mDA和LPO。通过解剖幼鲎来获取得肠道,利用对16S r RNA的Illumina miseq测序进行肠道微生物群落结构检测,并通过q RT-PCR和c DNA观察蜕壳基因表达量的变化。使用SPSS软件中的单因素ANOVA分析数据。实验分为四个不同的组:A组(卤虫)、B组(纳米-PS)、C组(Cu)和D组(纳米-PS+Cu)。幼鱼暴露于100 nm的聚苯乙烯(浓度为10/L)和Cu(浓度为10μg/L)的环境中21天,并有7天的恢复期。1.酶活性数据显示,暴露组和对照组在暴露期内的过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)值存在显着差异(PmDA)值有显着性差异(P99%。肠道样本中细菌多样性的主成分分析(PCA)显示出76.28%的方差。在四组鲎肠道微生物组(A、B、C和D)中,变形菌门和拟杆菌门是优势门。结构变化表明,纳米PS暴露组降低了幼鲎肠道中变形菌的丰度。相比之下,共同暴露组表明肠道微生物多样性增加,特别是变形菌门,而拟杆菌门减少。在COG功能分类中,所有实验组均显示出显著变化,特别是在存在纳米PS的情况下。此外,信号转导、转录和代谢;氨基酸转运、能量产生和转化在共暴露组中高度聚集。KEGG通路L2和L3在B组发现感觉系统、免疫系统和神经系统通路。Kruskal Wallis热图显示在纳米PS的存在下,抗坏血酸和醛糖酸代谢、II型糖尿病、类胡萝卜素生物合成和肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)通路存在显着差异。LEf Se分析表明,Oceanospirillum、Eubacterium、Oceaniirhabdus是A组的属级生物标志物。在纳米PS暴露组中,梭菌属、异芽孢杆菌属、阴性杆菌属、克罗氏杆菌属、普氏菌属是属水平的生物标志物。Oleibacter是区别于共暴露组的属级生物标志物。在存在Cu的情况下,幼鲎没有表现出任何显着的独特分类群。3.关于蜕皮相关基因的表达,在纳米PS和共暴露组的存在下,蜕皮激素受体(Ec R)、维甲酸Xα受体(RXRα)、钙调蛋白A型异构体X1(Ca m X1),热休克70 k Da蛋白(Hsp70)的基因表达量显着增加。同时,钙调蛋白A型异构体X1(Ca m X1)在Cu存在下显着降低(P<0.05),但纳米PS和共暴露组基因表达显着增加(P<0.05)。在纳米-PS作为单一污染物以及组合存在的情况下,所有基因都高度表达。这些结果表明纳米级聚苯乙烯的毒性影响了幼鲎蜕壳的基因表达。

Path loss prediction models are vital for accurate signal propagation in wireless channels. Empirical and deterministic models used in path loss predictions have not produced optimal results. In this paper, we introduced machine learning algorithms to path loss predictions because it offers a flexible network architecture and extensive data can be used. We introduced support vector regression (SVR) and radial basis function (RBF) models to path loss predictions in the investigated environments. The SVR model was able to process several input parameters without introducing complexity to the network architecture. The RBF on its part provides a good function approximation. Hyperparameter tuning of the machine learning models was carried out in order to achieve optimal results. The performances of the SVR and RBF models were compared and result validated using the root-mean squared error (RmSE). The two machine learning algorithms were also compared with the Cost-231, SUI, Egli, Freespace, Cost-231 W-I models. The analytical models overpredicted path loss. Overall, the machine learning models predicted path loss with greater accuracy than the empirical models. The SVR model performed best across all the indices with RmSE values of 1.378 dB, 1.4523 dB, 2.1568 dB in rural, suburban and urban settings respectively and should therefore be adopted for signal propagation in the investigated environments and beyond.

Information Communication Technologies (ICT) has offered m-government applications as an intermediate technology to provide effective and efficient government services to the public. Due to high rate of corruptions in developing states, government policies diversified governmental services from offline to virtualized perspective to expose accessibility, transparency, accountability and accessibility through mobile government. Deployment of such ICT tool also exposed a unique opportunity for the recovery of the public confidence against government which has damaged due to corruption activities in country. Virtualization of the government services became compulsory due to high rate of corruption that occurred in the economic context and it became a serious obstacle for economic development of developing states. The virtualized services aimed to harmonize governmental services into mobile platform in order to become more transparent to the public. This research paper comparatively investigates the mobile government services that are located in malta and Singapore which are classified as developing countries. The criteria of the comparison have done based on demographic structure of the country, m-government policies and ICT infrastructure of the country. The findings of this study exposed the impact of e-government practices and differences between them in terms of applicability and provide a specific point of view for m-government adoption policy.

No-wait job-shop scheduling (NWJSS) problem is one of the classical scheduling problems that exist on many kinds of industry with no-wait constraint, such as metal working, plastic, chemical, and food industries. Several methods have been proposed to solve this problem, both exact (i.e. integer programming) and metaheuristic methods. Cross entropy (CE), as a new metaheuristic, can be an alternative method to solve NWJSS problem. This method has been used in combinatorial optimization, as well as multi-external optimization and rare-event simulation. On these problems, CE implementation results an optimal value with less computational time in average. However, using original CE to solve large scale NWJSS requires high computational time. Considering this shortcoming, this paper proposed a hybrid of cross entropy with genetic algorithm (GA), called CEGA, on m-machines NWJSS. The results are compared with other metaheuritics: Genetic Algorithm-Simulated Annealing (GASA) and hybrid tabu search. The results showed that CEGA providing better or at least equal makespans in comparison with the other two methods.

Phytochemical investigation of the whole plant of Commiphora mukul *** in the isolation of two lignans,epiexcelsin（1） and 5′-demethoxyepiexcelsin（2） which are reported for the first time from this *** structure elucidation of the isolated compounds was based on 1D and 2DNmR analysis and by the comparison with the published *** lignans 1 and 2 showed significant inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase with the IC50 of 59.8 ± 3.63455 μm and 75.2 ± 8.1616 μm *** also showed weak inhibitory potential against chymotrypsin with the IC50 of 110 ±0.025 μm and 649 ± 0.013 μm respectively.

Antioxidant activity of interaction products of the studied compounds with tret-Butyl hydroperoxide is studied. New, more active acceptors of free radicals are formed in the process of oxidative transformations of initial compounds. It is investigated that the products have high inhibiting properties. The parameter fk, characterizing inhibitory effect of an inhibitor is studied.
