The higher-order boundary element method is applied to the numerical simulation of nonlinear waves radiated by a forced oscillating fully submerged vertical circular cylinder. In this time-domain approach, the mixed boundary value problem based on an Eulerian description at each time step is solved using the higher order boundary element method. The 4th-order Runge–Kutta scheme is adopted to update the free water surface boundary conditions expressed in a Lagrangian formulation. Following completion of the numerical model, the problems of radiation(heave) of water waves by a submerged sphere in finite depth are simulated and the computed results are verified against the published numerical results in order to ensure the effectiveness of the model. The validated numerical model is then applied to simulate the nonlinear wave radiation by a fully submerged vertical circular cylinder undergoing various forced sinusoidal motion in otherwise still conditions. The numerical results are obtained for a series of wave radiation problems; the completely submerged cylinder is placed in surging, heaving and combined heave-pitching motions with different drafts, amplitudes and frequencies. The corresponding numerical results of the cylinder motions, wave profiles, and hydrodynamic forces are then compared and explained for all the cases.

This work presents a novel coordinated control strategy of a hybrid photovoltaic/battery energy storage(PV/BES) system. Different controller operation modes are simulated considering normal, high fluctuation and emergency conditions. When the system is grid-connected, BES regulates the fluctuated power output which ensures smooth net injected power from the PV/BES system. In islanded operation, BES system is transferred to single master operation during which the frequency and voltage of the islanded microgrid are regulated at the desired level. PSCAD/EmTDC simulation validates the proposed method and obtained favorable results on power set-point tracking strategies with very small deviations of net output power compared to the power set-point. The state-of-charge regulation scheme also very effective with SOC has been regulated between 32% and 79% range.

All-solid-state Li batteries(ASSLBs) with solid-state electrolytes(SSEs) are exciting candidates for nextgeneration energy storage and receive considerable attention owing to their reliability. Halide SSEs are promising candidates due to their excellent stability against 4 V-class layered cathodes. Compared with Li3InCl6or Li_(3)ScCl_(6), the low ionic conductivity of Li_(2)ZrCl_(6)(LZC) is a challenge despite its low raw-material cost. Herein, we report a family of Li-Richened chloride, Li_(2+2x)Zr_(1–x)mxCl_(6), which can be used in highperformance ASSLBs owing to its high ionic conductivity(up to 0.62 mS cm^(-1)). The theoretical(ab initio molecular dynamics simulations) and experimental results prove that the strategy of aliovalent substitution with divalent metals to obtain Li-Richened LZC is effective in improving Li^(+)conductivity in SSEs. By combining Li_(2.1)Zr_(0.95)mg_(0.05)Cl_(6)(mg5-LZC) with a Li–In anode and a LiCoO_(2)cathode, a room-temperature ASSLBs with excellent long-term cycling stability(88% capacity retention at 0.3C for 100 cycles) and highrate capability(121 m A h g^(-1)at 1C) is reported. This exploratory work sheds light on improving the Li^(+)conductivity of low-cost LZC-family SSEs for constructing high performance ASSLBs.

Recently, there has been a lot of interest by using nanobodies（heavy chain-only antibodies produced naturally from the Camelidae） as targeting molecules for molecular imaging, especially for the nuclear medicine imaging. A radiolabeled method that generates a homogeneous product is of utmost importance in radiotracer development for the nuclear medicine imaging. The conventional method for the radiolabeling of nanobodies is non-specifically, which conjugates the radioisotope chelating group to the side chain ε-amine group of lysine or sulfhydryl of cysteine of nanobodies, with a shortcoming of produce of the heterogeneous radiotracer. Here we describe a method for the site-specific radioisotope;99m;Tc labeling of nanobodies by transpeptidase Sortase A. The radiolabeling process includes two steps: first step, NH;2;-GGGGK（HYNIC）-COOH peptide（GGGGK = NH;2;-Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly-Lys-COOH, HYNIC =6-hydrazinonicotinyl） was labeled with;99m;Tc to obtain GGGGK-HYNIC-;99m;Tc; second step, Sortase A catalyzes the formation of a new peptide bond between the peptide motif LPETG（NH;2;-Leu-Pro-GluThr-Gly-COOH） expressed C-terminally on the nanobody and the N-terminal of GGGGK-HYNIC-;99m;*** a simple purification process, homogeneous single-conjugated and stable;99m;Tc-labeled nanobodies were obtained in >50% yield. This approach demonstrates that the Sortase A-mediated conjugation is a valuable strategy for the development of site-specifically;99m;Tc-labeled nanobodies.

Compared to red and green organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs),blue OLEDs are still the bottleneck due to the lack of efficient emitters with simultaneous high exciton utilization efficiency(EUE)and short excited-state *** from the fluorescence,phosphorescence,thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF),and organic radical materials traditionally used in OLEDs,we demonstrate herein a new type of emitter,cerium(Ⅲ)complex Ce-1 with spin-allowed and parity-allowed d-f transition of the centre Ce^(3+) *** compound exhibits a high EUE up to 100% in OLEDs and a short excited-state lifetime of 42 ns,which is considerably faster than that achieved in efficient phosphorescence and TADF *** optimized OLEDs show an average maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 12.4% and Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage(CIE)coordinates of(0.146,0.078).

Jute is generally not dyed with reactive dye though it is a cellulosic fiber. Reactive dye is extensively used to dye cotton, viscose and other cellulosic fibers whereas jute is dyed with basic dye. This paper presents a novel approach to dye the jute fiber with reactive dye after treating with chitosan. Jute fabric was treated with chitosan solution at different con- centrations (0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3% and 4%) and then dyed with reactive dye. The depth and fastness of shade of dyed fabric were analyzed by comparing the chitosan treated samples with untreated dyed fabric samples. It has been found that, the dyebath exhaustion is increased with the increment of chitosan concentrations. The exhaustion percentages have found 36.79%, 41.59%, 48.33%, 54.46% and 58.75% for the fabric treated with 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3% and 4% chitosan solution respectively, while the exhaustion of dyebath is only 23.15% for untreated fabric. The K/S values (at λmax = 540 nm) of dyed samples have found 4.93, 6.77, 10.5, 14.07, 15.57 and 2.37 for 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and untreated fabric respectively. The color fastness to washing and rubbing of the dyed fabrics was also evaluated. In case of dry rubbing, both types of fabric have shown almost similar fastness ratings. However, chitosan treated fabrics have shown inferior fastness rating in case of wet rubbing and washing, particularly for the fabrics at higher chitosan concentrations.

AIm: To determine the incidence of surgical injury during deceased donor organ procurements. mETHODS: Organ damage was classified into three tiers, from 1-3, with the latter rendering the organ nontransplantable. For 12 consecutive months starting in January of 2014, 36 of 58 organ procurement organization's(OPO)'s prospectively submitted quality data regarding organ damage(as reported by the transplanting surgeon and confirmed by the OPO medical director) seen on the procured ***: These 36 OPOs recovered 5401 of the nations' s 8504 deceased donors for calendar year 2014.A total of 19043 organs procured were prospectively analyzed. Of this total, 59 organs sustained damage making them non-transplantable(0 intestines; 4 pancreata; 5 lungs; 6 livers; 43 kidneys). The class 3 damage was spread over 22(of 36) reporting OPO'***: While damage to the procured organ is rare with organ loss being approximately 0.3% of procured organs, loss of potential transplantable organs does occur during procurement.

We aim to find the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the barrier potential case for Strum-Liouville operator on the finite interval [0,π] when λ > 0. Generally, the eigenvalue problem for the Sturm-Liouville operator is often solved by using integral equations, which are sometimes complex to solve, and difficulties may arise in computing the boundary values. Considering the said complexity, we have successfully developed a technique to give the asymptotic formulae of the eigenvalue and the eigenfunction for Sturm-Liouville operator with barrier potential. The results are of significant interest in the field of quantum mechanics and atomic systems to observe discrete energy levels.

Background: Although the frequencies of getting drug naive type 2 diabetes patients among all the diabetic patients are very low, nowadays it claims more attention in the treatment procedures of drug naive diabetic patients. But in Bangladesh, we have very few research-oriented data regarding the demographic, clinical and biochemical characteristics of drug naive type 2 diabetes patients. The aim of this study was to determine the demographic clinical and biochemical characteristics of drug naive type 2 diabetes patients of Bangladesh. methods: This was an open label observational real-life study which was conducted in the chambers of the investigators in several places of Bangladesh as outdoor setting during the period from August 2020 to December 2020. In total, 250 patients with drug naive type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled as the study population. Proper written consents were taken from all the participants before starting data collection. A pre-designed questionnaire was used in patient data collection. All data were processed, analyzed and disseminated by mS Office and SPSS version as per need. Result: Two hundred and fifty (250) participants were selected as study population. The male-female ratio of the participants was 1.4:1. The highest number of participants was from 51 - 60 years’ age group (31.20%). The highest number of participants (41%) was with overweight (BmI: 25 - 30 kg/m2). majority (65%) of the patients of this study suffered from diabetes for ≤5 years. The mean (±SD) SBP of the participants was 137.25 ± 17.50 mmHg and the mean (±SD) DBP of the participants was 85.16 ± 13.39 mmHg. We found the mean (±SD) fasting blood sugar (mg/dl), post prandial blood sugar (mg/dl), total cholesterol (mg/dl), triglycerides (mg/dl), HDL-Cholesterol (mg/dl), LDL-cholesterol (mg/dl), VLDL-cholesterol (mg/dl), uric acid (mg/dl), creatinine (mg/dl), urea (mg/dl), total bilirubin (mg/dl), direct biliru
