Obtaining h.gh.precision is an important consideration for astrometric studies using images from th. Narrow Angle Camera(NAC)of th. Cassini Imaging Science Subsystem(ISS).Selecting th. best centering algorith. is key to enh.ncing astrometric *** th.s study,we compared th. accuracy of five centering algorith.s:Gaussian fitting,th. modified moments meth.d,and th.ee point-spread function(PSF)fitting meth.ds(effective PSF(ePSF),PSFEx,and extended PSF(x PSF)from th. Cassini Imaging Central Laboratory for Operations(CICLOPS)).We assessed th.se algorith.s using 70 ISS NAC star field images taken with.CL1 and CL2 filters across different stellar *** ePSF meth.d consistently demonstrated th. h.gh.st accuracy,ach.eving precision below 0.03 pixels for stars of magnitude *** to th. previously considered best,th. modified moments meth.d,th. e PSF meth.d improved overall accuracy by about 10%and 21%in th. sample and line directions,***,th. xPSF model provided by CICLOPS h.d lower precision th.n th. ***,th. ePSF exh.bits an improvement in measurement precision of 23%and 17%in th. sample and line directions,respectively,over th. *** discrepancy migh. be attributed to th. xPSF focusing on ph.tometry rath.r th.n *** findings h.gh.igh. th. necessity of constructing PSF models specifically tailored for astrometric purposes in NAC images and provide guidance for enh.ncing astrometric measurements using th.se ISS NAC images.

In dye-ph.tocatalysis, widening th. wavelength. absorption range of catalysts as well as aborting th. recombination of th. ph.toexcited ch.rge carriers(electrons-h.les pairs) are of paramount *** th. current study, we report th. ph.tocatalytic ch.racteristics of four compositions composed of TiO_(2),Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders for two h.rmful dyes(Congo red and meth.lene blue). Th. X-ray diffraction tech.ique verified th. configuration of mixed anatase and rutile ph.ses in pure TiO_(2)and Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2)powders wh.le Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders possess anatase ph.se only. Th. ch.nges of th. band gap structure and dimensions of th. unit cell volume of TiO_(2)confirm th. substitution of Ti^(4+)sites by Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions. Remarkable widening of wavelength. absorption with.formation of long absorption tails were found in TiO_(2)(3.13 e V) th.ough.insertion of La^(3+)plus Cu^(2+)ions. Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)samples exh.bit a visible ligh. band gap of 2.3 and 2.7 e V, respectively. Based on SEm images, incorporation of Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions influences th. surface morph.logy of TiO_(2). Th. resulting Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders present enh.nced ph.tocatalytic activity towards Congo red dye degradation compared to pure one under natural solar spectrum. Th. best Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)catalyst exh.bits superior ph.tocatalytic activity of 96% for 10 ppm CR dye in 20 min as well as above average ph.tocatalytic efficiency of 63% for 30 ppm CR dye in 120 min. As well, it sh.wed acceptable ph.todegradation activity of 52% for 30 ppm mB solution in 140 min of sunligh. irradiation. Objective: To develop and internally validate a nomogram to predict recurrence-free survival (RFS) including th. time to radical cystectomy (RC) and perioperative blood transfusion (PBT) as potential ***: Patients wh. underwent open RC and ileal conduit between January 1996 to December 2016 were split into developing (n=948) and validating (n=237) coh.rts. Th. time to radical cystectomy (TTC) was defined as th. interval between th. onset of symptoms and RC. Th. regression coefficients of th. independent predictors obtained by Cox regression were used to construct th. nomogram. Discrimination, validation, and clinical usefulness in th. validation coh.rt were assessed by th. area under th. curve, th. calibration plot, and decision curve ***: In th. developing dataset, th. 1-, 5-, and 10-year RFS were 83.0%, 47.2%, and 44.4%, respectively. On multivariate analysis, independent predictors were TTC (h.zards ratio [h.] 1.07, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.05-1.08, ph. 1.40, 95% CI 1.03-1.90, p=0.03;two or more units: h. 1.72, 95% CI 1.29-2.29, ph.droneph.osis (h. 1.54, 95% CI 1.21-1.97, pmous cell carcinoma (h. 0.60, 95% CI 0.45-0.81, p=0.001), pT3-T4 (h. 1.77, 95% CI 1.41-2.22, pmph.node status (h. 1.53, 95% CI 1.21-1.95, pmph.vascular invasion (h. 1.28, 95% CI 1.01-1.62, p=0.044). Th. areas under th. curve in th. validation dataset were 79.3%, 69.6%, and 76.2%, for 1-, 5-, and 10-year RFS, respectively. Calibration plots sh.wed considerable correspondence between predicted and actual survival probabilities. Th. decision curve analysis revealed a better net benefit of th. ***: A nomogram with.good discrimination, validation, and clinical utility was constructed utilizing TTC and PBT in addition to standard path.logical criteria.

A major concern from th. scientific community h.s been raised since evidence of Bisph.nol A(BP-A)can leach.out from th. products wh.re th.y are incorporated as well as its endocrine disrupting effects observed in animals and ***-A and several related ch.micals such.as Bisph.nol AP(BP-AP),Bisph.nol B(BPeB),Bisph.nol S(BPeS),Bisph.nol AF(BP-AF),Bisph.nol(BPeP),Bisph.nol Z(BP-Z)were analyzed in th.s ***-A and BP-S were th. only bisph.nols detected in th. samples analyzed in th.s *** median(range;mean)concentrations of BP-A found in th.s study was 321 ng/g(11-200932;4893 ng/g).Th. analysis was carried out by sonicating 0.1 g of a cryo-milled sample aliquot in meth.nol followed by UPLC-mS/mS *** concentrations of BP-A were found in several products labeled as BP-A free such.as nursing bottles wh.ch.are particularly problematic from th. ch.ldren's exposure point of *** study presents th. first reliable bisph.nols in ch.ldren's toys and baby products commercialized in th. middle *** is,h.wever,a need to continue monitoring th.se compounds,especially in low-cost toys,and th. so-called BP-A-free products,wh.ch.appear to h.ve h.gh.levels of target contaminants and can pose an exposure risk for infants and ch.ldren in th. region.
