m..ti-strain probiotics provide the m..t dependable approaches to im..ove health,im..ne response,and disease resistance in farm.. *** the present study,we exam..ed the effects of m..ti-species probiotics on the survival,growth,im..ne response,and disease resistance of rohu(Labeo rohita)*** hatched larvae from..he day of first feeding(average weight of 0.003 g)were reared with m..ti-species probiotics having a com..nation of Bacillus subtilis(109 colony form..g units(cfu)/m..and Lactobacillus spp.(Lactobacillus plantarum..actobacillus buchneri-1011 cfu/m..in water containing doses of 0(control-C),0.5 m..L(treatm..t 1-T1),and 1.0 m..L(treatm..t 2-T2)in triplicates for 90 *** the experim..t,a challenge test was perform.. to assess the fish's resistance to pathogenic Aerom..as *** higher survival was recorded in larvae of treated groups(87%in T2 and 79%in T1)com..red to the control(62%).Significantly higher growth perform..ce(weight gain and specific growth rate—SGR)was shown by the probiotic-treated larval groups com..red to the *** supplem..tation resulted in significantly higher counts of total viable colony(TVC)and lactic acid bacteria(LAB)in the *** im..nological param..ers(m..osal fold fattening,goblet cell abundance,expansion of lam..a propria and enterocytes)of the gut were significantly better in probiotic-treated *** liver of treated fish showed irregular shape nuclei turning into regular shape and reducing spaces between the hepatic ***-treated fish had the highest post-challenge survival rate(90%)against *** *** erythrocytes of challenged fish treated with probiotics had significantly lower frequencies of various nuclear and cellular *** findings suggest that m..ti-species probiotic supplem..ts could im..ove the survival,growth,health status,and im..ne response of rohu in the early stages of its developm..t.

Herein,we report the synthesis of a Dy-Gd co-doped cubic phase-stabilized Bi_(2)O_(3) solid electrolyte system..ia solid-state processing under atm..pheric *** with Dy^(3+) and Gd^(3+) has been observed to significantly enhance the densification process during sintering for stabilization purposes,thereby im..oving the electrical properties of δ-Bi_(2)O_(3)-type *** synthesized ceram..s were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),field em..sion scanning electron m..roscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(FESEm..DX),therm.. gravim..ry/differential therm.. analysis(TG/DTA),and the four-point probe technique(4PPT).XRD analysis reveals that the sam..es Bi_(1-x-y)Gd_(x)Dy_(y)O_(1.5)(y=0.05/x=0.05,0.10,0,15,and 0.20,and x=0.05/y=0.10,0.15,and 0.20) exhibit a stable face-centered cubic δ-phase and a m..ed-phase crystallographic *** XRD analysis of the stabilized δ-phase suggests that the prepared oxides show a face-centered cubic(FCC) structure with a space group of *** m..rographs reveal that the com..sition Bi_(0.90)Gd_(0.05)Dy_(0.05)O_(1.5) has no significant ***,an evident increase in the pore form..ion is observed as the am..nt of Gd_(2)O_(3) increases until it reaches 20%.This finding suggests that dense pellets are form.. during the sintering process at 900-1000℃.The DTA analyses were perform.. to verify the phase stability,which agrees with the XRD *** electrochem..al perform..ce of the synthesized Dy-Gd co-doped Bi_(2)O_(3)solid electrolyte system..as evaluated and analyzed in detail by using the electrochem..al im..dance spectroscopy(EIS) technique,Based on EIS and conductivity m..surem..ts,Bi_(0.75)Gd_(0.20)Dy_(0.05)O_(1.5) exhibits the lowest activation energy of 0.519 eV and the highest conductivity value of 0.398 S/cm..t 627℃com..red to the other sam..es;this com..sition can be used as a solid electrolyte for interm..iatetem..rature solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs).
