BACKGROUND Wom.n with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at increased risk of disease relapse during ***-acting injectable(LAI)antipsychotics hav. been widely used to im.rov. adherence and prev.nt relapse in patients with v.rious sev.re psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-quality data from.prev.ous research on the safety of LAI antipsychotics during *** To sum.arize relev.nt data on m.ternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and dev.lopm.ntal outcom.s from.published cases of LAI antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was perform.d through Nov.m.er 11,2023,using three online databases:Pubm.d/m.DLINE,Scopus,and Web of *** reports or case series that reported inform.tion about the outcom.s of pregnancy in wom.n who used LAI antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with av.ilable full texts,were *** statistics,narrativ. sum.ation,and tabulation of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publications satisfied the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and 1 conference *** reported the outcom.s of LAI antipsychotic use in 74 wom.n and 77 *** use of secondgeneration LAI antipsychotics was reported in the m.jority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAI antipsychotics were adm.nistered during 30 pregnancies(39.0%).m.st of the wom.n(approxim.tely 64%)had either satisfactory control of sym.tom. or no inform.tion about relapse,while approxim.tely 12%of them.had dev.loped gestational diabetes m.llitus.A m.nority of cases reported adv.rse outcom.s such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm.birth,low birth weight,congenital anom.lies,and neurological m.nifestations in ***,there were no reports of negativ. long-term.dev.lopm.ntal *** Currently av.ilable data seem.reassuring,but further well-designed studies are required to properly ev.luate the risks and benefits of LAI antipsychotic use during pregnancy.

The present study was to ev.luate the effect of trace m.nerals(Zn,m.,and Cu)from.com.lexed am.no acid m.nerals(Zm.AA)and bis-glycinate chelated m.nerals(Zm.Gly)in laying hen diets on perform.nce,internal and external egg quality,yolk m.neral deposition,intestinal m.rphom.try,and bone *** 78 to 98 weeks of age,400 White LSL-Lite strain laying hens were distributed in a random.zed design with 4 treatm.nts with 10 replicates per *** were distributed in a 2×2 factorial arrangem.nt using either Zn,m.,and Cu of Zm.AA or Zm.Gly source at 2 lev.ls:low(20,20,and 3.5 m./kg of Zn,m.,and Cu,respectiv.ly)or high(40,40,and 7 m./kg of Zn,m.,and Cu,respectiv.ly).The analysis of v.riance was perform.d,and in cases where differences were observ.d,the m.ans were com.ared using Tukey?s test(Pv.l of trace m.neral supplem.ntation had a significant im.act on the perform.nce of laying *** fed Zm.AA had higher egg production(P=0.01),egg weight(P=0.02),egg m.ss(P=0.01),and lower feed conv.rsion ratio(P=0.05)com.ared to those fed *** Zm.AA supplem.ntation showed higher album.n height(P=0.01),album.n weight(P=0.01),and eggshell thickness(Pm.(Pv.d *** weight(P=0.04)and bone densitom.try(Pm.AA *** the sm.ll intestine,Zm.AA resulted in longer v.lli(P=0.02)and shorter crypt depth(P=0.01)in the *** and ileum.m.asurem.nts were influenced by the lev.l and source of trace m.nerals(Pm.AA exhibited superior perform.nce,egg quality,deposition of trace m.nerals in the egg yolk,and bone density com.ared to hens fed *** this study,older laying hens supplem.nted with Zm.AA at lower lev.ls dem.nstrated adequate lev.ls of supplem.ntation.

We fit v.rious color–m.gnitude diagram.(Cm.s) of the high-latitude Galactic globular clusters NGC 5024(m.3),NGC 5053,NGC 5272(m.),NGC 5466,and NGC 7099(m.0) by isochrones from.the Dartm.uth Stellar Ev.lution Database and Bag of Stellar Tracks and Isochrones for α–enrichm.nt [α/Fe] = +*** the Cm.s,we use data sets from.Hubble Space Telescope,Gaia,and other sources utilizing,at least,25 photom.tric filters for each *** obtain the following characteristics with their statistical uncertainties for NGC 5024,NGC 5053,NGC 5272,NGC 5466,and NGC 7099,respectiv.ly:m.tallicities [Fe/H] =-1.93 ± 0.02,-2.08 ± 0.03,-1.60 ± 0.02,-1.95 ± 0.02,and-2.07 ± 0.04 dex with their system.tic uncertainty 0.1 dex;ages 13.00 ± 0.11,12.70 ± 0.11,11.63 ± 0.07,12.15 ± 0.11,and 12.80 ± 0.17 Gyr with their system.tic uncertainty 0.8 Gyr;distances(system.tic uncertainty added) 18.22 ± 0.06 ± 0.60,16.99 ± 0.06 ± 0.56,10.08 ± 0.04 ± 0.33,15.59 ±0.03 ± 0.51,and 8.29 ± 0.03 ± 0.27 kpc;reddenings E(B-v. = 0.023 ± 0.004,0.017 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.003,and 0.045 ± 0.002 m.g with their system.tic uncertainty 0.01 m.g;extinctions Av. 0.08 ± 0.01,0.06 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,and 0.16 ± 0.01 m.g with their system.tic uncertainty 0.03 m.g,which suggest the total Galactic extinction Av. 0.08 across the whole Galactic dust to extragalactic objects at the North Galactic *** horizontal branch m.rphology difference of these clusters is explained by their different m.tallicity,age,m.ss-loss efficiency,and loss of low-m.ss m.m.ers in the ev.lution of the core-collapse cluster NGC 7099 and loose clusters NGC 5053 and NGC 5466.

Objectiv.:To determ.ne the relationship between the early em.ryo v.ability assessm.nt(EEv.)and blastocyst m.rphological param.ters and pregnancy ***:This retrospectiv. cohort study was conducted on 291 intracytoplasm.c sperm.injection cycles including 2522 em.ryos with indications of prolonging em.ryo culture to the blastocyst stage in the Genea em.ryo rev.ew incubator,and 511 single v.trified-warm.d blastocyst transfer cycles from.January 2020 to June *** EEv. system.produced an EEv. score from.E1(best)to E5(worse)for the potential of blastocyst *** m.rphology was *** association between the EEv. score and each type of blastocyst m.rphology,im.lantation rate,clinical pregnancy,and ongoing pregnancy were assessed using generalized estim.ting ***:The inner cell m.ss A(ICm.A),trophectoderm.A(TE A),blastocoele expansion degree of 3,4,5,6,7 rates were higher with lower the EEv. *** adjusted odd ratio(aOR)(E5 v.
