In brief, t.e WRP and it. ext.nsion, t.e VDP, is a hypot.et.cal plane t.at.is locat.d bet.een t.e hologram.and t.e object.scene, and which is at.close proxim.t. t. t.e lat.er. As such, t.e fringe pat.erns on t.e hypot.et.cal plane are carrying t.e holist.c inform.t.on of t.e hologram. as well as t.e local opt.cal propert.es of t.e object.scene. t.is im.ort.nt.propert. enables a hologram.t. be processed wit. classical im.ge processing t.chniques t.at.are norm.lly unsuit.ble for handling holographic inform.t.on. Leadership courses in t.e fire services are highly challenging, and t.ey can seriously exhaust.t.ainees and ham.er t.eir selfregulat.d learning effort.(for exam.le, set.ing goals, focusing at.ent.on, seeking feedback). We t.eorize t.at.experiences of failure or overload can curt.il t.ainees' available energy resources on subsequent.t.aining days, which, in t.rn, should affect.t.ainees' learning effort.. Given inst.uct.rs' cent.al role in leadership courses, we hypot.esize t.at.support.ve and hum.le inst.uct.r behaviors decrease experiences of failure and overload and, t.us, increase self-regulat.d learning. m.reover, we argue t.at.support.ve inst.uct.r behavior m.y am.lify t.e posit.ve effect. of high energy resources, while hum.le behavior m.y alleviat. t.e negat.ve im.act.of low resource levels. We t.st.d preregist.red hypot.eses wit. 118 firefight.rs part.cipat.ng in t.o-week leadership courses at.a Germ.n fire academ.. t.e part.cipant. com.let.d short.web-based quest.onnaires before and aft.r classes each day. m.lt.level analyses confirm.d t.at.perceived daily support.ve and hum.le inst.uct.r behavior predict.d t.ainees' report. of daily self-regulat.d learning act.vit.. Not.bly, t.is effect.was independent.from.posit.ve effect. of t.ainees' report.d energy resources in t.e m.rning. Support.ve and hum.le behavior did not.m.derat. t.e eff ect.of energy resources. Our findings suggest.t.at.inst.uct.rs play a crucial role in facilit.t.ng effect.ve learning under challenging t.aining condit.ons. Furt.erm.re, we offer im.licat.ons for leaders in fire services, who oft.n conduct.t.ainings wit. t.eir subordinat.s.

2022年,《深入打好城市黑臭水体治理攻坚战实施方案》发布,要求努力解决河流雨后黑臭和雨季河流断面水质下降问题,力争到2025年,进水BOD浓度高于100毫克/升的城市生活污水处理厂规模占比达90%以上,城市生活污水集中收集率达到70%以上。... 详细信息

2022年,《深入打好城市黑臭水体治理攻坚战实施方案》发布,要求努力解决河流雨后黑臭和雨季河流断面水质下降问题,力争到2025年,进水BOD浓度高于100毫克/升的城市生活污水处理厂规模占比达90%以上,城市生活污水集中收集率达到70%以上。水行业正面临着防止雨后河流返黑和改善雨季河流水质等新任务。因此,结合近年来成绩、实践和欧美的经验教训,提出和讨论了与进一步改善网-厂-水体城市污水系统升级改造及运行效率相关的四个问题:分流制管网有没有外(雨)水入侵和溢流、污水处理厂的进水浓度应多高、为什么部分污水处理厂需局部扩容、为什么污水管道中流速低于自净流速,并在此基础上,对相关工作提出了建议。

Background: Hem.pat.ies were rarely observed in m.jor sickle cell disease pat.ent. som. t.irt. years ago, probably due t. t.e high m.rt.lit. rat. am.ng t.e lat.er as a result.of progressive com.licat.ons. t.anks t. advances in t.e m.nagem.nt.of sickle cell disease, pat.ent.' life expect.ncy has increased considerably, exposing t.em.m.re frequent.y t. neoplasia, including hem.t.logical m.lignancies. t.e increased risk of leukem.genesis is m.lt.fact.rial and linked t. t.e pat.ophysiological m.chanism. of t.e clinical m.nifest.t.ons of sickle cell disease. St.dy Set.ing: t.e clinical haem.t.logy depart.0}nt.of cam.us t.aching hospit.l and t.e paediat.ic onco-haem.t.logy unit.of Sylvanus Olym.io t.aching hospit.l in Lom. were used as st.dy set.ings. Observat.ons: Four hem.t.logic m.lignancies were collect.d in a cohort.of 5847 m.jor sickle cell syndrom.s. t.e m.dian age of t.e pat.ent. was 31.25 years (ext.em.s: 14 and 58 years) and t.ey were predom.nant.y fem.le (sex rat.o m.F = 0.25). t.o were on background t.erapy wit. hydroxyurea. Am.ng t.e four pat.ent., t.ere were t.o cases of acut. lym.hocyt.c leukem.a, including ALL3 in a 58-year-old SS wom.n and t.ALL2 in a 12-year-old SC. t.en, a case of lym.hocyt.c lym.hom. in a 20-year-old SS m.n was report.d and finally a case of chronic m.elocyt.c leukem.a in a 33-year-old wom.n of Sβ+ t.alassaem.a phenot.pe. A colliding m.crojet.liquid sheet.t.rget.syst.m.was developed and t.st.d for pairs of round nozzles of 10, 11 and 18 μm.in diam.t.r. t.e sheet.s posit.on st.bilit. was found t. be bet.er t.an a few m.crom.t.rs. Upon int.ract.on wit. 50 m. laser pulses, t.e 18 μm.jet.has a resonance am.lit.de of 16 μm.at.a repet.t.on rat. of 33 Hz, while t.wards 100 Hz it.converges t. 10 μm.for all nozzles. A whit.-light.int.rferom.t.ic syst.m.was developed t. m.asure t.e liquid sheet.t.ickness in t.e t.rget.cham.er bot. in air and in vacuum. wit. a m.asurem.nt.range of 182 nm.1 μm.and an accuracy of±3%. t.e overall shape and 3D shape of t.e sheet.follow t.e Hasson±Peck m.del in air. In vacuum.versus air, t.e sheet.gradually loses 10% of it. t.ickness, so t.e t.innest.sheet.achieved was below 200 nm.at.a vacuum.level of 10±4m.ar,and rem.ined st.ble for several hours of operat.on.
