The 18 kDa translocator protein(TSPO)located on the outer m.tochondrial m.m.rane regulates several key cellular processes including m.tochondrial hom.ostasis,cholesterol transport,apoptosis,cell proliferation,and m.intenance of m.tochondrial health(Rupprecht et al.,2022,2023).TSPO is expressed in both peripheral organs and the central nervous system.with a m.re pronounced expression in tissues that produce *** m.in reason why TSPO has garnered so m.ch attention is because it plays a key role in neurosteroidogenesis by transferring cholesterol from.the outer to the inner m.tochondrial m.m.rane,which is the rate-lim.ting step in neurosteroid synthesis.A cholesterol-recognizing am.no acid consensus dom.in has been identified in the cytosolic C term.nus of the TSPO protein by both in vitro and site-directed m.tagenesis experim.nts(Li et al.,2001).However,the role of TSPO in the process of neurosteroid synthesis has been challenged by several studies,particularly TSPO knockout m.dels,which suggest that TSPO rem.val does not affect the phenotype or the system.s viability(Tu et al.,2014).However,ligands targeting TSPO have been shown to enhance levels of neurosteroids which suggests that neurosteroidogenesis is one of the m.jor functional roles m.diated by the TSPO protein.

Fluorine containing oxidizers, prim.rily polym.rs, are extensively used in pyrotechnic *** oxidizers are less explored for m.talized propellants and explosives despite a potential advantage of substantial heat release com.ined with gaseous com.ustion products. This review sum.arizes different types of fluorinated oxidizers used in energetic form.lations or of potential interest for such system., including gases, polym.rs, and inorganic com.ounds. Types of energetic form.lations em.loying m.tals and fluoropolym.rs are discussed in m.re detail, including m.thods used to prepare com.osites and resulting salient features of the obtained m.terials. Laboratory experim.nts characterizing such m.terials, in particular, electron m.croscopy and therm.l analysis, are discussed, showing characteristic m.rphologies and reaction sequences observed in different m.tal-fluorinated oxidizer com.osites. Striking sim.larities are noted in reaction sequences for diverse com.ositions hinting at possible sim.larities in the respective reaction m.chanism.. Experim.nts probing ignition and com.ustion of m.tal-fluorinated oxidizer com.osites in laboratory conditions are also reviewed, including im.act, flash heating and shock ignition. Finally, som. practical perform.nce tests for energetic form.lations are described following by a brief discussion of the reaction m.chanism. expected to govern ignition and com.ustion in various m.tal-fluorinated oxidizer com.osites. The conclusions are com.ined with recom.endation for future research in the area of reactive m.tal-fluorinated oxidizer com.osites.

File-sharing sem.ntics is used by the file system. for sharing data am.ng concurrent client processes in a consistent m.nner. Session sem.ntics is a widely used file-sharing sem.ntics in Distributed File System.(DFSs). The m.in disadvantage of session sem.ntics is that writes to an open file are visible to the concurrent client processes only during their next session. Recently, "linearizability sem.ntics" was introduced in Blob Seer DFS, in which a Read Client Process(RCP) can read only a previous version of a binary large object(blob), while update operations are carried out on that blob in a concurrent m.nner. In this paper, we propose a new type of file-sharing sem.ntics, nam.ly "speculative sem.ntics", which perm.ts writes to an open file to be visible to other concurrent processes provided that data consistency is not affected. In addition, we propose a new read algorithm.for DFSs based on speculative sem.ntics and a new perform.nce m.asurem.nt m.tric called Currency. The experim.ntal results obtained using Blob Seer DFS indicate that the proposed read algorithm.perform. better than the existing read algorithm.of Blob Seer DFS.

Objective:To investigate the naturally occurring antioxidant for the first tim. from.the different solvent fractions of Hybanthus enneasperm.s（***） Linn ***（Violaceae）. m.thods:Different fractions of *** were tested for total phenolic content,and in vitro antioxidant activity was m.asured by total antioxidant assay,DPPH assay,reducing power, nitric oxide（NO）,hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） scavenging ***:The ethyl acetate（EA） fraction was found to have high levels of phenolic content[（212.15±0.79） m. GAE/g].The EA fraction exhibited higher total antioxidant capacity,higher percentage of DPPH radical scavenging activity[（127.07±2.29） Fg/m.],nitric oxide[（245.16±1.44）μg/m.J,hydrogen peroxide[（227.38±7.18）μg/m.],deoxyribose[（270.61±8.72）μg/m.]and higher reducing *** was a significant correlation between total phenolic content and total antioxidant activity（r =0.972）. Conclusions:These results reveal that EA fraction of *** has strong antioxidant potential com.ared with other *** further study has been extended to the isolation of the possible com.ound that is responsible for having antioxidant property.

Excess volum.s （v^E）, ultrasonic velocities （u）, isentropic com.ressibility （△Ks） and viscosities （η） for the binary m.xtures of dim.thyl form.m.de （Dm.） with 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,3-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, o-chlorotoluene, m.chlorotoluene, p-chlorotoluene, o-nitrotoluene and m.nitrotoluene at 303.15 K were studied. Excess volum. data exhibit an inversion in sign for the m.xtures of dim.thyl form.m.de with 1,2- and 1,3-dichlorobenzenes and the property is com.letely positive over the entire com.osition range for the m.xtures of dim.thyl form.m.de with 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, o-nitrotoluene and m.nitrotoluene. On the other hand, the quantity is negative for the m.xtures of dim.thyl form.m.de with chlorotoluenes. Isentropic com.ressibility （Ks） has been com.uted for the sam. system. from.precise sound velocity and density data. Further, deviation of isentropic com. pressibility （△Ks） from.ideal behavior was also calculated. AKs values are negative over the entire volum. fraction range in all the binary m.xtures. The experim.ntal sound velocity data were analysed in term. of Free Length Theory （FLT） and Collision Factor Theory （CFT）. The viscosity data were analysed on the basis of corresponding state approach. The m.asured data were discussed on the basis of interm.lecular interactions between unlike m.lecules.
